Great location in Brookline and easy walk to Green line T station to get into the city. The unit was nice and spacious. Very well stocked with necessities. Parking spot in rear (for $15/night) was also convenient. The lower floor queen bed was very uncomfortable and this negatively affected my 10 day stay. I recommend replacing it. Our check in process was not smooth and we were not able to get in on time due to extra cleaning needed from the prior guests. This was frustrating after a long drive with children. The unit also had some minor damage from these guests. Bad luck for us I guess, but these are the reasons for the lower rating.

I don’t know how these people have been able to finagle their 5 star ratings. The pictures look amazing and this looks like a beautiful apartment, which it is, but the furniture is awful. There is no white couch and chair in the LR. In their place is a large blue couch, a college student probably left on the curb, that feels like it’s going to break any minute. Same for the brown couch. Bother very uncomfortable. The pretty red rug in the picture is actually a dirty looking maroon rug Also every chair at the scratched dining table feels like at least one leg is going to break off. The online pictures make every area seem bigger and better than it is. Also while starting to cook Easter dinner there, the sink became clogged. We thought it was a garbage disposal problem, and they did send over a handyman. It turns out the pipe under the sink was broken and clogged with a disgusting black sludge like substance they kept pulling out of the pipes. At one point there was a toilet plunger coming out of the sink that was filled with black stuff as well as a bowl filled with that stuff under the sink. Nasty!! A real plumber probably could have fixed. These repair folks were watching videos on their phone trying to repair. They were there for 4-5 hours. All this time we’re all wearing masks and trying to prepare a meal with two workers in the kitchen and no running water there. We asked if they couldn’t fix it in an hour could they come back after we had checked out, but they refused. We eventually left earlier than we wanted - it was not fixed. We asked for a refund of that one day (we had stayed for three) they declined and accused us of breaking the garbage disposal. It wasn’t even a disposal problem. Stay here if you want them to charge you for the next item that breaks. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Great location with access to everything you could want and need. Spacious, with loads of space to relax as a family, but also provides a great deal of private space as well. Lots of stairs up to the unit and inside, so that could be an issue for some (not us). This would definitely be a go to place for our next trip to Boston!

The property was in a very safe location. Lots of places to eat! And short ride to downtown Boston.

The house is great, they have thought about any respect of our stay to make us comfortable and feel like home. well equipped. The rooms are big and nice, the beds are very nice. The location is also great, lot's of food around. grocery is 5 ft away. The host is caring and communicating. We and the kids LOVED this place

As advertised. Very clean. Great kitchen and living area. Many emails from property owner both before and during our stay to ensure our getaway was without hassle. It was perfect for our family of 5 for a few days in Boston. We'd definitely stay there again. 5/5 rating no question.

We loved the accommodations at our Harvard square apt in Brookline . The location was perfect for easy traveling into the city. And the apt was beautiful , clean and perfect for the 9 of us staying. Our agent was wonderful and communicated all of our needs, and concerns promptly and with kindness. No complaints here!!! 5 star rating all around!!! This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as pleasant this time around. The place was super clean, and had tons of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. The dishwasher wasn't working, but Kama was quick to share that heads up with us and let us know what to do in the meantime. Kama was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire trip and planning process. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone!!

The house was amazing. It was clean and spacious and provided a great space for us to stay while visiting Boston. The manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Our group couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The location near the Green Line made getting around super easy, including our trips to Fenway Park and even a hassle free trip to the airport the day we left. The house was great with plenty of room to relax after busy days in the city. We had no problems with any part of our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, all the accommodations and appliances were hassle-free, and the neighborhood had everything you could need within walking distance (including coffee and donuts, a post office, the Brookline Village station on the Green Line, and a wine and spirits store.) We really appreciated having such an easy location to stay on our trip and would recommend this spot to anyone.

We stayed in this town home and had a great experience. Very comfortable, very nicely furnished, convenient location. If you need a place to stay when you visit the Boston area, I'd highly recommend this property. You won't regret it!

From start to finish, working with Kama was a breeze. The house was FULLY stocked—more towels and kitchen utensils than one could dream of using—and had lots of common space for enjoying cooking and dinner with friends. There were plenty of comfortable sleeping options too, and I really can’t say enough good things about this house. We all loved it. Won’t hesitate to rent again. Thank you!

The place was exactly as pictured; Clean & Comfortable. The host had enough extra blankets, sheets & towels for everyone - and the welcome basket was a nice touch. I didn’t realize the (1) parking spot wasn’t included in the original cost - but they made sure we were all set. They really need to fix there dinning chairs however as they are so wobbly they are dangerous to sit on. Its been in a few reviews now so not sure why these haven’t been replaced or screws just tightened. Other than that it was perfect.

Apartment was very nice! Comfortable beds and the pull out sofa and sofa/bed upstairs also comfortable. Great location! A little hard to find as it is between two businesses but with the help of a local resident, we found it quickly. We liked the area a lot and easy to get to the public transportation. We did not need a car or miss having a car at all. All information received was very helpful and Kama responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We loved Boston and if we return, we know where we will be staying.

This property was clean, quite, well equipped and well located to transportation. The dinning room chairs are in poor condition and I reported this to the manager so hopefully this will be taken care of. The manager stayed in touch with us and was available throughout our visit. There are lots of steps so if you have medical needs you might not find this suitable. We didn't have a problem with it. I would recommend this unit.

A hidden upscale gem nestled in Brookline Village. Beautifully appointed. Fabulous location within short walk to subway stations, eateries and coffee. Kama and her team take great pride and provide excellent communication. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

A little hard to find between the taqueria and village market but well worth it. Beds were comfy, loved that soap, shampoo and lotion were provided. The owners checked on us several times to see if we needed anything and were quite responsive. Plenty of towels and bedding too. If we ever come back this way we will stay here again.

Owners were awesome! Neighborhood was great. I would definitely use this service again.
