A great house all had a fantastic time!

Property is as described by the owner. I had only one complaint and that is if you like to grill with charcoal you may be disappointed as that was difficult, if not impossible for us to use. Everything else about the house, pool and beach was perfect.

We stayed the first week of July, in 2024. We loved that there were some supplies waiting for us on arrival, like toilet paper, and soap. Nee also loved how well-equipped and labeled the whole property is! We’ll be returning again next year

This is a property perfect for families: large kitchen and family area with plenty of room for eating, making puzzles, and playing games -- all at the same time. Two fridges and two dishwashers. Easy access to the beach over walkway. Location was excellent for food shopping etc. The outside (in the back) needed a bit of touchup, but that didn't interfere with our enjoyment. We'd happily stay again.

Wonderful home for our group of 11 from ages 6 to 64. Plenty of room to spread out - hours of fun in the pool and at the beach. We loved the convenience of the home's location - practically only a mile from everything you need, but in a very lovely and quiet neighborhood. Two refrigerators are always a plus (even a smaller 3rd one in the rec room that we used for bait.) Be sure to have a plan if you'll be eating out. Most nearby restaurants don't take reservations, and they get crowded quickly. Great house, great location, great vacation!

We loved this property…its closeness to the beach, stores-both grocery and miscellaneous, and restaurants. Our group consisted of ages 69 - 9 and it worked for all of us. It was clean, and very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bikes were a blast and the beach chairs, etc, were very appreciated so we didn’t have to transport from home. A great time!!

Our family is scattered all over the country and we got together at Tidalist for a much needed summer vacation. There are many amenities at Tidalist, but our favorite had to be the pool. We had two, two-year olds and a five-year old that absolutely enjoyed the pool. It is the perfect setup for parents to supervise while also getting to relax a little. It was an absolute treat to watch our little ones get comfortable and try new things in the water.
The house layout made it perfect for the grandparents to stay upstairs while the parents and grandchildren got their own space (and bathrooms) downstairs. Furthermore the layout of the house made it ideal for everyone to congregate or branch off and get away if they needed a break from “quality family time”.
We will cherish the memories made at Tidalist.

The weather was challenging the week of our stay but the house and its amenities made it worth it. The house was clean and well supplied. The property manager and owner we in contact with us throughout the week and any concerns were quickly addressed. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

This home has everything your group would ever want in a vacation home. Many great bonuses like the elevator, grills, heated pool, and game room. Not far to drive to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. Communication was excellent. When you only get away once in a while, you want a great place. We had an amazing time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected with the house. The pool did get a little cold on a couple of days but we assumed that was because of the constant wind. The bikes were fun and a great addition. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants an amazing experience.

This was our second vacation to The Outer Banks and it was even more amazing this time! The home was in the perfect location and everything about it was spot on. We enjoyed spending our week watching the sunrise, playing in the pool, hanging out on the beach, finding shells and crabs, eating amazing food and just having some amazing family time. The house was exactly what was listed and more!!!
Lynn was an absolute pleasure...She was extremely helpful with everything!!! Jason was quick to answer any questions we had after check-in.
The kids were already asking if we could come back for another stay! We can't wait for our next amazing vacation in The Outer Banks!

This place was beautiful! The view of the ocean from the house was so nice. This was our first stay at the Outer Banks and would definatly return! The host was amazing and the house was wonderful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. All of my family loved it and we would love to stay here again.

Our family, which consisted of 8 adults, 3 children under 8, and 3 infants, had an amazing time staying at this house. Having a private pool was key, and steps to the beach. The rooms were nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and the view from the main living area was awesome! The owners are very responsive to questions and we had no issues with anything other than sad to leave! Great house for a large family I would stay again!

We loved the house! The only thing that we felt needed improvement was all the dust on the vents and fan blades. We also felt the broken w a ter toys and sun umbrellas should have been discarded and replaced but understand that the owners probably didn't know about them.

Perfect for everyone!
Absolutely Perfect! Fun for all ages. Relaxing, Beautiful, Spacious. We lived at the pool and ocean, and the whole fam was in awe of the view!

