This beautiful apartment was the perfect “base camp” to explored Athens with our family. The street is quiet and car-free, so perfect for walking with toddlers, and there are plenty of cafes and tavernas close by. The apartment itself is spacious, immaculate and well appointed. Our hosts were right there to arrange transport for our multi-generation group of eight, provide crib and high chair and even re-arrange furniture to accommodate us. We will definitely return- I actually wish I was there right now!

You can walk to archeological sites. Very quiet street, with some nice restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and grocery store. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Athens. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, offering 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, perfect for our large family. The location is superb, close to the Acropolis, Plaka, cafes, and restaurants. Marianne and Eva, our hosts, took very good care of us. A member of our party had a medical scare, and the care and concern of our hosts was top notch. Marianne and Eva took care of our transportation needs which relieved a lot of stress. We highly recommend!

Seven of us traveled to Athens and this property was perfect. Great location within walking distance of the Acropolis, restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, very clean, well-stocked with kitchen items and modern appliances and separate air conditioning units/thermostats in each bedroom. It more than comfortably accommodated all of us, with room to spare. The host, Marianne, was extremely friendly and responsive and answered all of my emails. She booked transportation for us from the airport as well (the driver was so friendly too)! Eva was there to greet us when we arrived and she was a delight. I would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

This stay was a perfect location to all the major sites of Athens, food, and shopping. I love the deck sitting area and how each bedroom has its own bathroom. The building is very safe and the people were great to work with!

This unit was exactly as pictured. It was very roomy, comfortable, clean, and cozy. The location was close to everything. The host Marianne was very responsive. Check in and out was very easy. I highly recommended this great space. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment located walking distance to most of Athens’ historic tourist spots. It was amazing to look out the window at night and see the Acropolis from our 3rd floor apartment. Marianne is a caring owner/host who met us at 3 am to check-in after our flight was delayed. She helped with other aspects like transfers and neighboring shops. Our extended family of 11 people ages 18 mo to 80+ felt comfortable and welcomed! She also has a convenient set-up to store luggage for early arrival or late departure. Highly recommend!!

Marianne and Eva were amazing hosts. They were able to get us everything we needed, including a shuttle to the beach for the day at the last minute. Very grateful for them. Loved the area because it was safe and close to everything. Walked everywhere with my 77 yr old mother, if that tells you anything. If we go back to Athens, we definitely would stay there again. The place was definitely big enough and then some for my family of 5.

Four of us stayed in this lovely condo for a week. The condo was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood itself is fabulous - within walking distance to great restaurants, the Plaka, Monastriaki, etc.. and very safe. (They even had a wine-tasting event along our street, with local musicians one weekend). Super fun! Marianne, the property owner/manager, was very responsive and hospitable. Without question, would stay again!!

We had a party of 4 adult couples and the property was excellent. The location was on a pedestrian street in the heart of restaurants and other attractions. You can see the Parthenon from the kitchen table. The bedrooms were comfortable and the common areas large enough for the group to be close but not cramped. Marianne was a tremendous host, arranging airport transportation for us and providing dining options as well. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was exactly as described. Clean and spacious. The location could not have been better, located in a quiet tree lined street in close proximity to all central areas of Athens. Marianne was extremely responsive in the weeks leading up to our stay, including booking transportation to the airport and recommending/booking restaurants. Check in was easy, friendly, and accommodating. She and her assistant went above and beyond in assisting us locate some missing items from the airport. Would highly recommend; you won’t go wrong!

Nice large property near the Acropolis with restaurants right across the street. Perfect for large family or 3-5 couples (we had 3) as the property has numerous bedrooms and bathrooms Marianne was fantastic, offering help and advice both at check in and check out. She arranged for our post stay transfer to our cruise ship where one us left a mobile phone after drop off. We called Marianne and she took care of that and the van returned to the cruise port without cost or trouble to us.

Our party of 3 couples had lots of room in this spacious apartment. the furnishings were as expected in a rental apartment and met our needs. The location was great with a coffee shop (across the street) , bars, restaurants and shops close by. We walked to Psyrri, Monastiraki, Plakka and the Acropolis. Our host and her staff were helpful during our stay and were available to deal with questions we had despite not being related to the apartment. The apartment was as advertised and we were not disappointed.

Great location, walking distance to everything and the best taverna just up the street. Apartment was spacious and had evert amenity. Definitely a place to stay with a family. Unbelievable safe.

This is a lovely apartment with lots of room for a group of people. There are literally restaurants right across the tree-lined street, and yet it is a very quiet spot. You can walk just about anywhere from here - and public transportation is not far away. Very nice neighborhood and the host was wonderful!

I can't say enough good things about Marianne and her team. The property looks like the pictures online. For a European property it was much larger than most and the AC worked better than most. There are restaurants on the street, a grocery store, bakery and liquor store a block away (in different directions) We felt we were close to the Acropolis and the archeological sites with lots of shops and restaurants in between, without any street noise. The service was really wonderful. Marianne arrange transfers for multiple family members from the airport, to the cruise ship, from the cruise ship and back to the airport all within standard cost. All the drivers were polite, spoke English and timely. Our 1 year old lost shoes on the transfer from airport to property, as soon as we realized this, the shoes were at our door the next day. Clothing was left at the property but was recovered before we left for the cruise. My only question is "Marianne do you have properties in other countries?"

This place has it all. Location was amazing. Surrounding shops and restaurants. Close to the Acropolis. And a wonderful host. Will definately return.

We stayed in 2 of the units in Marianne's building and both were fantastic. The entire building is beautiful, unique, clean, and in a wonderful location. We loved everything about it and Marianne was such a great host. We can't wait to go back!

We spent 3 nights here with 5 adults and my teenaged son and thoroughly enjoyed this clean, quiet and convenient location. The home was available early on our day of check in, allowing my son and his girlfriend to arrive and check in by noon, which was hugely helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the home well appointed and clean and very spacious. Our host Marianne was extremely communicative leading up to our check in and helped arrange our airport transfers. She met us upon arrival and had several great recommendations for places to see and eat. She was extremely kind and generous with us. I would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Athens and will look forward to staying there again on future trips!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, attractions. Construction on the street makes driving difficult. Beautiful apartment comfortably accommodated 9 adults and a 3yo. Marianne and Eva are very knowledgeable and gracious hosts. We loved our stay.

Apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is brilliant, quiet pedestrian street with nice shops, cafes and restaurants in the street but still very quiet. Just a 5 minute walk away from monastiraki, the ancient agora, the acropolis, and many other sites - it's really a perfect location for exploring the city center. Gracious host to top it off.

We had a very comfortable stay at Marainne's apartment. It is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our group of 8 adults had plenty of room, with private bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple, plus a spacious kitchen and a glass atrium area with an 8 person dining table, sofa, chairs, and a breakfast/coffee counter. The apartment was very clean, and well furnished. The location is great for visitors to central Athens. Lots of restaurants, shopping and the Acropolis within walking distance. Marianne was a great host as her office is on the ground floor of the building. She was attentive to our need and made it a point to greet us upon arrival and departure. She also arranged our airport transfers and local sight-seeing trip. I would highly recommend
