This was a perfect location for us however the condo was in need of a lot of upkeep. There is an amazing view but not all the blinds worked so it was blocked. Not sure if anyone had stayed there in a while as the floors were very dirty and things were a bit musty. A good deep cleaning would solve things.

The photos don't do the apt justice it is exactly as described the managment staff is very helpful, it's super clean and the view is awesome, would defineately return!

Great space right in the heart of Seattle. Central location makes everything very easy to get to. Property is very clean and well laid out. Amenities are fantastic. Very warm in the summer however with no available A/C although numerous fans are present. I would stay at this property again.

We walked in the unit & the view exceeded our expectations!! We were all sooooooo Happy & enjoyed the sunsets each night!! The view was just spectacular!! Check in was a breeze & the nice lady assisting us went above & beyond! The unit was clean & comfortable!!😊

Perfectly located if you want to be in the heart of the city. Gorgeous view and right next to Pikes. Felt safe even with all the homeless in the city and around the building.

The view is phenomenal! Great place to stay when visiting Seattle. Close to almost all attractions and within walking distance (20 minutes max). I went with my family (wife and kids ages 14,11 and 8) and we all enjoyed. Target is just an elevator ride down. Would definitely rent again if I visit Seattle.

The property was a lovely 2 bedroom with wonderful accommodations. Was outfitted with all necessities to cook. I love you complaint and it has nothing to do with the property but downtown Seattle is a sad city. Lots of homeless people, open drug use, not much police presence. Took away from the experience of staying in a downtown. Hope to see it improve. The whole area is amazing and the condo is in a perfect location to use as your base.

The location was ideal for our Seattle trip, just steps away from the Pike Place Market, and not far from most of the Seattle tourist attractions. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. My biggest complaint is the communication regarding the parking ramp exit closure that occurred during our stay. There were signs around the building saying the residential parking could not be exited during certain early morning hours for gate replacement, which was during the time we needed to leave for the airport on our final day. Talking to the desk attendant was not helpful, and when I called Vacasa I was told they had a note about it and we could park in the Target parking ramp (which was where the residential parking area exited to). We did that, only to find it was the gate from the Target ramp to the street that was being worked on and that exit was closed! The workers there we not very happy with us, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us leaving the ramp - but it took about 10 minutes for them to secure what they were working on before we could exit.

This property was great for our family vacation in Seattle. It has an amazing view of the market and water and is well located near all the downtown sites, shopping and great food. We would definitely book again!

The condo and it’s location were perfect for my family of five. The only negative was that the lighting in the bathrooms was poor and the coffee table ottoman was very old looking and worn. Other than that the place was clean, neat and had the necessary amenities needed for the week stay. I would definitely book this condo again.

The building is in a great location. The unit was a perfect size and the kitchen was well - equipped. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Better maintenance would make it perfect. The microwave did not work. The window treatments are cheap and the shade in the MBR was broken. The handle of one toilet kept falling off. One of the TV remotes had several non-working buttons. The false cabinet fronts in the kitchen kept falling off.

Beautiful panoramic view! So close to Pike Place Market, and waterfront activities, and yet the sound proof windows, provided quiet when necessary! Every thing was provided, and with Target just next door, food and drinks were easy to obtain. The front desk staff were all very friendly and ready to please. If I am ever fortunate enough to return to Seattle, I will definitely stay again! We stayed for an entire week, and I didn't rent a car. All of the interesting sites are within walking distance or easy to get to with the lite rail or monorail systems. Loved Seattle! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Condo with us!

The view from the condo is amazing, the location is convenient and the front desk staff of the building is friendly and nice. The condo needed a few light bulbs changed but other than that everything was perfect.

We had a great time. Weather could have cooperated more but the condo was in a perfect location. Well stocked kitchen. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving Vacation so enjoyable.

We spent a couple hours mopping the floor (3 times), the master bed shower drain was clogged with hair, the base boards had a thick layer of dust... We also had terrible issues with the entry door, and at one point we were stuck in the hall for 20+ minutes trying to get in. We were informed of issues with the keys working after doing the walk through, and in fact we constantly had problems opening the door. After calling twice they sent a locksmith who mostly fixed the problem. I feel that this condo would have been perfect if cleanliness and maintenance issues had been taken care of, but calling this a Luxury rental is a bit of a stretch. For reviewers who said this place was clean you may have stayed right after people like us who cleaned the place ourselves...

