awesome location, super central to everything. kitchen well furnished with induction cooking. comfortable main bed.

handicapped toilet is a bit weird, high with a weird seat. vibrations from the tram that pass in the street but you get used to it and they don’t run too late at night. noisy staircase due to old building but not a problem overall. only one set of keys can be limiting but not too bad as the intercom works well.

My score is based on the terrible experience before even arriving to the property. There is a lengthy ‘contract’ that you need to sign before even seeing the place plus the EXACT time of check in needs to be agreed 5 days in advance, and if you’re off by 15mins you’ll be charged a penalty (which is completely out of reality for a traveller… your train, plane etc could be delayed etc). Anyway, since I missed the signing of the contract by 1 day, the owner sent me 7 emails, 8 messages in Booking.com, several whatsapp messages - including a 7.30mins voice msg!!! - I even received a call from booking.com!! All of this made me dread even coming to the property… and the worst part is that this happened just when cancellation was no longer free… Luckily the place is nice, but the stressing experience prior to starting my holiday is definitely not worth this property! I have stayed several times in flats in Italy and is the fist time I experience such a situation. There should definitely be a warning!

The hosts are wonderful and super friendly and the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable in an outstanding location! The bus, tram and hop on hop off stops are immediately outside the main door and restaurants, stores and major sites are in walking distance. You could not find a better place for visiting Torino! We travel often and I would rate this higher than 10 stars if possible.

Walking distance to many attractions in city center Apartment was perfect size for our family of 5 Host Annalisa was most helpful in providing information packet on where to park, dine, shop, attractions, etc. She also went above and beyond by helping us book a private tour of the Egyptian Museum in advance of our stay when we had difficulty getting a response to our requests. This was most appreciated. She was very easy to contact via WhatsApp.

While not an issue for our stay, the elevator is not available for general use. Due to traffic restrictions in the city center, we had to park a few blocks away, though this is a trade off for having such a convenient location to walk to many sites.
