Lovely house , well equipped, comfy beds and couches. So nice to hear the sea from the bedroom. Fantastic location - across the road from the beach and walking/running track. Host was very generous with flexible checkin/out.

Amanzi is a lovely home situated on the beachfront at beautiful Jervis Bay. It is thoughtfully set up for groups, particularly ideal for families with children. Amanzi is tastefully decorated with great charm and flair. The African theme is unique and was enjoyed by all and made our family reunion very special.

Such a lovely family home - literally across the road from Collingwood Beach which we had largely to ourselves and the dolphins! The home was perfectly kitted out / laid out for us. Had everything we needed in a lovely and convenient location! Highly recommend Amanzi as a holiday spot! It was exactly what we needed!

We all had a great time at this property, all the bedrooms are as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need. The beach is just over the quiet street in front of the house. Beautiful.

Excellent home for a family get together well appointed great for all age groups we went from 1 yo to 90 yo. Super close to a family friendly beach and hosts were excellent and helpful.

Overall very good ,but fifth bedroom opened from outside and very small , bathroom access through the garden , a big disadvantage in the rain. Outside bathroom leak could not be fixed during our stay. Microwave set very high and hard to access for normal height people. A very positive thing was there were thee table settings in front,inside and in the back of the house .

Relax atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. We would book again. The bay is fabulous for wind surfing too.

Perfect Summer beach house , fabulous location, comfy beds , well equiped kitchen with three excellent areas to have meals . We loved the hot water outdoor shower. Loved the fabulous walking track that goes for miles skirting the coast .. With several wet days a drying machine would have helped enormously . Overall thoroughly recommend

Never stayed so close to the beach! Great house, clean cosy and comfortable. Had everything we needed! All 3 families loved it! Caroline was super friendly and helpful, easy contactable. Will definitely come back again!

Great property with everything you need in an amazing location literally steps from the beach. Slept 7 comfortably but close quarters. There was everything we needed, we loved the great outdoor fire pit

Our stay at Amanzi was absolutely fantastic. We are an extended family of 12 and the property was so comfortable for all our age groups. The kids loved the toy baskets provided and it was so easy to.take them.to the beach which is literally at your doorstep.
So many highlights at Amanzi. The beautiful decor, listening to the ocean sitting on front verandah having a coffee first thing in the morning ,roasting marshmallows in the evening sitting around outdoor fire pit and so much more.
Caroline and Hilton made everything so easy for us. Nothing was a problem for them.and they made our stay so comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property. Can't wait to come back.

Loved our stay here in Vincentia (really borderline Huskisson). There's the beach across the road, but a short ride away to other beaches along the bay. Well sized for families, and host Caroline was a pleasure to deal with, often responding in a matter of a few minutes to any queries. Hope to stay here again soon!

Pros-Great location , opposite the beach , quiet neighbourhood, nice walkway to the right ,nice host .
Cons - queen beds were sagging and uncomfortable to sleep in . Kitchen and lounge is small .House is probably ok for about 6-8 people .

A lovely quaint cottage setting literally across the road from the beach - a most beautiful setting. The cottage was well laid out for a family get together with small children (no stairs) and very safe. Everything was there that was needed. The only small disappointment was that the Adirondack chairs depicted in the photos on the front porch facing the bay were missing (not the fault of the owners but thieves).

We loved staying at Amanzi and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday in the Jervis Bay area. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and it totally fitted the bill for a fun weekend away. There was plenty of room for our family of 12, both inside and out and we all enjoyed the special treats on arrival. We loved being so close to the beach and it was an easy stroll to both Huskisson and Vincentia. Just perfect.

Amanzi is a gorgeous house, meticulously renovated and styled, in such a fabulous location just across from the beach! I was fortunate enough to have my 30th Birthday at the house, with a number of friends travelling from across NSW & the ACT. Immensely grateful to Caroline and her family for having us stay and highly recommended to others! Perfect for groups of friends or a couple of families.