Two fans were provided, but more were needed. The 2nd bathroom door pushed into the shower instead of out so only a tiny person could pass by the door into the shower. The kitchen was well stocked, the location was great, except for an unusual amount of homeless people nearby. The walk to Pike Market was one minute, and being literally above a Target store made it so easy to grab things we needed. Overall, if they took down the shower door and added a curtain instead, and added a couple of more fans, things would have been better. Still, I do think it was a great place for a week.

I had to go to the UW campus and took the light rail, with a station one block away. The Target at the base of the building was super convenient. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and absolutely loved the views. One of the few downsides of this unit is the heat in the middle of the day. We would stay away from the condo in the late afternoon because it got so hot. I am from the South East and was missing my air conditioning. Lastly, I am very picky about noise levels and was worried this place would be noisy given the downtown location. It was very quiet with the windows closed, and I had no complaints. Even with the heat issue we would rent this place again.

We were drawn to the two incredible picture window views of Elliot Bay and Pike Place Market as well as the city view from the balcony with two sets of tables and chairs. This is a finely appointed property with all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay in Seattle,WA. We had an assigned parking space for free and we did not use our car once! Centrally located we were able to explore Alki beach & Salty's restaurant(I highly recommend) by water taxi,& we even witnessed a seal pup on the beach during our walk which is common here. Also, the Space Needle and Pacific Science center, the Aquarium, Sam(next door & it's AWESOME!! & free every 1st Thursday of the month. Also, check out their amazing store without even going in the museum), Woodland Zoo, Argosy Harbor Tour, China Town, Ferris wheel, etc.... We were able to get everywhere and see everything with a little bit of planning by bus, monorail, boat and foot. All the food & Drink options you can imagine are right outside as well as unique shopping experiences within Pike Place market and upward into the city. If you forgot something, Target's flagship store is downstairs with a full grocery store that sells beer and wine and it has a pharmacy too. Overall, our experience with Sea to Sky Rentals was FANTASTIC! I recommend the city pass as it saves about 50% of the cost of doing all the things I mentioned and more as well as keeps you from having to wait in lines. Restaurants we loved, Seatown (great PokE), Uneeda Burger ( amazing and filling), Yardhouse (good for kids), Salty's (make reservations for outside view), Biscuit ***** (you're going to wait but it's worth it), Blue C Sushi (good for kids), Etta's (so good), and Pike Brewery with an excellent atmosphere, food and glorious beer. Overall, our experience with Sea to Sky Rentals was FANTASTIC!

The location is perfect downtown living...Pikes Public Market one block away, the very First Starbucks two blocks, Seattle Art Museum one block, Seattle Symphony one block, Hard Rock Cafe across the street and the building is on top of a City Target. In the morning, we could simply walk to many bakeries to get fresh pastry items and in the afternoon, you get FRESH seafood to cook at home. There is also a small grocery store one block away and Target also has a small grocery section. Bring your recyclable bags or you'll end up paying for them in Seattle! There are several major retail stores located downtown that are within easy walking distance, making shopping heavenly. The location cannot be beat and you have a designated parking space below the building...we found having a car useful to go to other tourist locations that were not in walking distance. The unit itself boasts the most beautiful panoramic views of Elliott Bay with ferries, cruise ships and sailboats keeping the bay active. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded utensils, small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker, small food processor), and an extra built-in wine refrigerator. The bedroom with two twin beds faces the city and opens up to a balcony. This bedroom has a large detached bathroom w/a walk-in shower. The master bedroom faces Elliott Bay with a king size bed and nicely upgraded attached bathroom (shower/tub combo). Plenty of closet space. Luxury linens. Full washer/dryer. Bright with plenty of natural light and nicely decorated. Flat screen TV's in every room. There is no central AC, only a ceiling fan and two upright fans. There is central heating. This unit is on the twentieth floor and is about 1000 sq feet. Absolutely outstanding place to stay if you want a downtown location (in the middle of all the tourist spots)with the comforts of home and gorgeous views!
