Very responsive host helped make a family trip wonderful. Great place, great location, awesome stay.

Many items were not working as advertised with this property. Initially the owner was responsive, but that stopped as the week went on. Myself, my husband and my son in laws spent much time wasted working/ talking with the owner about the many electrical issues. Pool and hot tub did not work for the entire week we were there. One shower and front deck not usable. On demand hot water kept tripping the breaker. Dishwasher was not cleaning dishes. Trash containers on the property were overflowing and raccoons making a mess of the garbage nightly. Nails all over the back patio. Fortunately we had wonderful weather and spent a lot of time at the beach and nearby resort for pool access.

Beautiful pool and hot tub. Private fenced in backyard. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor furniture for our group of 10. Perfect location within just a blocka and a half of public beach access. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time at this property, the separate levels was a big help for a big family with different needs... was nice to separate as needed. The pool was great and a short walk to the beach was perfectly fine. Close to everything we needed.

The house is amazing !

Nice location not far from shops, restaurants even the gym! Pool and outdoor decks were nice. A little lacking in supplies, but we made do.

This was perfect for our group of 11 ladies! Plenty of space the all be together inside and out.

Very clean. I had asked about towels and sheets and extra blankets for the pull out couches and was told all that was there. Only one sheet and one blanket was found. Kitchen was not well equipped. No coffee filters. The pool was low on water and the pump was loud, being pool Owners we added water. Boards in the top back deck were raised we had a couple big toe accidents finally we pounded it down and it stayed. We would stay here again it was clean and a great location. But I’ll be better prepared next time with things I need that I thought would be there.

We got married in Sanibel and then spent 4 days with family and friends at this great rental. The house is close to the beach and the trolly stop to head downtown. The pool and hot tub were amazing and provided great social settings. We grilled out and had most meals at the house. Beach umbrellas and towels were so nice!

The location was wonderful. The pool area was great. High end furniture for a lot of guests. The pool and hot tub were well used, but they got murky after 10 days without pool service. If you are afraid of tripping, this is not the place for you. Deck boards that have popped up , stairs that can trip you. I contacted the owner about the pool and he never sent anyone. I contacted him about not having beach chairs like the description stated, I contacted him about turning off the lights under the deck ( they shown into the lower bedrooms) he said he would turn them off remotely. He never did. If you spend all your time around the pool, you will love this place

This property was a great place for large groups with the 2 separate units within the same building. Very convenient to anything you want. Very clean. Willy was a very nice guy to work with. Only “ding” would be the kitchen could be better stocked for cooking dinners in. Not enough pots and pans, plates, cups etc. Overall I would recommend this property to everyone!

Great place for 10 people. A few minor issues and had responses to those shortly after a message was sent. Great outdoor space with night lights around and in the pool. Loved the hot tub! Close walk to the beach. Kids loved outdoor hammock swings.

We had a great time at this property! The location was perfect for us; close enough to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. The tram stop was a block away, but we were also close enough that we could walk down to Time Square if we wanted to. The library was also less than a block away, which worked out awesome for the kids to be able to do their homework. The beach was a short walk away, as well as the Matzanas Pass Preserve. The house itself worked out great for our crew. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids thought the bunk room was awesome. We wished the one bedroom would have had a queen bed in it rather than two twin beds though. We loved the large kitchen upstairs for cooking meals, and used the small kitchen downstairs for snack and drinks since we spent a lot of time by the pool. The heated pool was awesome to have, especially the couple days that it was too cold to go to the beach to swim and at night. The only thing we wish was different was there being a staircase inside the house to connect the two levels. Most of the time it wasn’t an issue walking outside, but it was a little inconvenient when it was raining. Willy was awesome to work with. He was very responsive when I would message him and made check in super easy. The property was just as described on the website. We would definitely stay here again!

We were concerned about locking the doors when we were there. The locks didn’t seem to work. Very loose. The beach was easy to get to. The walk down to the shops was not far. All…we really loved the house and area that it was in

I rented this house for a girls' weekend with my daughters, sisters and nieces. It was perfect for us. Even though we didn't cook at the house, we went through the kitchen. Compared to other houses I've stayed in, this one wasn't really well stocked. There were 11 of us that stayed. My only complaint was that I wish we'd have had more towels for the weekend. Other than that, it was perfect. It's super close to a stop on the free tram to go down to Times Square. The neighborhood is nice, quiet area. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It did take us longer than I'd like to admit to figure out the settings though. All in all, I'd definitely stay there again if Willy would have us. He answered immediately any time I called and was friendly to talk to. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

This property was spacious & well decorated. The jacuzzi was wonderful but wished there had been simple instructions provided rather than bother the host. It was a short 2 blocks to the beach & a shorter walk to the preserves. Only improvement necessary is a working ice-maker. Loved this place & Ft Meyers Beach!
