My family of four had a great time at this condo. It was fully stocked with board games, books, snorkeling gear, and all the beach stuff you would need. We even bought some pickleball paddles and left them at the condo for future renters. Michael was attentive and amazing to work with. You can’t beat the view and can’t beat the closeness to the shopping center. In fact, my wife and I would walk over to the local coffee shop (highly recommend them) each morning. It was a quick 5 minute walk.

We loved staying at this Condo! It was a wonderful spot for our family. The pool was great for our kids and the location was very convenient! We would stay here again. Host was wonderful

My family and I recently stayed for 10 days at Michael's condo. From the time of booking to the end of our stay, Michael maintained great communication. Whenever I had any questions and messaged him, he would respond promptly. The property was clean and quite roomy for our family of 4. The view from the lanai/balcony was great. We even saw a whale breeching from the lanai early on during our stay, albeit at a distance. The condo is also conveniently located right off Alii Hwy and just 10~15 minutes from Kailua-Kona, etc. Given the proximity to the road, you will hear some traffic noise during peak hours from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. The property is on the 3rd level, which provides a great view of the ocean side, but do note that there is no elevator. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo while visiting Big Island.

The owner - Michael had been very responsive since we booked this condo. The location was close to stores, restaurants, Kona, the main roads to get to other areas of the island and the ocean. The condo was well stocked with many of the necessities that was needed for the stay. It was well decorated and the views...wonderful! Specifically at sunset! We had three adult couples and were all comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved our stay here! Thank you Michael for being such a great host!

Well appointed condo with ocean view we saw whales! Great beach gear to take to the beach. Close to shopping KTA store for fresh local produce and products! Delicious restaurants nearby as well. Quick access to main roads downtown and all the sightseeing areas.

The property was actually as described. Our view from the balcony was breathtaking. We would have our coffee on the balcony and watch the whale's breach. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was so complete with every kind of cooking and serving items you would ever need. The unit had beach towels and beach chairs for use that we used every day. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo is very well stocked. Owner Michael was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Condo is exactly as listed. Highly recommend.

The condo was a nice home base for adventuring around the island. It was clean add had great amenities. And the views were amazing. Michael was very thorough with all instructions and details. Would definitely stay again.

If I could give this property a 6, I would do so. Communication with the owner was flawless from start to finish. The unit is exactly as depicted in the photos but the expansive ocean view is even better in person. All of the amenities were on point and the building is extremely quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend.

This was a wonderful condo with a great view. The photos simply do not capture the expansive view of the golf course and ocean. We would definitely return if ever back in Kona.

The condo is wonderful. It’s comfortable and neat/tidy. Location is very convenient to go anywhere and easy to find. A bonus for golfers like me. We enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset every day. The owner is super responsive and very easy to work with.

The property was exactly as advertised. It has a great view of the ocean with palm trees lining the shore and is steps from one of the pools. The kitchen is nicely appointed and has a full size refrigerator. Each of the bedrooms has a fan and a/c unit, the bedroom in the loft stays cool without a/c if the door is closed during the day. The information in the unit is quite good, it helps understand the lighting, fans and tv. Michael is a great host, very responsive to any questions. The unit comes with a variety of sports equipment like snorkel and masks. Beaches are nearby, some within a short walk. Overall, the unit was very comfortable. We spent many evenings on the lanai enjoying the fresh ocean air and the sunsets.

My family (2 adults, 3 kids between 9-13) stayed here for about a week and it was perfect for us. The condo was in a good location with very close proximity to a grocery anchored shopping center which was helpful. This is about 3-5 minutes drive from a good, beginner surfing beach. About 3 minutes the other way is the location of all the manta ray snorkeling/diving (which we did twice). Downtown Kona is 10 minutes away. There is a nice swimming pool here. The owners of the unit had all kinds of boogie boards, and beach chairs and toys you could use. This was really a good scenario for us. Perhaps most importantly, the communication with the owner was very easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

Everything was as expected and described in the description. Communication with Michael was phenomenal from beginning to end. The unit is in excellent condition and has high quality furnishing and decorations to make it feel like home. Parking was great as well as the central pools located in the condo area.

A wonderful place with beautiful sunsets, awesome snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach Park and close to downtown Kona.

This was a wonderful and spacious place to stay! It was very clean and was a wonderfully to come lay our heads after a long day at the beach. It had gorgeous views of the ocean and you can see the sunrise every morning. The proximity to town is great and there’s even a little farmers market 2 miles up the road! Super cute. We will come back!

Great communication with Michael, the owner. He guided us through every step of the process. Very organized and detailed. About the property — The best part is it has amazing views! There’s enough space for 6 people. Everything you need is in this place. And the beach supplies came very handy when it’s time to hit the beach. Convenient location — close to downtown Kona and there’s a supermarket that’s very close-by. We also liked that there’s a nice breeze that traveled down the hillside and entered the kitchen and flowed through the lanai on a daily basis.

