Especially the kitchen and great location access to subway and laundromat one block away. Nice quiet place.

If possible, could you please separate the toilet from the kitchen, like they do in Europe. I had to wait a few times for 20 minutes just to use the bathroom. Or maybe add an extra toilet stall separate from the current bathroom in the living room area.

Everything was all right and as expected from the description. Clean, comfortable, affordable.

The only thing I would change would be adding a bedlight to the bed and some comfortable sitting place in the common areas.

Everything was fine, i had to use the AC whenever I was in the room, but the apartment was clean and equipped so no worries.

The elevator sometime did not work, which was extremely inconvenient sometimes, and the room itself is nowever near Times Square , l alone 15 minutes from it.

The apartment itself is very clean with good facilities. You can contact host on his mobile for any queries and he answered them very quickly۔ He does look after this property. Cleaner comes everyday. Overall I'm very much satisfied with ۔y stay here. But it is definitely not 15 mins to Times Square. Take no 1 subway from 145 street to 42 street to Times Square. The journey is 30-40 mins depending upon the local or express subway train. The flat is on the 6th floor so if the lift is out of order you need to walk. Tex's chicken next to it is very good and halal deli shop at the corner of 144 is superb.

The lift was out of order today and I have to carry my large suitcase, a cabin bag and bag pack from 6th floor to ground. It is an ancient lift. The area was very dirty with lots of drug activities around. And inside the building. Although it is illegal to smoke in the building corridors, still people from the 5th floor regularly smoke weed here which was not pleasant at all.

The check out time could be at 11am, or at noon.

Super clean. Subway station to the 1 train (26 minutes from 42nd street) is only a block and a half away. Ivan was very nice. The plenty of places to get food nearby and close to a nice park with bike rentals.
