We loved this property!!
Check in process was simple and easy.
The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Love that it is close to the bay but just a short walk to the private beach.
Having a washer/dryer in the unit is such a perk.
Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this visit. It was as quiet and peaceful as you need but has plenty of close restaurants and bars to keep the fun going. The pool and beach are within walking distance. The condo has everything you want. It was clean, comfortable, and was supplied with all of the basics. Just stock up on food, drinks, ice, beach snacks, sunblock, etc…
The hosts are very friendly and responsive.
Thank you for a great stay. Let’s do it again sometime. 😁

We stayed here over the 4th of July for my birthday and the holiday. This room is really nice. Love having a washer and dryer and pool! Great location with a very short walk to the beach and right on lemon bay! Short walk to the bars and restaurants also. Really appreciated all the extras in the room and everything you need for a perfect beach day provided. Owners are very nice and responsive to any questions we had. Would for sure stay here again!

The Peek a View condo on Manasota Key was great. It had ample room for my husband, my nine year old daughter, and myself. The condo has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, beach equipment provided, and a great little balcony that looks over Lemon Bay. It was an easy short walk to the beach, and the pool was cool and refreshing even in 90+ degree temperatures. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had.

We stayed in a very clean one bedroom condo on the 2nd floor. It was close to the beach, a short walk across the street, and close to the back waters of the intercostal waterway. There were docking spaces available on the intercostal. The beach was perfect for sunsets, sunning, swimming, and hunting sharks teeth. We ate our meals in the condo having shopped prior to arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. One hiccup was the a/c system but that was easily managed. I cannot say enough about the service and communication with the condo manager. Very attentive and concerned with our difficulties. All was well and we did enjoy our stay. We did not use the pool but saw other families in it. There were the cutest wild rabbits on property. A wonderful weekend for us.

Really nice town, quiet and some good food options. The condo was nice, easy access. Short walk to the beach across the street & good restaurant next door for convenience without being a loud interruption in the condo

The condo is exactly as advertised. The unit is well equipped and clean. Located within walking distance of multiple restaurants. The beach is directly across the street. Great communication from the owners. The only negative was the Verizon service in the area. Overall an A+. Thank you.

We needed a place for thanksgiving week and the hotels near Englewood aren’t great. This was a perfect set up with great amenities and location

The condo is very nice. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed to have anything you'd need for preparing meals. The king size bed was very comfortable. Sadly, the pullout sofa was not. We especially loved waking to the sunrise out our back deck, and watching the sunset over the gulf. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. The beach path right across the street was so convenient and far enough down from public access that we had plenty of room to spread out on the beach! There are several restaurants and a playground within walking distance.
Overall the condo was clean and well stocked with dishes. A few of the dishes were put away with some food residue left on them, but that may have been done by the previous guests. We just gave them a quick wash and moved on. The king bed was pretty stiff - not a bad thing, just not our preference. Sometimes you can music playing at Magnolias (right next door), but we liked most of the songs being played, so we weren't too annoyed.

After a week in the keys, we made the drive up to Englewood. The condo was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. So much to do in the area, we will be back soon!

This property was very clean and comfortable. It has a nice pool and very easy to walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful. We had a great vacation and would stay here again.

Dave and Tiz’s property is great for a beach trip and fishing all in one. The condo is well kept with everything you could possibly need, the kitchen was well stocked (with spices as well), extra linens, beach chairs and towels. If you love the sunrise you can see it perfectly from the balcony.

What a little gem this place was! It had everything you need to feel right at home, and in a central location! My family and I enjoyed staying here, loved the pool, the beach is just a quick walk and the restaurants are all within walking distance as well. Would recommend this stay and will come back again. Thank you for sharing a wonderful place with us!

It was a nice stay. The condo was clean and had enough linens. The beach chairs were old and the umbrella didn’t work but we managed.

Our condo was in the perfect location. Beach was across the street and easy to get to. Restaurants were a walking distance away and lots of fun. The condo was well kept, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony, my favorite spot for my morning tea! Our hosts were easy to reach and were quick to respond if needed. Would definitely stay again!

We needed a homebase for a short getaway with extended family who were staying close by in a beachfront property. So, we didn’t spent a whole lot of time in this unit but the time we did spend there was great because it had everything we needed and extras! Parking and access to the unit (1 flight of stairs) was very convenient. Kitchen is well-equipped. Washer & dryer available in the unit. Internet works great. Bedroom window/patio has a nice view of the water.
The owners were very responsive. We had no issues to report, but it was great to know that if we did then they would respond quickly. They also provided beach chairs etc, which was very nice.

We came for a weekend getaway and as a first time to explore the area…. Wonderful condo!!! Clean, comfortable, pretty, and so close and convenient to everything we wanted to see and experience. We had coffee on the dock watching the manatees, we lounged on the beach in the sun, we ate some amazing food at the local restaurants (Magnolia on the Bay and Lock and Key were amazing!). Truly a special weekend for us and would highly recommend. We will be back!!!

My wife and I loved this condo. It is so nice and clean. Perfect size for a couple and would work for a small family too (pull out couch for kids). It is close to everything you need. We plan to stay here again. The property owners were excellent to work with!

Would Absolutely Recommend!
This adorable condo was exactly what we were looking for and then some. Placed perfectly between the beach and restaurants, we could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo is modernized and equipped with everything you’ll need for your trip. My only complaint is that the bed is hard and not super comfortable. However, it’s a small price to pay for such a wonderful trip!

Beautiful island, great/quick responsive host. Clean condo. Voices of neighbor rather loud bright and early in the morning, as if they were in the same room, but nothing to stop the great time we had!

Beautiful and comfortable location!
The location was fabulous with just a short walk to the very uncrowded beach! My husband and I enjoyed our mornings on the balcony sipping coffee from the Kuerig. Our sons enjoyed looking for shark teeth and swimming in the pool. The condo was super clean and included everything we could need. A few Restaurants within walking distance or ride the free tram. Be prepared for high dinner prices but with their location it is to be expected.

Wonderful home away from home
We arrived to a wonderful unit that we could have lived in forever. Everything that we could have ever needed was there. It was immaculately clean and having the washer and dryer in our unit was so convenient.

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Extremely clean with ample supplies for bathroom and also the unit has a washer and dryer along with supplies for the washer. Unit has three windows and a sliding glass door for the balcony that overlooks the bay with patio table and chairs. Information concerning check in was given in a timely manner. The host was very quick to respond to any issues. There was a temporary issue with the pool. The host notifying me before I had any idea there was anything happening. He kept us informed of every step. The pool was repaired by the normal time we would normally use it. I would very much recommend this unit.

Thank you! Everything at this place was just as described. For those of you looking for a good beach, this is it and a short few minutes walk to it. A tea kettle for boiling water would be the only thing we can suggest to make the property even better. Thank you again for a great experience!

Great place, amazing owners
The property is actually nicer than what the pictures show. Amenities are top notch. The pool is clean and the beach is just across the street. We only stayed for 2 nights but were happy with our stay. My only suggestion is to add a couple more blankets to the condo. We hope to visit again next year and would absolutely recommend this unit to family and friends.
