We were so excited to get this place. Our flights changed our arrival time and made things impossible, but their team kept communicating with us and worked it out so our other couple could check in instead of just waiting around for hrs until our flight came. Hot tub worked as it should, we had pool passes and other complimentary access to things. We discovered that the grill wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest and it really didn’t look safe lol. We text a picture long story short they provided a New grill the next day! We love the privacy in the back. We all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rebook with our kids next time!

It was good the only thing is the house wasn’t all that clean. The refrigerator doors wouldn’t stay closed and there were missing shelves. We called in the problem.

This property was great for a large family. There were 10 of us and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The property was clean and the pool and hot tub are well-maintained. The management was very professional and responsive. I would definitely rent this property again.

Our family loved this home for our week-long beach vacation. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping locations. We also ordered Door Dash and had no issues with receiving orders. The iTrip staff were amazing from start to finish to include their maintenance team member who fixed our few, minor issues in no time at all. The house, itself, could use some minor repairs to to detail inside and out, but nothing that deterred from the trip or would keep us from staying here again.

They house was great! It was very roomy for all the teenage girls and my mom and I. It only took us about 6 minutes to walk to the beach. The private pool was very well kept and it was nice in the back yard.

Two families of 4 stayed week of 6/10-6/17. We loved everything about the house, the location, the size, the layout, the decor, and the pool and hot tub, which was the icing on the cake. The house was a wonderful retreat after spending the day at the beach and resort pools and caused us to cook more of our meals at the house which probably saved us time and money. There were a couple minor problems that arose, but they were addressed quickly. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is one of the most beautiful houses on the property and maybe even the area. It’s backed into a corner lot in the cul de sac. The hot tub and house is really nice. The house is exactly as the listing described. It’s a very convenient walk to the pools and beach, and an easy drive to the main part of Myrtle Beach. The management company is communicative, and Responsive and accommodated us where they could, such as letting us know house was ready for a slightly early check in if needed. Biggest negative for me were the sheets. 100% polyester sheets that felt like plastic, (brand called chinaberry) so we went to Dillards to get our own and then we shipped them home. We could have gone to Walmart or something but if we were unexpectedly buying sheets we were going to get what we’d buy for our home and ship. Cleaning company could do a more thorough job each week with details rather than just light cleans but nothing too terrible. Overall we were happy and comfortable! Thank you for renting to us!

The house was fabulous. Extremely clean and incredibly nice. Perfect location for our stay. Would love to come back next year.

We felt right at home with this amazing property. They homes are close Together, but once you walk inside nothing else matters you’re literally transported to another magical world. We love the house and all of the amenities. We will stay again

The positives are: 1. The Itrip managing company has great communication and react quickly to any concerns. Their timeliness in responding is refreshing compared to other companies we’ve dealt with. This is a huge positive. 2. The house is as described in the listing and is in a great area. So much to do around the area. Beach just a short walk from the house. The negatives: 1. Cleanliness. That house needs a thorough cleaning. It’s almost like they vacuumed and did a light cleaning. Dried food on cabinets, counters, and handles on appliances. Makeup on doors and cabinets, etc. The carpets need cleaned or replaced. The master bedroom carpet is awful. We kept tripping on it as it needs stretched if not replaced. **we spoke with the managing company and they would have sent a crew back. But we did some of the cleaning ourselves the first day. We didn’t want people interrupting our family. And it was everywhere. Not just one area. This cleaning should have been done prior to our check in not during our stay. Isn’t that what we pay a huge fee for? There are several reviews mentioning the cleanliness issue so they just aren’t listening or don’t care. 2. Things are getting worn and need fixed or replaced. A house at this level should be maintained. Someone just give this house a complete cleaning and some love. That’s all it needs. We will definitely come back to this area. Probably not this house unless we see reviews stating things have improved. If you don’t care about cleanliness then it’s a great house and area.

The location was great! Close to everything! The house was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great!

The house was is a great location and awesome layout. In comparison to the property in this location, the property needs some cleaning and maintenance for this type. + great location + awesome layout especially with a hot tub, large kitchen and family area + beautiful outdoor area and would be awesome on the summer - carpets filthy and pretty dusty (dirtiest ceiling fans I have ever seen) - many bad outlets and light fixtures not working -kitchen cooking supplies need restocking - uses iTrip and it is very challenging to connect with someone. However, the maintenance folks did work to resolve most of the issues. We saw good reviews but maybe this was out of the ordinary. We expected the property to be on par with the others in the area.

The property is just as advertised. Spacious and well appointed. Really nice location and outdoor space. Lots of room in the kitchen and ample space in the dining and living room areas. The stools at the kitchen island are a little worn and could use some repair r replacement and the plants along the driveway make it a little bit of a challenge entering and exiting vehicles the only two very minor issues we encountered. By every measure, this is an excellent property and I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Extremely nice!

The check in , check out experience was poor. Unable to accommodate travelers coming from out of town, only have a half hour window to check in. Office not even open at check out time to verify returned keys etc. . The property was great, had an ice maker problem that was taken care of immediately . Beach club and beach within walking distance, great location!

The property was accommodating for the size of our group. For the price of the rental, I would have expected a higher level of attention to the details (weeds in landscape, refrigerator water filter, Wi-Fi was subpar, trash was an issue, no usable garden hose, and walk to beach was longer than expected).

Well another outstanding trip to North Myrtle Beach and North Beach Plantation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's such a great property to gather as a family. Love the pool and the astro turf backyard! Service was excellent! Appreciate you getting us in and taking care of us!!

This house is in a wonderful location, and was very spacious for our family to spread out, especially with teenagers who want their space! The pool and hot tub along with the outdoor table and gas grill were highlights for us, and we used them daily. The kitchen is large and could easily be used to cook for the whole family, but we did find that items needed for cooking (baking dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets) were few and far between which would make it hard if you planned a nice meal in. Overall the house is a great find, it could just use some extra attention to detail and it would be perfect!

Checking in and out was a breeze! Way easier than going through north beach plantation like we have in the past. They were amazing about an early check in which was super helpful. There were a few broken chairs on the property when we arrived which is why I didn’t give the cleanliness five stars. Other than this, everything was great and we would stay again.

My family and I arrived at the property in pure amazement. The house was beautiful from the outside and also on the inside. The pictures online showcased the property perfectly. The house was very spacious and met our accommodation needs. We enjoyed everything from the screened in porched to the hottub and pool. The house was a walk away from the beach and the resort catered to all ages. Thanks for an amazing stay and we'll definitely be back again in the fall.

This place was as advertised and we had a great time. The back yard was an oasis, and the location was excellent. Our only issues involved overall cleanliness of the house. Our concerns were brushed off when we brought them to the property managers attention.

From online questions to check in and out…..Great service! We had a couple of issues, as all houses do, and when I called Robbie answered the phone immediately! The maintenance man came right away and fixed the problem. Can’t ask for better than that. Next April will be our third time to deal with iTrip. Really glad I found them!! Absolutely one of the best homes I have ever rented❗ The space, flow, and decor made for very pleasing surroundings. The outdoor space was fabulous, and the amenities provided by the resort were awesome. My group definitely requested that I rent this home for our next trip.

Very nice property. Big spacious kitchen and living room. Master bedroom was really great! We really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. It's in a nice neighborhood and easily accessible. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were a couple of things that needed fixed when we arrived, and after reporting them they were repaired the next day (very responsive to our needs). Only downfall was trying to figure out how to work the TV's. That was a little frustrating, some operating instructions would have been helpful.
