This house has so much to do. Tons of room for a large group, there were 14 of us and we had plenty of room. There are also so many fun things to do right at the house, we could've spent 2 more days there and not left the house. The host was really communicative and helpful in the days leading up to our stay and once we checked in. The house is also close to a lot of great stuff, would definitely recommend!

Property was amazing. Plenty of room for 20 people. 2 separate game areas. Kitchen had everything needed. Large bedrooms. Lake was amazing. The kids and adults love the floating dock. We brought a lot of beach games, and chairs. Can even purchase beach toys on beach. So much to do in the area. We hiked ricketts glen and hawks falls. We also we to big boulder state park for our family wiffle ball game. Lots of nights in hot tub and by fire pit. Great neighborhood. Would absolutely go back next year. Hopefully can stay longer next visit. Thank you Karley for all your help . This was a first for me renting and it was wonderful.

Great stay with family. Plenty of room for all 18 of us. The decks and fire pit area were far above average. We lived in the area that flowed from front deck, to game room (pool, shuffleboard, darts) with wet bar, to Hot tub room, to rear deck and fire pit area. We had a couple of minor hiccups that were handled very quickly by the host. There was a second game room in the basement, as well as a bedroom that slept 5. Everything we needed was there. This was a very pleasant and low stress vacation. The house is in the woods and the woods have bugs. Bring sunscreen and bug spray. The beds are hard, but if you're sensitive to that, Walmart carries cheap bed toppers that cure that problem. Be aware that sheets and towels are not provided without an extra fee. All in all, we would absolutely return here some day. Very pleasant vacation!

My friends and I had a great time for a bachelor party weekend. Lots do in the area! We liked to hang out at the house as well because of all the games available. Very big place, easy to accommodate large crowds.

The house was very large and had all the activities you could possibly want. However, the water from the faucets smelled like it was coming straight out of the sewer system. The stench was so bad, you had to try to hold your breath when taking a shower. While we were there two plumbers came and tested (?) the water, but didn't do anything to fix the problem. The other negative thing about our stay was the grill, which only had 1 and a half burners working. It should definitely be replaced. We will not book, nor recommend this house until the water problem is solved. I also think we should receive compensation for having to endure this water problem.

This large house was perfect for our golf weekend. The open floor plan allowed all 12 guys to hang out together. The shuffled puck and pool tables were awesome. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the check-in process. I would recommend this property for a guys get away!

We spent the weekend here for a bachelor weekend. The house was everything we were looking for. The game rooms provided were a major plus for times when we were just spending time at the house. There was always something to keep us occupied. Great outdoor space for campfires. Plenty of places to sleep and enough bathrooms for groups. Responsive host who answered any questions. Clean and well kept. Great option when looking to stay in Lake Harmony.

Game room was incredible - so many options for activities. Well-stocked kitchen, indoor hot tub perfect for a colder weekend, and plenty of space for a big group of friends!

It is a great place to spend time with family and friends. We had so much fun by playing games in this cabin. 30 mins drive to kalahari water park.

My friends and I (~30yo men) all loved the space, we'd come back here again. In particular, the wide selection of games made it a perfect space for a guy's trip. We played pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, hooked up a Switch, and had a big poker game. The poker table was a really nice touch. Sleeper feature was the bar trivia game -- at least 2 friends were on it nonstop the whole time. The area is also very pretty, and the walk to the lake wasn't too bad. Back porch has a view of the ski mountain. Great space overall!

This was our second time staying at this property. Really enjoy everything it has to offer.

They need to clean the bathrooms little more

The property was great but the service was better. Fantastic stay, snow and games. Wonderful time!!

We had a very nice stay, the only thing I would recommend is to bring your own towels if you use the linen service because they were not very generous on number and size of towels.

We had 19 people stay for New Years. There was plenty of games to entertain everyone. Ski slopes are close by. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

The host of this rental was extremely easy to work with. She was diligent about returning emails. The location is ideal for Big Boulder - (@ 8 minutes away)/Jack Frost. The area has ample restaurants within a short distance. The property had decks and inside, which was clean and ready for us, were multiple games to entertain our varied age groups. Included: pool table, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard and a lovely card table. The inside hot tub was another plus. Thanks for a memorable family gathering.

