This property was absolutely perfect for our family! We brought my grandparents to reminisce in Tombstone where they were raised and this house was a perfect meeting point for all generations to enjoy. The pool was perfect for the kids (even has a pool alarm in the event that you have little ones that can escape outside!) And the common areas: kitchen, dining room & living room, were perfect for the adults to spend time together. The only downside to the whole property is that it was hard to get in and out of some doorways & the shower for my grandfather since he is in a wheelchair. However, I didnt verify that the house was wheelchair accessible before booking so the 100% falls on me! Overall, 10/10 would recommend! The house is quiet and on a quiet street, but close to everything and anything you could need! Home was very clean & well taken care of!

Things were great. Only issue was the pool needed to be cleaned up, due to some storm debris, but the owner sent someone out as soon as we contacted him. He was extremely responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

House was as described and pictured. We went for a graduation at the Army base. The location was absolutely perfect. House was centrally located, large enough for my family and worked great. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome during our trip.

The property was nice and located centrally. The only problem we had was the pool heater that didn’t get resolved in time for us to be able to use it like we planned. The owner did refund our pool heater cost.

BBQ was not cleaned. House it self could use some repairs i.e. master bath sink needs replaced as do the kitcken countertops. Pool was nice once it got going. Overall the onwer was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Safe, quiet neighborhood close to many trails and canyons.

This house is in a great location, particularly if you are planning to golf at nearby Pueblo del sol country club, an excellent and very affordable public golf course. The house is well laid out and relatively spacious. Nice pool and heated spa. The owner, Arji, is very responsive. Will probably stay here again next year.

The pictures of the property are clearly old. The beds were comfortable. I selected the location because of the pool and I am so glad I did. The pool absolutely made the stay perfect.

This was a great home ! Good neighborhood! Great pool! Only complaints which are minor overall zero propane to use the BBQ and there was urine in both toilets when we arrived, but those are very minor overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay! Would for sure come again !!!!

The house and amenities were as described. It was located close to areas of interest for my family. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the house had a lot of space and access to the garage to park the car. We would stay here again. The only negative thing I have to say is the house could have been cleaner. The floors and bathrooms/ kitchen were clean but the doors walls windows etc. were all pretty filthy. Would could see dirty handprints next to all the door handles. There were also no trash bags in the bathroom trashes leaving stuff to fall through to the floor as there was no bottom to the cans. That all being said we would stay here again and hopefully my comments are taken as constructive.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to everything we wanted to see in Sierra Vista. There's no safety fence around the pool so be very careful to watch your kids and/or pets. Plenty of towels and pool toys were provided.

This guy is as DISHONEST as they come. Don't rent this place. It's filty and outdated. Pests, bugs and outdated, broken patio furniture with zero backyard shade. .. Really close neighbors who are cusious.. maybe the owner lives next door? Several neighbors windows enjoy the pool view. Now to the dishonesty... He tried to charge us $500 for smoking in the house because there was an empty weed package left behind. We absolutely never smoked in the house. Then he tried to charge us $250 for supposedly taking apart some pool filter... Why would we mess with any filters?? Add another fee for tiny bit of dog hair left behind when WE ALREADY PAID EXYRA FOR THE DOGS! DISHONEST. DO NOT STAY HERE You will have to fight vrbo to stop this guy from charging you outrageous made up fees. Unbelievable

Response to problems taken care of quickly. Location and neighborhood great! AC in Master Bedroom did not stay cool enough. Deep cleaning could be improved. TV’s not user friendly. Enjoyed pool and hot tub! Would be nice to have more dining room chairs or kitchen table and chairs.

My family has stayed at several VRBO's in the past. My review is based on what I've experienced at other properties and what I'm use to. Others may have different experiences. This property was not what I expected. First, the property states that it sleeps 8. It does sleep 8 if you include the blow up mattress that only fits in the walk-in closet. So right off the bat, our party of 7 was having to make adjustments. We couldn't get the pool to heat or the hot tub. The coffee maker was old and didn't work properly. The ice-maker was frozen and we had to clean to it to get ice. The refrigerator had a lot of leftover food in there from previous guests. This was a concern because of Covid, plus it was confusing on what was ours and what was already there. The neighbor had a dog that they left outside that barked off and on ALL NIGHT. We decided to go to a hotel. The owner was very apologetic and communicated quickly to help resolve the situation. I believe he will fix these issues for future guests.

This was my first time booking with VRBO. We requested an early check in and ran into many obstacles arriving to our destination and did not make the early check in. The owner refunded the early check in. The AC broke while we were in the house and the owner had a very quick response to our request for help. He sent out the caretaker, who was not sure what the problem was so a hearing and air conditioning company was called. Someone needed to be at the house for the tech but we had plans for the day so we told the owner it was fine; we had plans to depart early the next morning and it was not overly hot so we just opened the windows and spent extra time in the pool. The door handle to the door between the garage and house broke, which we advised the owner and caretaker of. The caretaker said it was an ongoing problem with that particular door. Even with those minor inconveniences, we still enjoyed our stay very much and would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making everything so easy for us!

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at this home this year because of how much we enjoyed our first stay. The home was great and the neighborhood it is located in was equally as such!

Perfect little house for our family of four! We loved having our own pool, and the location was a perfect jumping off point for day trips to Tombstone and Bisbee.

House was very nice and the pool was a huge plus! It was great being able to stay in a large house with a pool and know the kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities. Will stay here again!
