The property was just as beautiful in person as it was online. Very clean, bright, and had everything we needed.

Could not have asked for a better location! Was pleased with the condo - it was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The patio was enormous with lots of seating. We liked the fact there was a washer dryer in the unit. There were two pools, one was consistently cold the other was a great temperature. There was also a hot tub outdoors. Easy private access to the beach and covered parking was available. Beautiful views from the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was great. No complaints!

It was a great experience. It was very clean and nice. Condo looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing I can think of is there wasn’t start up supplies such as paper towels or toilet paper or hand soap.

The condo is beautifully furnished, clean, and close to everything. The balcony into die for with lots are furniture to hang out with friends. The pier is 1.5 miles away and a great morning walk on the beach.

We had a great time! The property exactly as described and we had no issues. A note to future renters though, bring or plan to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Only one roll per bathroom and one kitchen trash bag was provided.

There's a lot to unpack with my review. Before my trip, communicating with the rental company was fairly easy through the VRBO app. They couldn't provide answers for things like when the latest inspection of the condos was or what umbrella rental company the condo building has a contract with specifically in order to reserve beach chairs. Another negative about this rental company is that a previous renter HAD THEIR RENTAL CAR STOLEN FROM THE CONDOS RESERVED PARKING GARAGE! The supervisor I spoke with said the condo "has cameras in the garages, but they're very bad pictures and can't make out the images". When I was called by RealJoy Vacations 2 hours before my 4pm check-in time, I was told that due to this incident the renter couldn't leave the condo on time and my check-in time would be pushed back by an hour or hour and a half to let the cleaning crew do their job. So not only was my family terrified of our vehicles being broken into or stolen, the condo not having a quality security system in place, but we also were forced to prepare for a late start to our "relaxing" vacation. Oh! And we also had a maintenance man barge into our condo during the middle of our stay while we were getting dressed and ready for the beach because he was told the "condo was supposed to be vacant". If you go through this company, take Xanax with you on your vacation.

We really enjoyed the condo itself and the cleanliness of it, however the communication with the rental agency was not the best. Every time you message them you get an auto-reply, which is pretty annoying, but then you never get the same person to respond. Also, you get conflicting information depending on who you talked to. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the condo itself, just wish the rental agency had better customer service.

Our family stayed here for a sports tournament. The condo was clean, well decorated, and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this condo to others!

This was the perfect place for our trip! It was clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were totally pleased.

This rental was one of the best I’ve rented at Panama City Beach. Very spacious, very clean. The beds were fabulous, the balcony was large and furnished appropriately- I’d say the only downside was parking. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villa 802. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable! We enjoyed being close to the beach and having the pool and hot tub right there as well!

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was great. The pool area was never overcrowded and elevator use was easy. The main heated pool was very nice and the hot was large. The view from the balcony was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Air unit was not working on the day that we arrived. On top of that my wife is a clean freak, as she was putting our stuff in our room so notice through the balcony door a used bandaid stuck to the outside rug on the balcony she was really upset about this. Real Joy staff did come up and get the bandaid and said they would get the air fixed. The air finally got fixed at 10:00 pm that night. The man that came and fixed it was extremely nice but he did tell us that he almost didn't come because he was told by Real Joy that we were checking out the next morning. Which really upset me because we had just got there and we were staying for 5 nights. After that my family and I enjoyed our vacation the condo is really pretty and has awesome view to the beach. Our issue was more with the cleaning crew and maintenance then the condo itself. We love Panama City Beach and we will be back to vacation.

Very nice condo with super comfy beds and beautiful views! Close to everything! Also has a walk across if you come in late and have to park across the road! Will definitely rent again!
