The house was very comfortable and fully stocked. The first floor unit's porch was very relaxing and we enjoyed our stay very much.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The property was clean and spacious enough for all of us. Close to restaurants and the beach is a minute walk away. We loved sitting on the front porch and having dinners on the back patio table.

This was a great location, just steps from the beach in a very walkable neighborhood. Beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

My husband and I celebrated out 33rd wedding anniversary along with my sister and brother-in-law and my nephew and his wife. We all had a great time. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stock with any gadget or staple you could need. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The decorations throughout out the house from the wall hangings to the beadspreads gave what we called "the cottage" all weekend a wonderful beach vibe. We sat out on the porch for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. I personally LOVED the outside shower ! We enjoyed multiple walks to the beach, visited Bay Village and took a trip to the Barnegat lighthouse. The owners were super friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be back for another stay !

We had a great time. It was my inlaws (in the queen) and my son and I were each in a room with a twin. The kitchen is one of the best stocked I've seen at a vrbo, had everything a cook would need with lots of durable plastic plates/bowls etc. There was more than enough to make the beach a fun outing. Easy to get to the beach. We had great weather, but if there had been 6 of us and rain, it would have been tight. The porch was great to hang and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The host was very responsive and access was easy.

It even had a waffle iron that I pulled out one day for my daughter and her friends. Floors have nice wood laminate which are very clean. Bathroom and kitchen are dated but also brought back good memories of the house I grew up in. So convenient to be this close to the beach and Beach Haven area. Atlantic Ave is a little noisy at times in peak evenings when the teens are biking about, but it’s all part of the LBI experience. Barbra is a great host and communicated with us to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely time here. House was as-advertised, clean, and very well-stocked. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach and house includes beach chairs and toys. Conveniently located on the island. Barbra checked in mid-stay to see how things were going but we didn't have any issues to report during our stay.

We loved this place. It was super clean so bright and cheery. The kitchen had everything you needed. There were chairs and beach cart. Nice back yard to grill dinner and sit with friends or family. It was the perfect get away so close to everything. Two grocery store so close. Water Park near by. Planning on coming back next year!
