Great location with everything you need! We took a boat and the location off the water was perfect with plenty of depth to dock without fear. As with any rental things can always come up but Lori and Charles were great and stayed in constant communication. Great place that we'd stay again someday.

This property is outstanding; it is in a terrific location (especially if you like the water &/or like to fish), easy to get to, central to many of the best places in the Hill Country, and comes with just about anything and everything you might need to enjoy a short stay or an extended stay. The owners, Lori & Charles, go out of their way to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. Anything that we have needed or have had questions on in the past, one if not both of them, have been only a phone call or text message away. You could not ask for a more responsive couple Getting out of the Minnesota cold and snow and being able to stay at Unit P has become more of a tradition for my wife and I; we look forward to spending time in Horseshoe Bay each winter and most certainly enjoy any time we get to spend with Lori and Charles. Each year has brought special memories, one of the best for this year was my wife and Lori going strawberry picking and then all of of enjoying the strawberry eating. We can not thank Lori and Charles enough for providing this wonderful property for our use or for being such gracious and caring hosts.

The owners of property were amazing! Stayed in contact with us during our stay, especially when bad weather was predicted. Perfect accommodations for what we needed for our family and the dock for our boat!

Other than the check in process which is quite different than any other VRBO rental that we’ve ever had, this was a great rental. Lori and Charles made sure we had everythwe needed. We had some issues with a mix up with a coffee mug and another property in the complex we were staying at but Lori made sure it was straightened out. It seems we also misplaced some towels so that was our fault. So other than those self inflicted issues, great property and owners to work with.

We had a wonderful weekend for my son’s birthday. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and immediately responded to all questions. I will definitely try get this same property for next year.

Even before we arrived Lori helped make sure we had all the information we needed to prepare for our stay regarding activities, entertainment, and food! The property was very comfortable and well-stocked! Everything was perfect for my family of 4: which included 2 teen boys. Thank you Lori! We will be back 😊

Beautiful home directly on the Lake. Plenty of room for 7 of us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Handsoap at every sink seems small, but was great. You don't see that alot at rental homes, and can easily be forgotten. The views looking out onto the lake from every floor are amazing. Downstairs at the lake level there's a wetbar to make some cocktails, a small fridge to store some snacks/drinks and a bathroom. The Horseshoe Bay Resort is not far from the unit, and has a bar/entertainment area so everyday there was music outside. On Saturday night a live band performed out there then out of no where we heard a loud bang outside, and what do you know it was fireworks being shot off across the lake near the lighthouse. They were beautiful over the water and we had a front row seat to watch them from the second floor balcony. Lori was gracious enough to meet us on arrival, and give a tour of the condo. She gave suggestions for activities, restaurants and nearby stores to stock up for our stay. She also had a fresh loaf of coconut bread for us which was a welcome snack after our drive. Overall the place was 5 star!! Owners, amenities, location!! 4 bathrooms!! Comfortable beds!! Can't say enough. We'll definitely book again!

This place was perfect for our family getaway! Lori and Charles are wonderful hosts and were very kind to provide us with a list of places to check out, restaurants, rental companies, etc. knowing it was our first visit to the area. We absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come visit again!

Lori and Charles are very nice, they were available if you need anything, the homemade coconut bread Lori baked was delicious. Place was extremely clean and has everything you need to cook. Townhome is in a great location in Horseshoe Bay. We will definitely be back again.

The Condo is in a great location right on the water with a nice dock. Full amenities including even a undercounter ice maker made the stay very comfortable and convenient. Lori was great on communication and flexible on check in/out. Will definitely stay there again. The whole family had a great time!

This is our second time at this property. We had a lovely time!

This property is outstanding; the view to the lake is wonderful and we entertained almost every time we looked out by the many different species of waterfowls that call Lake LBJ their winter home. The condo was spotless, had just about anything one might need for a short or extended stay. The hosts, Lori and Charles, could not be more gracious, friendly or helpful. Without a doubt, Lori makes the best Buttermilk pie, ever. You will be extremely happy if she fixes one for you. Charles and Lori continually do everything they can to make you stay safe and enjoyable. Due to the crazy Texas weather, we faced an ice storm and the possibility of electricity loss from the power grid. So just in case, Charles showed up with a box of fireplace logs we could use to keep warm in the event we lost power. We didn't lose power but we were certainly prepared if we had. If you are looking for a great place to stay, right on the water with great views and even greater hosts, this is the property you should choose.

When looking to book a place to stay we wanted something where we have room to spread out, relax and have easy access to the lake. This property was perfect. Don't let the fact that is a two bedroom fool you the lake level floor is an apartment in its self. The property was extremely clean and provided us with everything needed for a great vacation. Sitting on the balcony of an evening you can hear the lighthouse chime and the soft music coming from the Yacht Club. Lori and Charles were amazing.
