Maria was always there to give suggestions for activities and to answer any questions we had. She arranged for our luggage to be carried on arrival and departure. The view is absolutely gorgeous from this historic cave house. Beautiful figs from Maria’s garden was beyond expectations.

This villa was our favorite spot in all of our Greek travels. It had an amazing, peaceful Caldera view. It was a favorite spot for pictures, which made for some fun people watching, but never felt crowded. Both inside and out felt spacious. The kitchen, though small, was charming. The beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom had a nice dressing area with washing machine. The patio area was the perfect spot for breakfast and afternoon reading. The villa was close to shops and the main walkway without the overwhelming feel of that area. It was a retreat from the bustle but easily accessible. All the major viewing spots are super close yet we still felt secluded. Maria was a responsive host and her staff were very helpful. We needed a 5th bed and she graciously arranged that for us. The breakfast items and bottle of wine were such a treat and we were grateful for the provided USB ports and converters. Little details like that make a big difference. We also were thankful for her dining recommendations. Our only drawback was the place was humid even with the machine running and the hot tub is quite a distance away (which you don't get from the pictures) and not available every night. We highly recommend this villa! Thank you, Maria!

The island of Santorini is beautiful and staying in this fabulous cave house in Oia gave our group the perfect jumping off point for our adventures. The ability to wander the streets on the morning before it was overcrowded by people from cruise ships was amazing. The view from this balcony is otherworldly, and Maria was a fantastic host—even stocking the refrigerator for us before our arrival I highly recommend this place!

This villa has a wonderful view a quaint patio overlooking the sea and beautiful surroundings. We had a very wonderful stay here. The host communicates with you early and will help you get transportation from and to the airport or port. Her staff will meet you at the drop off point and help you with your luggage. The Host will answer questions promptly during your stay. You also get access to a sundeck on the sunset side of the island and you'll be the envy of the other people gathered along the walkway while you enjoy a glass of wine on the sundeck in comfortable surroundings (including a jacuzzi). I will miss this place. Thank you.

We had an lovely stay in the blue and white cave house! The view was spectacular and can’t be beat! Maria provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our time together as a family—clear instructions to make our way by car to the destination, kind and friendly porters to meet us and help us with our luggage (important for the steps and narrow passageways in Oia), snacks, fruit, wine and a stocked kitchenette to make some coffee and refrigerate some items. Maria works very hard to make the stay lovely, and you can feel her warmth and care while staying in her cave homes!

Amazing hosts-they've thought of absolutely everything! Fantastic communication and very helpful and willing to make our stay just perfect. The location couldn't be better. Amazing views, right in the heart of Oia. The house was clean, spacious and is even better than the pictures.

Amazing house well stocked! Great location. Only problem is Maria manager booked us atv’s for the day. We paid the person who delivered and educated us w cash and they also billed my credit card! Beware!

Maria was a very helpful and wonderful host! She was quick and prompt with any questions I had about the property and Greece in general. Our stay was very relaxing and the place was very clean. We definitely hope to be back and will be staying on one of Maria's properties again!

Maria was incredibly responsive and made sure we were well taken care of . Her manager Islam took amazing care to make sure we had everything we needed! The views from this property are magnificent and we spent as much time on the patio as possible! Two bedroom is a stretch as the main bedroom bed is very small . The second bedroom is actually the living room with two twin beds. We actually didn’t care because the location was absolutely spectacular! We loved the location and the restaurant Above our apartment! Charming!!!!

Great views from a really nice sized patio. Was nice to have some provisions provided upon arrival. A little disappointed in the outdoor bathroom and the comfort of the bench/day bed, but all in all it was a positive experience.

Maria and her staff were very accommodating from pre trip on-ward. The Cave house was amazing with a beautiful view of the Aegean and a quick walk to all the fancy shops and restaurants. The Food was amazing! Maria's staff was so hard working and accommodating to our every need. Maria was up night and day to help us out with all our needs. I can't recommend this property enough and I can't wait to go back. It was such a special experience.

Maria’s team moved all of are belongings to this location effortlessly. Maria always has a variety of drinks and snacks waiting for you. This location was only 5 m away , in the middle of town, with incredible views of the caldera. She also set up all of are transfers from airport pick up, to boat transfer! Stress free. This was a very memorable trip! Thanks to Maria , and the beautiful town of Santorini. My favorite island!:)

