Very nice stay despite the weather! Comfy and nicely decorated. Bring your condiments as they don’t have much in the pantry but the home is so close to restaurants, it may not be an issue. Manager was super friendly and accommodating. Overall a great choice for Port Royal!

We had a great time in Port Royal. The home was perfect, very clean and just as advertised We would definitely recommend and stay again!!

We typically visit family in Bluffton annually, and stay in that area. Never visited Port Royal, so thought we'd try it. House was very nice, clean, and in a nice quiet residential area across the street from an elementary school. We enjoyed the nearby craft brewery, coffee shop, a very nice Saturday farmers market, and just a few blocks from the house, there's a nature boardwalk where we saw countless birds and other wildlife. Also we really enjoyed sharing dinner with family at the dining table in this home that easily accommodates 6. Would definitely stay here again. Not over-run with touristy stuff, which we really liked.

The property at 1200 London Ave, Port Royal was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The house is in excellent condition and the location is fabulous; the rental company was great to work with. The home was very clean, updated appliances, very nice porch and many large live oaks in the yard and over the porch. Very close to many shops and restaurants--walking distance to most.

Loved this home. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. It was perfect for my family of 5. Less than 10 minutes away from Parris Island gate.

This was our third time renting this home and we were not disappointed! Everything is always as it says. The home had little refresh touches throughout since our last visit. Home is comfortable and neighborhood is adorable. Walking distance to local restaurants and activities. This home is a winner - clean, cozy, location and amenities!

We were so happy with everything about it stay at this location. Very well maintained and comfortable. Excellent location for us with all we wanted to do. The kitchen is small (but we knew that from the pictures) but they have done a fabulous job of utilizing every inch and making it work well. The only thing I wished for was a few more cooking dishes (skillets, casserole/baking dishes). Would probably be adequate for most travelers, but we have friends in the area and has a dinner party for 6. Had to get creative in order to get everything prepared! But it all worked out just fine! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

We very much enjoyed staying at this house. There was a playground just across the street, walking distance from shops and restaurants. The Town was small and neighbors were friendly. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our 10th visit to the soft-shell crab festival, so we have rented several houses in Port Royal. This house was beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. Arrival and check-in were easy. But there was a surprising shortage of household supplies, and basically no toiletries. There were not enough towels and those provided were old and worn. Our three-day stay cost over $1,000. If they had provided $20 worth of supplies, it would have improved the rating to 5 stars. The rental agent did respond quickly - on a Saturday - when we reported that the microwave didn't work.

We enjoyed staying in the neighborhood where shops are within walking distance and the beach is only a couple minute's drive. And you must visit Mrs. Bs shop. Only thing missing is a king size bed because there is room for it.. We would stay there again.

I would give this rental 100 stars!!!! The house was immaculate, adorable and super cozy. The comfortable beds were a gift after a 18 hour roadtrip. Port Royal is a great community and conveniently located to Parris Island MCRD where we attended my son’s graduation. We enjoyed a post Thanksgiving dinner walk to Sand’s beach and climbing the lighthouse at Hunting Island. Thank you sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We hope to visit again!

All was great, no issues except TV downstairs. Was lucky to get two stations, we left at 11am on Saturday, did not even stay Saturday Night because we could not watch TV downstairs, it deiveu husband crazy. We paid for a night we did.not even use.

We came down to watch my Son graduation at Parris Island, it was only a 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and in a quite town. Highly recommend staying here it was very peaceful if you are a early bird get a cup of coffee and sit on the porch and you can hear the frogs in the am. If you walk down to the boardwalk there is a nice beer wagon and band it was so relaxing.

Great location for Parris Island activities! Port Royal is a quiet area with all the amenities, great restaurants and close to the water.

We had a great stay in Port Royal. The house was very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. One of the best houses we've ever stayed in. The porch / deck with the beautiful trees was a great place to hang out even on a hot summer day. Highly recommend!
