Stayed in the Cottage Room. It and the adjoining bathroom were lovely, clean, and comfortable. Check in was easy. Breakfast was excellent and made even better by the resident dogs who came over for pets while we waited for our food.
Parking was tricky, especially on Saturday night when the bar downstairs was open. There were also a lot of steps going up to the room.

Exceptional Bed and Breakfast and a great, welcoming start to our short road trip. Comfortable, spacious room and the breakfast was totally delicious. Homemade banana muffins and avocado on toast with poached eggs. Had dinner at the Brook Tavern (which was situated beneath our rooms, no noise at all from there) and that was excellent too.

the inn was lovely, comfortable and welcoming. the family owned inn was refreshing opposed to staying at a large hotel. great location to downtown and congress park. the breakfast was top notch. we really enjoyed meeting and getting to know the owners. we'll be back!

Owners were warm and we enjoyed talking with them. Room was cozy especially with the gas fireplace since it was 24 below zero one of the days we were there. Would definitely return!!!

All the breakfast choices were delicious and the service was personable. The location was outstanding. Near all points of interest and close to town where the restaurants and pubs were.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in a lovely neighborhood. The room was spacious, comfortable and the spa bathroom was luxurious.
Our stay wasn’t long enough! Next time we would stay longer.

The property is lovely! It is in an excellent location. Parking is free, off street but is a bit tight/precarious. The breakfast was a little later than would be ideal however was fresh and delicious.

breakfast was outstanding.
our multi room suite only had one smoke detector in only one bedroom.better protection would be to have one in each bedroom and in common area.there was one co detector in hall plugged in to receptacle.being an old building better protection would have been more comforting .