This is hands down the best experience we have ever had at a rental. Impeccable accommodation. A view that will take your breath away with a perfect patio/balcony to enjoy it. Comfy chairs, a huge and stable umbrella for shade, and again a view that we will cherish for a lifetime. You’ll be a 2 minute walk from the village but off the path of tourists so you can enjoy the view with quiet and privacy. Shipan met us and carried our luggage, helped us settle in and was available anytime for anything we may require. He was always kind and smiling, a true gentle soul. They arranged seamless transfers from the airport and then to the port and carried our luggage right to and from the taxi. The cave home is gorgeous. Well stocked kitchen plus wine, juice, bread, cheese, fruit, tea, honey, Nutella, jam, cereal, yogurt, everything you could need for breakfast or a snack. The beds are super comfy and the shower pressure is excellent. Plenty of towels and freshened regularly. Maria also offered us another area with a hot tub and the most gorgeous outdoor space where we were fortunate to watch the sunset away from the crowds. We felt like royalty. Maria met us to bring drinks and snacks as we relaxed in the hot tub taking in the sunset. I can’t say enough good things. Oh! She also gave us snorkels and goggles to use to explore ammouldi bay, as well as directions to the perfect swimming spot with the option to do a 20meter cliff jump and see the crater under water. Unbelievable! Truly a vacation we will cherish for a lifetime. I hope we are fortunate enough to return one day. We typically enjoy holidays in new and different locations but in this instance I would come back to this exact property in a heart beat. My husband and I are beyond grateful and our teenage daughters LOVED everything about our time in Oia. If you are hesitating at all (this was a bit of a stretch for us financially) just book it, you will not have a single regret.

The view was absolutely stunning. The inside was so so cozy and relaxing feeling. The process of checking in and getting our luggage there was simple and made easy by the owner.

The cave house was absolutely gorgeous! it entails of what you think of when you think of Santorini. I wish we could’ve stayed a little longer and Maria was wonderful. You must go and experience it. I highly recommend it.

I have so much to say about this property, management and the young men who carried our luggage up and down the stairs. First off I can’t tell you enough about Maria- what a delight to meet her, she worked so hard to make sure we had a great time. The view from this place was incredible, the location a dream, the beds comfortable. The young men were so sweet, gracious and respectful and always right on time. It was amazing to watch them carry our bags up and down those stairs. Do yourself a favor, if your planing a trip to Oia, Santorini don’t waste your time with hours of research. Maria will be sure to take good care of you. I miss her already!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Santorini and the villa was a key part of the enjoyment of the trip. The consistent speedy responsiveness of Maria to every question I had about the property, both before and during the trip, and the help of the porters - Shipan and Islam - was so appreciated and made the vacation a stress free! The property is in a great location with beautiful views of the caldera and a very short walk to the main path through to the shops and restaurants.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and were extremely pleased. Host carried our bags down to the house and check in was easy. Very close to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful one week stay in this excellent cave house! Maria and Shipan are excellent hosts. We were met promptly upon arrival and Shipan helped carry our bags down the steps to the house. (Be prepared for many steps in Santorini!) The view is tremendous and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the sea traffic and visiting with the local cats. The house is well stocked with some extra treats provided by Maria. Thanks again Shipan and Maria!

So many great things to say about this property and experience, so let me get the minimal negatives out of the way. I want to be as honest as possible. We had to wait 15 minutes or so for someone to meet us at the drop off. This made us a bit nervous after traveling for so long. The views are incredible, but really, they are incredible anywhere on the caldera side, but this home is set back a little, so sunsets happen behind houses. For the best sunset views it is a very short walk to the castle and it is worth it. This cave house is a good way down the cliff side and while not a problem for our family at all, older people or those with limited mobility would find it a challenge to get up the steps to the main street each day. These are nitpicks, because other than this, WOW! Maria, the hostess, went over and above in every way. She arranged our airport pickup, our rental car, and a local person to meet us, let us in, and provide cleaning and restocking services! The house had wonderful greek snacks, fruit, juice, candy, water, coffee, tea, and even wine, as well as an equipped kitchen. Small, but perfect. She even had it restocked during our trip. Maria was a pleasure and did everything to make sure our stay was a great one! The apartment has a wonderful patio where we really enjoyed just sitting, having a glass of wine and enjoying this beautiful spot. The view is one of the best in the world! The house was plenty spacious for our family of 4, including two teenagers. The beds were comfortable, the rental was decorated beautifully, and kept spotlessly clean. They even had it decorated for Christmas! There are two bathrooms, which is really convenient for a family. I could never see us staying in a more modern boutique hotel after this experience. We felt like locals, but with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel! The location is also very good. After the short, but steep hike up to the main street you are very close to churches, the castle, windmills, tourist shops, galleries, cafes, and restaurants. You can have a wonderful time without ever leaving Oia, but it is also close to the bus routes and there is plenty of parking close by for a rental car. Oia is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, and the Blue and White Cave House puts you smack dab in the middle of what you would see on a cover photo of a tourist brochure! We only spent a week, but felt at home. Highly recommended!

Maria is a truly amazing host who provided so much to our group of 3! She is kind and a great communicator. We had everything we needed and more! The service was wonderful. The best part about the house was it’s location. We were close to the main walkway that it was easy to get out of the house and to dinner but far enough away that we didn’t get the noise. She is well connected within Oia that it is easy to get help if something was to go wrong. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations and when we come back to Oia, we will stay with Maria again!