Facility was more than expected! Kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs, including things you tend to forget about - aluminum foil, cooking spray, salt/pepper… and much more! Beach supplies included chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, towels…. Location is ideal if you are doing things along the Kona coastline! And most importantly the host Michael’s communications was superb!

Property owner very informative, helpful, and personable. Property third floor with amazing views (coffee at 5am was the best part of the trip). Well accommodated and clean. Central to shopping and access to highway 11 for trips to Hilo, volcano, and beaches.

I would highly recommend this place for a family of six adults. Our group of three couples found it very spacious for our three weeks stay and were pleased with the size of the bedrooms and that each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked of kitchen wear for the two chefs in our family - they enjoyed making the big meals. The living room was spacious enough for a late night movie. The lanai is also large enough to enjoy the beautiful sunsets while having a BBQ dinner for all of us around the outdoor table. The condo complex is elevated which provides a vast perspective of the ocean. During the months of January-February we often saw humpback whales and occasionally heard their air blows as they’d surface - very cool! The check-in was seamless with the key pad door lock which made it easy for six people coming and going at different times. The condo is stocked with all you’d need to enjoy yourself for a fun day at the beach. We enjoyed the location of the condo as it was away from downtown’s hustle but just a short drive to get there. There is even a HIBike rental kiosk on Ali’i Dr. just a short 15 min. walk away. Working with the owner before, during and after our stay was a pleasure. I especially respect the availability and the quick response to my emails. As you can tell our family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we all would stay here again on our next Big Island vacation. This beautiful condo was perfect for our trip to the Big Island! Personalized parking spot close to unit made it easy to come and go without circling the lot to park!! Clean and very quiet condo complex and unit, walking distance to shops, restaurants, shave ice, farm market (Wed and Fri mornings) and manta viewing! Fully equipped kitchen with everything imaginable! Having all the extras made it perfect and stress-free. Beach chairs, plush beach towels, boogie boards, anti-fog for snorkeling, umbrella the list is endless. Loved having washer, dryer and every type of laundry supply I could ever want. AC and fans in the rooms made sleeping pleasant. The owner was extremely responsive from booking to post-check out. Check in was the easiest of any vrbo we have used and having key pad instead of key made it easy to come and go for our family throughout the week. Watching the golfers from lanai was fun and sunsets from every spot in this condo was A+++ We highly recommend this property for a trip to the Big Island!

Beautiful rental unit, and had everything you could ever need, including snorkels, tennis rackets, body boards, beach chairs, a cooler, and large beach towels! The only issue was the confusion with the check in process, as multiple codes were given. Overall, we had an amazing time!

We loved our trip and stay here! The condo was perfect for us. We were 3 couples and we each had a bedroom and bathroom each , condo was really well equipped and spacey. The deck was perfect and the lovely view for the sunset etc was lovely! We loved it and would definitely recommend it - thanks heaps Michael

We had a fantastic vacation and this condo was perfect for our needs. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, sunscreen, basic condiments in the kitchen and fans. The lanai was our evening gathering spot for games where we also enjoyed the beautiful sunset each evening. The pool area was nice and the location was perfect for us- close enough to the "downtown" active area to be convenient, yet far enough away to escape the noise and activity when we were ready for a more quiet environment. Beautiful location just south of the heart of Kona. Walking distance to a shopping center with many shops (groceries, etc.) and access to the trolley (this gave our teens some freedom to explore on their own). Loved drinking coffee on the patio/lanai each morning. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property. Plenty of space for all of us and all of the necessities were stocked and ready for us. The property is beautiful and convenient to everything in Kona.

This property is a great option for anyone looking for a longer term trip to the Kailua-Kona area. The condo was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, and you are able to catch the sunset from the lanai. The location is excellent as well, as it is in a quieter neighborhood but still close to the downtown area, and there is a grocery store, restaurants, gas station, and pharmacy all within a 2 minute drive from the property. A nice additional bonus is the beach equipment that was available to use as well, there were chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, etc. This made going to the beach a much more convenient and enjoyable time. Michael was very helpful on answering any questions we had, and provided a great amount of information prior to the trip. We had a wonderful time visiting Kailua-Kona, and it was only made all the better by staying in the fantastic property.

It's our first time going to Big Island and our family loves the condo w/ an amazing view of the ocean! This condo has everything you need and even a rice cooker! We are picky about cleanliness of hotel and this place was very clean. Location is excellent as it's close to the shopping center and minutes away from Kahulu'u beach which is one of the best for snorkeling. Michael is wonderful and quick to respond when you text him. If we go back to Big Island again, we will definitely stay at this condo again!
