Ursula is an accommodating, welcoming hostess, truly lovely. The bed was warm and comfortable, and as a single woman traveler, I felt safe - located right next to police station!

very warm and comfortable and great location

The location is perfect. It's right next to the lake and essential shops. It's very quiet and fully furnished with glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle...and with basic supplies of coffee, sugar, tea, and fresh milk, as well as toiletries and cleaning aids like washing up liquid, disinfectant, and sponge. Ursula is very friendly and easy to negotiate with. The table is also extendable which is very handy. There is enough space in the room, the chairs and the bed are very comfortable, and the heater is very good as well as the heated blanket. The bathroom has enough space and there's a sun roof. The bedside tables have drawers and shelves. The closet has a full body mirror. I think that the facilities in this room are well thought off by someone who knows what the basic needs of people are. I liked this the most. Hopefully we can enjoy the bbq someday over the summer and do some swimming in the lake as well. Will definitely recommend this place.

There's really nothing that I don't like. I think that maybe larger sized towels is a room for improvement and if the microwave is more accessible (for instance, on top of a table beside the sink), but you can easily work through them.

Everything. The outdoor garden overlooked the lake and it was located in the heart of the town. We are at the Cinnamon Indian restaurant which had gorgeous food.
