My four adult children and their families gathered with me under one roof for the week in this lovely updated home. It was everything we had hoped for, spacious rooms to accommodate the boy cousins in one room, girls in another and plenty of room for the adults. A game room in the lower level kept the kids entertained. The home accommodated us with privacy as well as many options for seating for conversation and meals. The owner met with us to explain and answer our questions about the house and island. He encouraged us to contact him if we were lacking anything in the kitchen in the way of pots and dishes. The island had enough activities to occupy all ages. We ran 5K race, arts and crafts, pools, shopping, pier fishing, deep sea excursions, T shirt dyeing, golf cart excursions and everything else the island offered. I highly recommend this beautiful home and island.

The house is very nice. The kitchen is wonderful. The view is beautiful. The house is much further back from the beach than anticipated.

We enjoyed a weeks stay to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary! This house was perfect! The kitchen was large providing ample room for everyone to help out w/ meal prep. The appliances were amazing and the ice maker was a hit. Grilling are was very nice as well. The bathrooms were fantastic w/ large showers and several water features. The view is breathtaking! First time our family experienced high/low tide. The beach is about 1/4 mile walk. There is a wagon to help haul your beach gear. Tons of beach chairs provided in the storage room under the stairs. Everyone enjoyed the evening golf cart rides to watch the sunset. Gary the owner was extremely welcoming and attentive as well. Overall a fantastic vacation!

Gary was very helpful and a great host! The house was well equipped with everything. Beach chairs galore! The beach isn’t as close to the house as it looks in the pictures, but very accessible by the boardwalk and you can see the ocean from the house. Absolutely perfect and beautiful setting. We will be back!
