My wife and I stayed in one of the smaller cottages. We ran into a few issues. The check in process can be inconvenient. There was some miscommunication Between employees and myself. Also, they want you to check in by 5 PM or else they have to make other arrangements. So you only have a solid two hour window to check into your cottage. When we arrived, it was fairly clean, however, one of the outlets by the stove top was actually coming out of the wall, which could be a hazard. I did inform management, so hopefully they have fixed it. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, and I would stay there again. Not to mention that the view is amazing. .

The cottage is adorable! Would love to see an upgrade for the bed and linens. The deck needs to be cleaned. Check in/out was perfect. Loved that the Host text us inquiring if all is good. Beautiful lake, very friendly area

We liked the room and the view, but there was a Bachelor party next door and they were very load could hear thru the walls

Have stayed overnight twice now as I frequent the area for business. What a great place to get away from the city and decompress for the evening. Have only stayed in Shoreside, and I love it! The sunset views cannot be beat. Great burgers at the Fuel Point food mart up the road.

Everything was great.

I great getaway.

It was a nice getaway for a night away! Everyone was super nice.

A little hard to tell from the description, but there are three cabins here, all sharing a common wrap-around porch. Our cabin was basically a studio apartment, and I think the adjacent cabin is a mirror image sharing a wall between the two. The third cabin is probably a bit larger and has some extra privacy due to a small private porch & entrance on the back side. A bit smaller than expected, but it served our meager needs. The location is beautiful and well worth it. We loved sitting on the porch in the evening with the gas fire pit. There were a couple small things that weren’t set up - no batteries in the a/c remote and the tv didn’t have any service. When we messaged the property manager about it, we never received any reply. If you want evening media entertainment, make sure you download some shows in advance, since there is no wifi or cable available in the room.

Love the sunset view. Staff was very nice. The room was too small for me but it was good for one night. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors but I had the best neighbors. We had a great time. Will go back to a larger cottage.

We celebrated our 24 years of marriage at Skiatook lake. We had a pleasant trip. I was surprised at the size and that it was connected to other rentals. If I would have read close to other reviews I would have know these details.

This was a great stay. The only issue we had was that the propane tank ran out in the middle of cooking dinner.

It’s small and quaint, and was pretty peaceful. That is until we realized just how paper thin the walls are. Heard two separate couples doing their business, within 24 hrs. Yikes!

Looking out onto the lake made for a restful & quite get away.

Our stay here was awesome! Cozy cottage (200 square feet). The cottage stayed toasty warm even in December. Super friendly people at the nearby Marina. Also a great restaurant within walking distance. It was a great couples getaway. Beautiful scenery to walk around.

The location was wonderful. we will however stay in a bigger room.

It was a clean, beautiful stay right on the lake.

We loved being right by the lake. The cabin is very small but was fine for a few nights. It’s very clean. If someone is staying in the adjacent cabin, you can hear everything they say and do, so it’s not very quiet. But it’s hard to beat the view.

The overall experience was positive. Our reservations were guaranteed immediately. The check in process was very easy.

Great stay only problem, check in boat house did not have our reservation from VRBO, they worked it out however!

A beautiful little cabin perfect for a couples get away!

This is a cute place for a getaway! The bed was comfortable, and the view was lovely. Some of our neighbors were a bit noisy, but overall we had a great time.

The cottage directly overlooks The lake, steps from the water. It’s connected to another cabin so would be a good place for families to gather. The cabin was cozy in size but all we needed for a quick overnight stay as we passed through. There is a bar and grill at the marina and all staff was very friendly. There are very limited channels on DirecTV but there is a DVD player, but you don’t need TV with this view.

We came Sunday night through a Tuesday while on spring break for work and had just what we needed, a quiet relaxing getaway! Staff was very friendly and upgraded our room since it was available. There is plenty to do in the area, we drove to Tulsa (about 20 min) to visit a museum and grab some lunch one day and stopped in Pawhuska another day (40 min drive.) For the most part we took advantage of the kitchen making meals and snacks, watching movies, and doing jigsaw puzzles. The water is absolutely beautiful! The weather was rainy, which we didn’t mind, however there are plenty of outdoor activities in the area to do too. Would love to return! The only mistake we made was not realizing the restaurant is closed Monday-Wednesday and we arrived too late Sunday for dinner. Excited to try next time.

This was such a beautiful place, when we got to the office they upgraded us to the honeymooner which was so so sweet. The only thing that we thought needed to be addressed was that there isn't a time frame given as to when the check in time ends.

Perfect little cozy space for your weekend get away!

My 2nd stay in 3 months! You just can't beat watching the sunsets and sunrises sitting on the deck, having your coffee or whatever!. Walk right down to your own swimming hole, do a little fishing. This time we rented a boat and had the kids and grandkids down for a day. Staff is super! I loved the lady the came to clean the cottages, she was great. My new favorite Happy Place!
