Convenient and peaceful to all San Diego area has to offer. I would come back again.

The unit is right next the beach and La Jolla shores restaurants. It’s very quiet, especially considering how centrally located the unit is. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchen supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach toys, paper towels, etc). It’s a lower level unit with a side alley entrance but there are gates on both sides to block out any foot traffic so it feels very safe. Owners were very responsive and you can tell they genuinely want you to enjoy your visit. Perfect for our family of 3, wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was perfectly located in La Jolla Shores. Just a short 2 blocks from the beach and right behind the main strip of restaurants (which were all very good). The property was extremely clean and well laid out, which made it feel bigger than it was. Also, it is very conveniently located to other areas of San Diego and La Jolla (10 or so minute drive). Everything was provided including laundry detergent, beach chairs, beach toys and wagon. Definitely plan on staying here again.

This is a bit nitpicky but there was only one roll of TP in the condo. We ran out fairly quickly and needed to purchase more.

We loved our stay

This property has a spectacular location, only a 5 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, and some of La Jolla’s best restaurants right outside the door. It was also so convenient to have the use of beach chairs, beach equipment, and beach umbrellas available for our use. It was a perfect size for two adults. Our only issue was the persistent smell of sulfur from the bathroom and sink drains. I reached out to Leti and she was able to assess the property during our stay and had a plumber in after we vacated to fix the issue. I wish this had been rectified sooner as some other tenants before us had mentioned the same in their reviews and it wasn’t fixed at that time, but overall we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the incredible convenience of the location.

We love La Jolla and this place was perfect for our short getaway. Very close to the Shores, lots of fun places just outside our door, and very comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The place is so beautiful and includes almost everything you need for your home. The location is unbeatable! Only 3 blocks from the beach, and many fun shops and restaurants are just right there. If you like to stroll other than the beach, you can enjoy many beautiful houses and building in the neighborhood. The host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

This studio apt has everything we needed and is in such a great location. We enjoyed the beach, walking the boardwalk, the shops and restaurants as well as the coast walk to La Jolla Shores. And, we even enjoyed San Diego, Torrey Pines Park, Escondido and Temecula. Landlords are kind and very accommodating. Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect location!

Positives: Location is perfect, space is well appointed (you wont need to bring anything from home), furniture is comfortable (except dining chairs) space feels safe and private because of the locking gates, owners communicate well, ac works well, priced well for area, double sinks and dressing area nicely set up. Negatives: Parking in alley is tight and multiple trucks come through servicing other businesses, trash pickup is early, loud and often, trash smell comes in through windows at times, space does not have a lot of natural light being that you are between 2 buildings on the bottom floor All that being said, I would stay again because the value and positives out way the negatives

The property was perfect for a small family wanting to spend days at La Jolla Shores. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a few days away. The location is great for those wanting to spend time at La Jolla Shores beach and pop out for some food or a treat in the evening. The beach toys and wagon available for use were a nice perk (as well as the smell of waffle cones that often drifted through the apartment), and having a reserved parking spot was much appreciated. This is a great little unit and perfect for those that just want to lazily head to and from the beach without the hassle of driving, parking, planning, etc.

My friend and I went for a nice friend mothers Day getaway trip. The place worked great for us. Felt safe and was clean and was according to what we expected needed. It was also within walking distance to a beach which was really nice. Very happy with stay and dealing with the owner manager through email.

Perfect sized place for teenage daughter & myself while we visited mid-December. Directly behind Scoops ice cream/coffee/treat shop and near Avenida de la Playa restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen appreciated. We hope to visit again!

Quiet place amid the clamor of beach life - even during pandemic!

This is my second La Jolla beach trip to this gorgeous place. Safe, walkable to restaurant / shores, very private, lots of beach gear( body boards, beach chairs), quiet and comfortable. Will return next year. -David.

We were extremely happy with our stay here and will definitely be coming back! The owners did an amazing job of ensuring we had all the information we needed to find the place and access all the gates and locks. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit!
