Everything was great .

Great stay in Naples with a wonderful host/property. Easy access to the beach and amazing central location in North Naples. I would recommend for sure.

The property is very beautiful and nice and clean.

Clean, very nicely decorated newer home in a very convenient location (two beaches and Whole Foods). Plenty of space and everything you need to have a relaxing vacation- whether it be by the pool or at the beach.

The property was clean and well taken care of. Once we arrived communication was good. Any concerns were responded to quickly. Unless you have a cell phone (I don't) communication was spotty. Text was quick, email wasn't. We used my wife's cell phone. It meant an extra step each time. There was a mix up initially (completely my fault) regarding the washer and dryer. I am sure the story has been told many times now, so, you are welcome!! fyi...our machines are reversed at home.

We enjoyed our stay. House was convenient and well located.

House is close enough to walk to the beach and they have beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. House and pool area was clean and the pool is heated which is really nice. Property manager was quick to respond to messages. If you choose to stay here take a 1 1/2 block walk to the North Naples Country Club for drinks, food (dry rub wings) and live music. Location cannot be beat!

A spacious clean property close to beaches, shopping, etc. Quiet street no noise, loved opening the patio blinds every morning to sunny inviting pool and deck. Also safe parking and bikes to explore this community. Perfect for us!

Very nice place. Was well equipped in the kitchen ,the baths and was great to have beach chairs,bikes and umbrellas. Very open and clean .nice beds too.

Newer construction, well-maintained, spotless on arrival. Pool is a nice feature with controllable temperature. The children loved it and would have lived in the pool had we let them. Nice for the adults, too. The screened enclosure was bug-free. Open architecture main living space meant plenty of opportunity for everyone to mix and talk. The dining room table was grand and easily sat 8...could have put 10 there. Kitchen was well-equipped. Nice location, close to two public beaches. We never had any trouble in accessing the beaches. While the families usually drove to the beach, you could certainly ride your bike, and many bikes were provided with the rental. Publix grocery store, Walgreen's and Walmart were each about 1/2 mile away. Very convenient. The owner was accessible and responsive but not overbearing. Perfect. There were almost no negatives, and none of them were serious...a couple of burned out ceiling light bulbs, an empty propane tank (easily resolved), and the electric garage door was working, but needed servicing (lubricating the rails). Basically trivial items that in no way detracted from the good experience. I would rent this home again.

All the appliances were top quality and everything worked as it should .also to have an outside shower and toilet at the poolside was an added bonus .

This house in Naples was a wonderful home base for our 2 week stay!!! It was located VERY close to 2 amazing beaches, Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins. And it was close to fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, the Naples Zoo, and shopping. The house itself was FANTASTIC! More than enough space for our 6 person family. Everything was clean (spotless!!) and looked new. The decor was lovely and tasteful. The kitchen was well-equipped. We swam everyday in the heated pool and ate poolside sometimes too. There were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas too. In addition, the owner Allison (and her dad) were super helpful and prompt in replying to the few questions we had. They left a state park pass so we were able to get into Delnor-Wiggins for free, and left us some sweet treats and bottle of wine to welcome us. I cannot say enough about their hospitality! We loved this house in Naples and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you Allison!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our week at Vanderbilt Beach! The house was nicely stocked with linens and towels, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Included were nice beach chairs, bicycles and helmets, and beach umbrellas. Allison was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Several nice restaurants in the area as well! Suggestions for improvement would be to include written instructions for operating the TVs and to add a couple of extra blankets. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!

Pampered to the max! Bright rooms, comfy beds, everything needed was available for our stay. We spent our mornings biking around the neighborhood and our afternoons at the beach.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home for eleven nights in February. We enjoyed every minute there. The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious with all amenities provided. The weather was wonderful so we got a lot of use from the very private heated pool. Beaches , shopping, and restaurants are close by. The manager, Allison, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely love to vacation here again.
