Plenty of room for family. Indoor pool and game room a plus. Always love staying at Nordic Inn.

We found this rental in a great location with lots amenities and plenty of room. Only downside was only one shower works and it could use some tlc. Nothing that would stop us from returning though.

The king mattress is really bad

Nice property with good amenities. Our particular unit was a little worse for wear with leaky faucets and old mattresses.

I’ve been renting for a couple of decades in New Hampshire but it’s my first time being quite disappointed with a property. The beds, especially the king size, was uncomfortable and old (pillows also uncomfortable).The master had the corner ceiling with bad patch work that was peeling and several holes in the walls near window. Window cranks in master did not work. Carpet in master had visible wear and tear and damage. Couches in living room were so old that when you sat you just sank in. The size of the property was great but in need of some TLC. The Inn itself is also dated and hallways have an unpleasant odor. The amenities open at 9am and close at 8:45pm; rather early when you are on vacation and want to enjoy the pool and game room after dinner. The property has potential but won’t be staying here again.

The host was great, gave me a call due to the cleaner stating an AC didn't work (which I was able to figure out prior to her calling) but she called and was beyond pleasant, stated if we needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. You don't see that much anymore these days! Condo was just as described, plenty of room for our family of 4, kids had the room with 2 beds. there was 2 full bathrooms. property overall was great, if you've been to Lincoln before, its in a perfect location.

Stayed for a short girls weekend and had a magical day sightseeing in the White Mountains! Condo was super cute and functional.

Nice 2 bedroom property is nice for bigger families who don't want to stay all in 1 room. The kitchen is nice for preparing meals and saving on eating out every meal. The pool and play area is really nice for the kids. Close to a lot to do, both in winter and in summertime.

The condo is located ins great spot beautiful view of South Mountain at Loon. Easy access to restaurants and skiing. Tried to communicate with contact person before leaving for my trip and hot no response, found some issues in the condo which didn’t need attention right away, all faucets leaked, shower head leaked, fan in both bathrooms so loud couldn’t use, no drain for the kitchen sink, messaged 3 times and finally received an answer. One key for 6 people would be good if there was another, unclear where room once once got key different room number,directions should be communicated before arrival. Key does not work back door to lobby which had a ramp to bring things in. Our room was clean but the place could sure use some sprucing up, also wish there was communication of where to get extra towels and soap and that there are no towels provided at the pool.

We weren't psyched with this condo for several reasons. Yes, the building is older but this condo is in need of a serious update. There are repairs that need attention (the master bedroom windows dont open, the towel bar is ripped out of the wall in one of the bathrooms, the master bedroom ceiling needs repair...), the beds are TERRIBLE, and the furnishings are just... tired. While the surfaces were generally clean, the floors were covered with food crumbs (to the point that we needed to sweep little piles aside) and light bulbs were burned out and in need of replacement. The pool is decent and the location is right across from Loon. Regardless, we didn't have great weather so rather than hanging out in the condo, we decided to just go home early. So, definitely a fail in our book.

The location and view of Loon Mountain was great, easy access to things at the mountain and restaurants in Lincoln and Woodstock. The room was clean but Nordic Inn could use some refurbishing. My contact person was difficult to reach, I had tried to reach her before I left and got no response and then sent through some things I had found at the condo, leaky faucets, and shower head if not in a particular position, noisy fan in both bathrooms so noisy didn't use it, no drain stopper for kitchen sink and still had difficulty reaching her. None of these things needed immediate attention but had I needed help with something I didn't feel confident I could reach her. There should be 2 keys when 6 people are in the condo and there was only 1, supposedly the key fit the back entrance but it didn't. It needs to be clearly communicated that the lock box for the key is not the room number for the room that is rented, it was not clear how to access the room on the second floor. There should also be a way to get more soap and towels if needed possibly put it in the information provided to the renter.

2 days before flying up for our ski vacation I found out the owner had canceled our reservation without telling me, nor VRBO. I was still getting vrbo emails about our upcoming trip. So, no ski trip (nothing else available), no refund of vrbo fee, thousands of dollars wasted. My travels made and confirmed on Dec. 20th. Owner canceled a full week later. Had I not called to confirm, we would have shown up on the doorstep with no place to stay. Horrible!!

I would definitely stay again. A few thoughts. We cooked while there. Containers with covers would be helpful. Perhaps some new pillows but otherwise the place was spot on. Our contact answered all of questions immediately.

We liked the unit and the location. Having pool and hot tub on premises was convenient as well. However check-in process was complicated. I got a call from Arlene that it will be available late at 5 pm and cleaners will live the door open. However, when we walked up to the second floor with luggage and groceries the door was locked. Apparently due to miscommunication, cleaners locked the door and we had to drive back to the convenient store , which was not far but traffic was bad.

This was our second stay at this condo. First stay was during ski season, and this past stay for fall foliage. The condominium and complex is located right across from Loon, is very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. We had a rainy first day so we worked out at the complex gym which has fabulous equipment. Once the rain stopped , we enjoyed many foliage hikes accessible off nearby Kangamagus Highway. Living area couches were a little well used but that would be my only complaint.

We will not be staying there again but hope they look into making sure the place is cleaner and more updated in The future, for their benefit and for better reviews.

I stayed in this condo for a long weekend and loved it. It was very clean and spacious. The complex had tons of amenities. Our host was very easy to get ahold of and made the check in process very easy. We will definitely be back next year.

After getting our key from the gas station down the street (a bit of an odd place if you ask me!), our family stayed in this condo throughout a weekend in July. We found the condo to be clean, spacious, and cozy to our needs. Arline, the condo manager was also wonderful to work with and was very attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was a great location in the building as it was close to the pool, arcade, and easy to get to from the main entrance. The screened-in patio was a wonderful perk and it overlooked the outdoor pool! Unfortunately, our visit was also during one of those humid rainy weekends and one downside to this condo was that it only has an a/c in the living room and one of the bedrooms. With the warmer days the a/c units had a hard time keeping it cool, especially in the other bedroom. This might have not be an issue but all the windows were painted shut or would not open to get an evening breeze, making it a bit stuffy. Perhaps a fall/winter stay would be better as the gas fireplace in the living room looked very inviting :) Overall a fine stay.

Property clean and in same condo family owns several units. The 1600 check in strict and when had baby , hoped to get in a little earlier without luck.

Collecting the key was an issue. The general store did not have the key. We arrived at 5.10 pm and it took a while to get hold of the property manager. We were told that the cleaners were behind, we finally got to the condo at 6.40 pm (cleaners left at 7 pm). Having just arrived from London we were very tired and would have appreciated advance warning of the delay. The property was excellent, comfortable and great facilities. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants

We enjoyed our stay! Great views! We had a little mishap in the beginning of our stay but it was handled very fast and professionally!

We enjoyed staying in the condo. It is right down the street from the center of town and right near Loon.

Had a great stay this past weekend..Any concerns, the property Manager was quick to respond!. Close to attractions..The Nordic Lodge is old and outdated but it didn't effect my stay! Rent it..you will enjoy it!
