Absolutely loved this place. Incredibly peaceful (best sleep in ages). We were welcomed by a koala in the garden too. Our dog loved it too. Great secured garden area for zoomies and chasing her ball. Highly recommended and we will certainly be heading back.

We had the most amazing stay at St Peter’s Church. Just heavenly! (Sorry, couldn’t resist…🙂) The place is beautifully presented and sits in a peaceful rural setting. Has everything you need for a great stay. Samantha was so wonderful to deal with and very accommodating with my having to change my booking! Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at this Church, being a new experience. Every convenience is there for comfort, especially the log fire which was supplied with lots of timber to keep us warm. We had a pleasant visit from Samantha’s friend Peter who made a courtesy visit to make sure we didn’t need anything. The Church is a pleasant drive to Cape Bridgewater and Portland – a really good way to spend five nights relaxing and enjoying the countryside. Such a well-stocked, unique place, in a gorgeous pocket of Victoria. Check-in was simple, and communication in the lead up was very helpful. The central fire warms the place perfectly. I think I will return!

I’ve always wanted to stay in a church so was really pleased we chose St Peters for our first foray…it was made even better that our dog could enjoy the fully fenced acre & explore the garden as well as also being welcomed inside. The accommodation itself was lovely and inviting with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many places on all levels and this was fantastic value for a comfortable, warm and inviting space. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom had everything you needed….lots of extras are supplied throughout the house as well. Samantha was a great communicator and very friendly which has made our stay perfect. It’s a little gem on a hill and you really feel like you are escaping to the country….we will definitely return to this lovely accommodation. Thankyou Samantha.

This stay far exceeded our expectations. The renovated church was so warm and beautifully set up. The kitchen had everything required - indeed we cooked up several gourmet feasts during our week-long stay. The grounds were absolutely amazing for our Golden Retriever puppy - he spent many hours exploring, galloping around, and spying on cows - all from the safety of a well fenced property. The property is in an absolutely serene area, in an unbelievably beautiful part of Victoria. Thank-you for making this one of our best holidays.

Always wanted to stay in a church and this was perfect! Beautifully restored, warm and cosy with comfortable bed. Location close to beach and National Parks.

St Peters was, clean, comfortable and warm. While feeling quite isolated we were actually only a few minutes drive from Cape Bridgewater. Samantha communicated well with clear directions and expectations.

Excellent location, thanks for letting us bring our cat on our getaway. Keen attention to detail and provision of everything we needed. Might suggest upgrading the internet, but we did enjoy the old school vibes.

Had a very relaxing stay at this gorgeous converted church. An acre of land for our dog to play in and just a short drive to Bridgewater Cafe and 15ish minutes to Portland. Perfect place for a relaxing visit. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend 👌

We had a wonderful stay at St Peter’s. The garden is spacious and well fenced, which meant that our dog Lou chased his ball non stop. St Peter’s is in a quiet country lane, 10 minutes from the Cape Bridgewater beach and cafe. The night sky full of stars, absolutely quiet. Couldn’t ask for more. Also Samantha is a wonderful host.

We loved our stay, the property exceeded our expectations.