Four generations of family
We greatly enjoyed our week at Tidalist. We were blessed to share this week with four generations of our family. The weather was less than perfect for a few days but the amenities of the beach house kept us well occupied. And the good weather days were glorious! We would definitely stay at Tidalist again and are already missing our home away from home!

Our family could not have had worse weather, or health while on our trip. This house and how the owner and how the property is managed and maintained made all the difference. You wouldn’t want to be stuck anywhere else. Will be returning

Home away from home
Very comfortable with easy access to the Ocean. This house has been loved and lived in. Elevator is charmingly decorated and welcoming. Pool is super fun with nighttime lights. Beautiful view from the great room windows allowed us to watch a coastal storm and see the power of the ocean up close. Understandable wear and tear on the beachside decks and walkway prevented us from going barefoot. Beautiful view, clean and truly felt like a home.

An enjoyable week at the beach,
The house was wonderful and being on the beach was amazing. The elevator helped get supplies to the third floor kitchen, and we didn't have to lug suitcases upstairs. We had a perfect week of weather and spent time in the pool and on the beach.
Our group enjoyed dinner together almost every night at the large dining table. The kitchen is open and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to help. Everyone enjoyed the week. Thank you!

Much Needed Family Vacation
Tidalist was perfect for our long overdue family vacation having been years that we all got together and some of the little cousins (and aunts & uncles) never met. Total, we had 12 people and Tidalist fit us nicely. The 2 refrigerators & dishwashers in the kitchen were godsends! Distance to the beach was perfect. Not only was having a kiddie pool wonderful but its location couldn't have been more perfect. Lynn was a fabulous hostess! Overall, the vacation & spot were perfect. It was our first time ever to the Outerbanks and the family wants to go there again next year! (We're just waiting for calendars to fall into place so we know when we'll be able to schedule)

Beautiful house
The house was comfortable and beautifully appointed and most importantly, very quiet from outside noises. The convenience of having the elevator was one of the best features plus having a personal walkway to the beach is always a huge benefit. We have finally found our Corolla house to enjoy.

Family Fun in the OBX
This beach house is clean, beautiful and well cared for. Our family of 7 adults and 4 children had a wonderful time! So much to do and located near the Corolla hub. Restaurants, grocery, shopping, and entertainment all a short distance away. The house is located in a neighborhood but only steps to the beach from the private stairway. Beautiful ocean views. Both the kids and adults loved the heated pool! The game room was fun also. A highlight was crabbing on the beach after dark. The two refrigerators and two dishwashers made things convenient for our big group. We would definitely stay at this beach house in the future. Lynn our host was wonderful and got back to us right away when we had a question. She made sure our stay was comfortable and we had all that we needed. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach house Lynn and Richard!

Tidalist is fantastic
Had a wonderful experience at this property. The pool heat was not functioning the first day but was promptly fixed. This house has a little something for everyone. We can't wait to be back next year!

Paradise!
Even better in person! The house was well-appointed, clean and spacious. The beachfront location is truly incredible. We enjoyed the daily sunrise and dolphin sightings and my son loved playing on the beach, swimming in the pool and using the ping pong table! Lynn was great throughout the entire booking process; she was communicative and very helpful! We’ll be back!

Enjoyed our stay
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was our first time at the Outer Banks and our trip didn’t disappoint. The home was very clean. We the views of the ocean was great. The only problem was the mattress in 2 of the bedrooms needed to be replaced. Overall we would definitely stay at the home again if we go back to the Outer Banks.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful and meticulously clean oceanfront home. The beach was gorgeous and we had picture perfect views from various decks. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, great views!
The property was very nice with excellent views. We walked on the beach collecting shells daily. As bird watchers, we were daily entertained by the wildlife and got many gorgeous pictures. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers made traveling with a group easier. Having the washer and dryer allowed for lighter packing. We are picky about beds when traveling and we never woke up with backaches! Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

Amazing
Property is clean, bright, spacious, and right on the beach!! The new kitchen is beautiful, and the dune deck was a great place to take pictures of the Ocean. We also saw dolphins, almost everyday...it was amazing!
