Fabulous location

We had a lovely time with our dog in Aix-en-Provence and were always happily returning to our center of operation in this cozy apartment to plan the next trip or relax a bit before returning to the beautiful Cours Mirabeau :)

The most wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the center. I felt like I lived there.the apartment was very clean, with adequate bedroom space. The bed was very comfortable,and the AC worked great.bath room very large,so 2 people can easily be getting ready to go.well aquipted kitchen for our needs.terrace was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Sabine was a fantastic host,very attentive to our needs.i would definitely rent this apartment again.Thank you Sabine for all your help and suggestions!!!

The apartment is wonderfully placed. The linen was crisply clean. The living area was very dusty and not good for asthmatics. We stayed for 15 days and found the kitchen very inadequate. Lots of crockery but only one saucepan without a lid and a wide variety of frying pans, none with lids. We lived on salads and omelettes. Probably OK for a shorter stay. We were issued only one key, which meant we had to do everything together, or somebody had to stay home to let others back into the building. A request for a second key received no response.

Excellent apartment in one of the best locations. Very close to the city center and very quiet. Has all the necessary items including the washing machine with dryer. Balcony is a nice addition. Little bit to cluttered inside with to many items and pieces of furniture inside.

All very good, except the bedroom is very small. Great large bed, squeezed into a small space. Clean, quiet, helpful owner. Access to good stores, restaurants and cafes.

Sabine was a wonderful hostess meeting us at the apartment upon our arrival. After walking through a small courtyard, we took the lift to her apartment. The apartment is lovely, just as the pictures show. The living area is nice size and open to a small dining area and the small, but very functional kitchen. The bedroom is good size with plenty of storage space and the bathroom is large with under counter storage. It was immaculate and bright with a bonus balcony that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The building is located on a little cobblestone street just off Cours Mirabeau, a large open-air plaza with shops, dining and street markets. If you're coming to Aix-en-Provence, you must stay here. You'll be glad you did!!!

Homely, comfortable apartment fantastically located in the centre of Aix. Quiet, secluded balcony added to the living space. Would both recommend to others and return myself.

The apartment is most comfortable and conveniently located. Sabine is an excellent host, lots of information and timely in responding to our questions. We were able to change our booking time due to the ongoing labor strikes with no trouble at all. We didn't use the kitchen much as our stay was fairly short, and it was a bit chilly to sit out on the balcony. That said, I'm sure we would have enjoyed both under different conditions.

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was by far the absolute best! Sabine, the owner, greeted us on arrival and showed us how to operate everything. There were so many nice extra touches. For example, the bath towels were the size of beach towels. The washing machine was a combination washer/ dryer. There was a microwave and alas, ice cubes! There are NEVER ice cubes in France! There was also a lovely baloney off the living room where we enjoyed our evening wine. The location is ideal, minutes from the hustle and bustle of Aix en Province, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Oh, I forgo. There is a big bathtub and a great shower plus a hand held shower. The bed is very comfortable and the place is nice and clean. We stayed for 2 nights but I could have stayed there a month it was so nice. Sabine is a great hostess and we felt so lucky to have found this place.

Only glitch was that the host did not provide her cell phone number. The only way to communicate was by VRBO messaging system: that's a problem if you are standing in front of the door and don't have the key to get in. Everything else was perfect and just as described. If you stay here, try to get an SMS or What'sApp number from the host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's lovely little apartment. This flat is well stocked with everything you could need, has a washer and dishwasher, a comfortable bed and really good water pressure in the shower. It's also very pretty - and because of the lovely decorating touches, it feels like a home. And the biggest bonus is that it's situated in a quiet side street but next to old town (so right next to everything of interest as well as shopping) , with a large balcony overlooking the courtyard. It's so peaceful! And Sabine was so good with meeting us and spending time explaining everything that we might want to know about the town, and the area. I highly recommend this apartment and we would stay again.

Nice apartment with large bathroom in a great location with a friendly host. Be aware that the bed is two twins pushed together with a pad on top, so they can and do slide around.

The property was extremely well located to Downtown, museums, shopping, restaurants , and Live Music!!! It had a wonderful bathtub and excellent facilities, including air conditioning 🤗 The outside balcony was also a major bonus! We loved this Place🎊🙏🤗

We’ve been to this property before and knew the area. Melanie was extremely helpful when we arrived. We were a little bit concerned that it was cluttered this time, as if someone had stored things there. As we were there for 10 days, it would have been much appreciated to have a change of linens. Of course these may have already been in the apartment and we didn’t see them. However, these were minor issues and definitely wouldn’t stop us returning to this lovely apartment.

The apartment is so cute but too small for so many items of decor, leaving no space to put our things out on the counter in the bathroom or kitchen. We loved sitting out on the terrace which had a table and 4 solid chairs. I mention this as the chairs inside at the kitchen table area were falling apart and not safe to sit on. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning was a blessing since it was very hot while we were in Aix. Overall, a great stay.

Cute apartment really close to the centre of the town. Very clean and cute, not a lot of storage space if you were staying longer than a weekend and wanted to unpack. The host came to check us in in person and made some great restaurant recommendations.

Apparently this is only in the English Vrbo listing and should be fixed soon. Paid parking is reasonably close but will cost upwards of 20 € per day.

Great location! Extremely convenient to shops, restaurants and the markets. The apartment was fine and very clean. But it had a lot of clutter making the space seem smaller that it actually was. Overall, a good experience.

Les Jardines de Mistral was a perfect choice for our four night stay in Aix-en-Provence. We were greeted by the lovely Yoni who coped with our very average French but explained everything about the flat to us in his good English. A bottle of beautiful local rosé, courtesy of the owners was supplied too! The flat was appointed with everything we needed for our stay and in excellent condition and style. The outside balcony was a lovely place to enjoy our meals and wine when we weren't enjoying all the bistros and restaurants in the town.Check in and check out were easy and communication with the owners and property management was easy and efficient. The flat is in an excellent location. It is a very short walk to all the historic sites, galleries, markets, up-market shopping and all the great bistros and bars. The flat was quiet and secure and very comfortable. A wonderful find and we did not want to leave.
