Good sized room
The carpet needed a vacuum...there was bits of crisps around the beds...and the shower looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

Close proximity to my work base
Tv remote did not work.

1,had a leaking roof next to electricity light.

4,no management contact, when reported to 2 staff members.
5,my partner has now been put on antibiotics due to the dampness and she has only just came out if hospital after 7 months
6, room up 4 flights of stairs which was disstressfull fir my ampertee partner.

On-suite was well decorated, and shower worked, and the water was hot, but that was the only thing that was ok We left a lamp behind, and they did meet us at the door with it when we went a few days later to pick it up.
Although advertised as b & b. Even says so on the door. We were met with " we dont do breakfast," told the room is on the top floor, reached by a poorly carpeted narrow stairs, and then left to find it. The television did not have a remote, we were given two remotes, when we asked, but one had no batteries, and the other had dead ones. They said they would come up later, but never did. No tea spoons, and we were given plastic ones, when we found someone to ask. Very noisy it was a pub but this was after midnight outside.

It was very cheap
Didn't see any staff at all. A man in the Chinese takeaway gave me some keys and that was it.

The check in was very disorganised. The room was not clean and the furniture in the room was very old and worn. I would not stay here again.

very dated,lighting on stairs terrible,lighting in room dismal, shower tray overflows onto floor,television/remote not working, no reception area so couldn’t connect with anyone, will definitely not use again

Stayed the night before attending Creamfields for the weekend. travelled from South Wales so it was a welcome stop to use proper facilities and get a good night’s sleep after the drive before a couple of days at the festival. Warm and friendly welcome in arrival. excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable rooms which suited our needs perfectly.

it was just for an overnight stay - just came in crashed for a good sleep to proceed with work the following day. there was no breakfast option if I am correct

I arrived at 11pm to a really loud party. (I could hear from my room, especially when they were leaving at 12.30am in the carpark) There was no one to assist with baggage up the stairs, the TV didn’t work neither did the main light in the room. The bathroom smelled and wasn’t very clean. The Wifi password was inappropriate and reception was weak.

It is next to the motorway and has free parking next door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perfectly adequate for the money. Seemed clean and the room was quite large with plenty of electricity sockets.
It was above a pub. The whole place appeared to have been a working man's club at some point. It was quite run down and needs some TLC.

good location. pub isn't to bad. friendly staff. Have decent food. not to loud. loads better than some of the little rooms you get. great car park next to hotel. easy to find and rooms are nice and big. kettle in room worked great. beds not to bad to be honest.
carpets need a good hover in rooms. could do with double bed not 3 singles. light bulbs bit dim. just being picky tbh

I was looking for something cheap as a sleep over before catching an early flight at Manchester airport. It worked out perfectly the staff were friendly and helpful.

More of a hostel than a hotel.

Location was convenient for purpose, bed was comfortable
No soap or cleaning products in bathroom, curtain was hanging off window pole, TV had no signal, carpet was threadbare, musty smell, stains in cups provided for tea/coffee, hairs in sink. unsafe bannister rail on top stairs.