There was so much to do. I had planned karaoke, games and a paint night. It was so much more than that. There was the pool table, darts, foosball, ping pong and AIR HOCKEY. My friend is now thinking of having her own event there. The only thing I would say could be improved is to state the locations of the rooms (main floor, basement, etc).

My family and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving Break and were extremely disappointed in a number of things. Toilets were clogged when we arrived, there was a broken bed in the basement with leftover clothing (bra and pants) from the previous tenants underneath, and the tv's in the bedrooms were unusable. The thing that we were most disappointed about was the cleanliness of the home. There was dust, dirt, and cob webs caked on the ceiling fans, doors, tvs, baseboards, corners of the rooms, etc., the dishes and cabinets in the kitchen were extremely dirty and we had to hand wash things before using them, and there was trash and clothing behind nightstands or under beds. I contacted the property manager and she responded that she would address these things with the cleaning company. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the property along with the game rooms.

House was great! There were 12 people and still enough room. We particularly loved the pool table and shuffle board! Only con was the we had ordered the towel and linen package but did not have any upon arrival. Karly made sure they were brought up that night though!

Karly and Jared communicated with me throughout the process of booking and questions about the property. During the stay they communicated quickly about linens that were not there. Someone came that day with the linens. We were disappointed about the hot tub. We were unaware there would be a brown mineral deposit ring

Loved this house and the property. The location was great ... in the woods near Lake Harmony. The floor to ceiling windows in the Living Room gave us a great view of our daily visitors (Deer). Each evening, after we returned to the house, there was plenty to do (Shuffleboard, Pool, Ping Pong, etc.). My only knock on the house is that the description said Satellite/Cable TV. I "assumed" that would mean at the very least, the basics, like the Cable News Networks, ESPN, other sports channels and the likes of TBS, TNT and USA. Those come with most basic TV Packages. But not this one. Very limited. And the odd thing was that the company "seemed" to be based in the Central Timezone, so everything was off 1 hour. This did not ruin our stay. We loved the place, but I'm glad we did not happen to be there when a game was playing, we wanted to see. Again, I would recommend this house to anyone, just make sure you have your own streaming service to tap into if you want to watch TV.

This property is as advertised and did not disappoint. Open floor plan, spacious bedrooms and gaming areas, indoor hot tub, and large outdoor decks and fire pit. And it's in a really nice neighborhood/complex with woods and hills and spacing between the houses so you can sit outside and feel like you have some space. Communication from the owner was excellent and there were no surprises.

We had 12 friends that got together for a reunion, and we had an Awesome time!

Place was beautiful. There a lot of activities to do inside the house. Lots of places to sleep. Only concern I had was the color of the hot tub. The water looked brown and discolored. But they informed me it was due to high iron. Responded quickly. Thanks for having us!

We have stayed a few times at this house and it’s always clean and plenty of room. Lots of games and a full kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay

A beautiful home in gorgeous lake harmony. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Hot tub wasn’t as inviting as we’d hoped but Karly did her best to make it suitable and we are thankful for her attentiveness.

The property is spacious & gorgeous. The house fit our family of 18 perfectly. The amenities were wonderful & took full use of all the game tables and hot tub! So many memories were made with my siblings and our families. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was great for myself and about a dozen friends. Plenty of room to accommodate all of us, and plenty of activities to do both in the house and in the area. The home was in a great area, we utilized the local lake. Our hosts were easy to contact, and very helpful with any question. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone.

We had a great time! We had our 3 kids (age 4-8) plus my parents and sister. 8 of us though the house could easily accommodate more people than that. The basement was a great kid space with a bedroom (with 3 beds) plus a lot of entertainment options. Air hockey, ping pong, foosball table plus a TV area. Lots of great hiking in the area and the kids enjoyed the canoe and tennis courts. The beach area is a little small so I wouldn’t plan on spending tons of time there but the kids enjoyed it for an hour or two. I would go back.
