We had 3 families with several kids and it was a wonderful stay. The kids loved hanging out downstairs with the air hockey table and spent a lot of time playing in the yard. We all had our own space and enjoyed walking down to the lake each day. The kids were sad to leave but we all enjoyed the house.

We stayed at the house and enjoyed golfing at several different courses in the area. Grilled out steaks on the deck at night and enjoyed the spacious and well appointed home. Check in was easy and Sarah responded immediately when we had a couple questions.

Excellent for large group

Its a big house, lots of bedrooms. The master is huge with tv, a sofa, chairs,fireplace. The four bedrooms upstairs share 2 bathrooms. Downstairs would be great for a bunch of kids or teens. Dining table seats 8.

Our stay was amazing! We had everything we needed and it was spacious enough for all of us. Very clean as well!

We loved the house and the only thing that would have made it better was having lake access from the property. We had a great time and plenty of room for our party of 12. I will definitely book with them again!

We had a group of 17 family and friends. The house worked great for our large group. Very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We are already discussing dates for a return visit. We really enjoyed the lake while we were there. Pool table was a big hit with the group. I highly recommend this house for large groups

Easy to relax and unwind, plenty of room, entertainment for kids and adults. Perfect place close to the marina if you came to fish. Great over all!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row! We love that there is plenty of room for our family and plenty of activities for them to do! Our kids love the basement with air hockey and ping pong! The adults enjoy hanging out and playing pool. We stay here because it’s close to where we go fishing early in the morning.(All of us) this place is awesome. Thank you!

We have a huge family, and still had beds not slept in. This house is huge, and had lots of cookware, games, and was located in a beautiful neighborhood. There was a nearby play area for the toddlers, basketball court and tennis court for teens, and of Course pool, ping pong, and air hockey tables. We did not get to do as much as we wanted bc of the cold Front. A hot tub would have made this home a 10! It took us a few min to figure out the thermostats. There were directions on where they were, but none on how they worked. The first 2 nights we froze bc we couldn’t get the heat on. We took bikes and the kids loved riding down the steep driveway. We also loved there were 4 trash carts so our trash cans mwas not a problem. When we arrived everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable ( pillows very flat, so maybe worth bringing your own if you don’t like that). There was plenty of laundry detergent and toilet paper as well as seasonings! A big plus not to have to buy that for one weekend. We never found rags for the kitchen to use for cleaning ( maybe pack Lysol wipes?) There were also trash bags in the home which was nice. Sarah ( who manages or hosts the home) text twice while we were there. I felt that was very nice to have direct contact if we had any issues. The only other small thing we noticed the sliding door to the living room seemed to lock but was very loose. There was either a screw that needed to be fixed or the lock on that door. If someone pulled really hard it wouldn’t be hard to get open. We tried to walk to find the lake. The book left on the wooden shelf states it’s a couple streets over. There was a path through the trees to the lake ( about a mile ) but we were told by a neighbor it’s on someone’s property and I’m Not sure we are allowed to use it. Overall it is a nice huge house capable of holding a huge group. Our kids were all sad to leave. We had a great time and would recommend this home!

Our host made our stay very pleasant. The house was just as it is shown in the pictures. Very spacious. Clean and great location. Very quiet neighborhood and private.

Easy process to book vacation and we got everything we expected. Great Vacation!!

There were 13 family members staying in this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and lots to keep everyone entertained. There is a lot of visible water damage all over the house, but didn’t let that ruin our fun.

The property was not clean. We bought a swiffer and cleaned the floors ourselves. The kitchen dishes, pots, pans etc. looked like they came from a thrift store. Major water issues when it stormed. Water running down the fireplace facade. The lakeside windows leaked to where we used all the towels to mop up the water. I notified management and they said someone would be out the following day to check it out. No one came out so my thoughts were that management knew of the issue and just haven’t done anything to fix it. Peeling paint around the windows and a loaded mouse trap made this an unsafe environment for the crawler we had staying with us. We were all just disappointed in the place. Was a zero of ten compared to others properties we’ve stayed at at Texoma.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was fast at responding my messages. I would recommend this home.

We all had very nice time, the place was very nice, spacious, and different activity for every guest and all ages. All amenities were great. All family member enjoyed the stay in their own way.

The house was perfect for our family weekend. Never a dull moment with pool, ping-pong, foosball and games galore. Communication with the owner was wonderful and the property was clean and spacious.

Basement game room and the yard were the best part for the kids! Adults enjoyed the view and the serene neighborhood. Well kept house (built in the 70s! Wow). Great communication with the host. Kitchen is a little small for the size of the house but the spaciousness of the other areas of the house including the # of bathroom makes up for it. I don’t like cooking when I am on a family trip anyway so worked out fine. Just remember to bring your hairdryer!

We had a great stay. The house was clean, big and had a lot of fun games we enjoyed. Great location! The office manager communicated clearly and promptly.

This was a great home to rent for a getaway. My father in law and 3 brother in laws and I stayed here and we had a great time. All of games were in good condition. The location was great. The only complaint that we had was the plug for the microwave was not working so we had to run an extension cord to it for us to use it. Besides that is was a great home. We will be bringing our families next time.

We rented this place last year ans again this year because we loved it. A bit weathered on the outside, but it is really nice on the inside. They got a new grill since last year!! Yay (except it is too small)!! Overall we had a great time.
