When we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the kind hosts and the great location right in the Old Town. The property is spacious, cozy, and clean.

Fantastic stay. Everything was just perfect. Location, Communication, Cleanliness, Design. I would definately recommend it to everyone and will also look to return in the future. 5 star!

The house is up a very quiet pedestrianised street, but only meters away from the bustle of the old town. It is also only five minutes from the beach. The hosts, Moyra and Tom, were extremely helpful on arrival and accommodating of our request to check in early. The house itself is stylishly designed and provides a great patio for a relaxing drink (with outside shower) and a sheltered outdoor area for the windy days. If we had been staying a bit longer, we would certainly have made use of the well equipped kitchen to make a meal from ingredients from the market, located a hundred meters away. And air conditioning!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town and close to the beach. Great for kids. House has been refurbished to a very high standard. Hosts very responsive and friendly.

Casa Aduar is the best house we've ever rented. In reality it's even more luxurious and stylish than in the pics - room diffusers make the place smell so good and the art, furniture, bedlinen is all gorgeous. It's also in the best location for a stay in Marbella - right in the heart of the old town. The oldest in our party found it easy walking the streets around the old town and the youngest loved the little boutiques and bubble tea cafes. There are so many good options on the doorstep but we went almost every day to El Boquerón for dinner or cocktails, or both! Our favourite thing about the house was the outside space - courtyard terrace is perfect for breakfast and we watched the sunset from the roof terrace in the evenings. Easy communication with the hosts. Everything you could want is provided and all 3 rooms are ensuite. Highly recommended and I really do hope to return.

Minor problem with the toaster - replacement sent immediately with complimentary chocs and prosecco.

This beautiful, quaint but modern town house in the heart of the old town literally ticked every box for us during our 3 night stay. Location, comfort, specification and facilities to name a few. A wonderful welcome, fantastic en-suite bedrooms, superb relaxing rooftop terrace and all within a stones throw of some truly superb tapas restaurants. The communications from owners Tom and Moyra couldn’t have been any better. Sharing all the practical things one needs to know, but also going out of their way to make great recommendations of where we could spend our time. We really felt our business was appreciated and would love to visit again.

Only a small comment about the WiFi strength which was excellent on the ground floor but struggled on the first floor and terrace.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped, lovely roof terrace and outside area, brilliant location and excellent hosts - who could not have been more thoughtful or helpful.

What's not to like!

Great, very central location. Very nice and helpful host. Tom's restaurant suggestions turned out to be excellent. The house is very clean, modern and well equipped. Fast Wi-Fi. Especially the roof terrace with the lounge furniture, the sun loungers and the outdoor shower invites you to cozy mornings and evenings. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this house.

The house is amazing, from the location in the heart of the old city center, to the impeccable way it is maintained by the kind hosts. Tom did everything to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our family vacation. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, the house is representative for the beautiful Spanish culture, full of color and life. We particularly liked the upstairs terrace where the Marbella sunset was a fairytale dream and we are looking forward to a next vacation in Marbella. Thank you very much, Tom, for everything!

Everything! Beautiful home in the middle of the old town and next to the best restaurants, bars and stores. There is no car allowed on the street, we can walk around with peace and safety. We travel as a family of 4 and we were very happy! we didn’t want to leave anymore 😊

Everything from easy check in. Location is brilliant so close to lots of restaurants and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk away. House is immaculate throughout and very modern. Lovely gesture from the hosts of a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for us on arrival. Will definitely return and would highly recommend this house to anybody.

Stylish modern elegant decor, surprisingly spacious - excellent finishes you would expect to find in a 1st class boutique style hotel! Every detail has been thought out and expertly executed! Everything you can think of is to hand! Location excellent, shops & restaurants within a few mins walk! SUPERB
