The location of this home is perfect for Disney travelers. Just across Katella Ave. is food, coffee and groceries. Has sufficient WIFI, Tv's throughout the house. The home is clean, spacious and organized. I don't sweat the small stuff when traveling away from home but I will say that the property management team was concerned about outdoor smoking, parking and noise when the entire neighborhood seemed to be smoking, making noise and parking in front of the location. The stress of worrying about our party abiding didn't seem fair. Aside from the strict rules, I found the stay to be easy maintenance, clear direction's on what to do with just about everything and more than sufficient for the away from home accommodation's. All guests seemed to agree that the beds were comfortable. All with the exception of myself. As a single person in my group, I had to sleep in the kid's bunk room. The Upper mattress is horrible. The mattress should be replaced. I tried to stack the mattress from the trundle and the upper twin without remedy as both sag in the center so badly that my hip dug into the metal supports. The air mattress that we brought saved my sleep issues with this property. I do like that there are games and stroller's available to the families that visit this property. It's a great little bonus (even though this was a strict adult stay) situation. Wish the shuffle board table wasn't broken... aside from the mentioned issues we had a comfortable stay. Thanks for having us!

Love this home and the massive hot tub and location near disneyland. We have stayed in this home twice and there certainly are some wear and tear: saw a small hole in the wall, ice machine is broken, the mattresses felt sunk in, etc. Hopefully, we just caught it at a time in between maintenance. Otherwise, really loved the property and will stay again on our future disney trips!

We loved the house and location. So close to everything we had planned. Our family loved the house, especially the pool. Many reviews on the site are accurate. But every rental is what you make of it. Management was responsive the entire trip as we had some issues with the spa and they were able to remote in and help. We were able to walk across the street to a grocery store, fast food and Starbucks! The M&M Doughnut shop is a must try! They are known for their blueberry doughnuts and didn’t disappoint! We loved the arcade game console in the garage, but got hit in there, the garage AC didn’t work very well. Master bed was horrible and need to be replaced! It was sunken in and made noise with every movement. We ended up sleeping in the bunk room with the kids for the last couple do nights it was that bad! House just needs a little TLC to fix/touch up and maybe a day or two for a deep clean. Safety recommendations would be: more lighting in backyard, check the decking floorboards as some were coming up, carpet in bedrooms nails could be felt in some areas by doorways. We’d also recommend the front door glass table and broken shuffleboard be thrown out. We stayed for a week and more than half the nights there was street racing as this house sits just two house off a main road and it was very loud after 10pm. Listing says no street parking but every day/night people were parked in the street right in front of the home and at times hung out to smoke and talk. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Cons: Property is very out dated, pictures online need to be updated. It looks like the property is not well maintained, fridge was not really cold, stove didn’t work right, certain light switches as well. Hot tub did not work well- wasn’t even hot even after I let it run for 1 hour, called hotline they didn’t do much. Most importantly I was upset of how workers would come on property “outside” without my knowledge. We were swimming in the pool when a worker came in to bring the trash? I called the hot line they told me it was a worker. Another day I woke up the morning to make breakfast and saw a man cleaning the pool. I wished I was notified that people were coming on property. I even told the hotline people that. I guess no one cares about privacy. Pros: Very close to Disney Would I stay here again? No

Very clean. Plenty of space for adults and children. Having a market, Starbucks and fast food was super handy. The pool in the back was a hit as well as the games in the garage. We had a problem with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours. Very good service. We went to Disneyland which was close and used Uber for ease of going back and forth. Worked really well. All in all a nice rental in a good location.

The furniture was really dirty and stained and I was afraid to let my grand babies crawl on the couches and throw pillows. The carpets in the bedroom were really stained and dirty. And the area rug and furniture in the living room needs a deep clean. The walls have tons of scuffs and marks on them and need to be repainted. The cabinets have scratches all over them and need to be repainted. The best part of the home was the pool and hot tub. But my husband had to go look for some light bulbs because all of the outdoor lights were burnt out. The dryer made a really loud squeaky noise the whole time it was on. We chose this home because it is close to Disneyland and large enough for our children and grand children but it didn’t look like the pictures. For the price, we should have kept looking and found something else. Unfortunately I would never stay in this home again or recommend it to others!

This property layout was really nice for everyone…we all had our own space. Game room was fun and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Super close to everything.

I rented this house to attend a convention at Anaheim convention center for the team instead of staying in hotels. It was a perfect house with nice large open family room and kitchen area. Large dining table and 3 bathrooms that were all accessible from the hallways. There was family friendly accessories available but not all the Disney decorations that many rentals have in the area so it felt more sophisticated. Heated pool was cool but warm enough. Fake grass is nice but gets really hot so bring flip flops. It was 90+ outside during our stay. AC works great.

We called about this and were told about switch on wall in back (we tried but didn't work the lights). Also were told that someone would come by about the TV's-didn't happen! Two other things need mentioning-Both "blow up" beds deflated (need replacing) and ice maker in freezer did not work-we bought ice! We still rank this house a 5 as none of these issues ruined anything with our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute spent in the house and in the pool and would definitely recommend highly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our large family (11) to come together for our Disneyland vacation. We just wish we had more time there to enjoy the house and relax. The water pressure in the shower was so awesome. Beds super comfortable! They had strollers we could borrow for the parks and pack and plays for the baby to sleep at night. It was also nice that everyone had a place to sit at the end of a loooong Disney day. A few people in our family walked to the parks but most of us drove and parked closer. The house was very clean also. The only small complaint, was the neighborhood cats and dogs fighting outside our window very early one morning, not sure anything could be done about that though, no fault of the house! Overall we’d love to stay here again some time.
