My family of 5 and my brother’s family of 4 all stayed at this condo! We loved it! No issues with the condo! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking this condo again!

Wonderful ground floor unit!

I do like being high up for the view but the convenience of ground floor (and you have a long private area, so you're not next to the noise). 3 nice bedrooms, a bunk-bed room and a couch that folds out. Only minor issues experienced to be aware of or ask the owner about if you stay (which you should): * if you like to cook there you may be missing things: can opener was hard to use, they have a great ninja blender, but no drink shaker, no plastic plates for kids (yes plastic gobbets), no loaf pans (to make flan, but that's probably unfair), no wooden spoons for cooking (some plastic ones can work), no measuring cups/spoons, could use a few more work bowls and plastic storage containers for fridge. There are probably 6 giant empty drawers so there is room. * sliding door to porch-bedroom wont lock (the handle is loose so wont latch) * the same bedroom shower had lukewarm water (could still take a shower in it though, others were fine) * probably some annoying irrational (covid-era?) policy by the resort, but unlike other rental shares where previous guests will leave common low-use items that future guests can keep using (plastic wrap, foil, ANY spices (for some reason salt/pepper is there and ok with this strange policy) ), there is none of this here. It's really a dumb policy. Don't let the list above dissuade you from staying here, it's a great place, but ask questions and plan accordingly based on your needs and the info above.

Our accommodations were perfect for our family. The patio was great and the walk to the pools and beach were close but we still had privacy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very polite. I would recommend this resort to everyone for a nice getaway

The Condo smelled and looked clean upon arrival. Front desk was super helpful/ parking was convenient and easy. This condo is so pretty with an enormous deck and a quick few stairs to the great pools. we had a beautiful view of the ocean as well! I was pleasantly surprised that there was tables or chairs on the deck as a picture did not show any, so he brought chairs but did not need them as there is plenty of seating on the deck. The pools were heated!! That was amazing! Restaurant on site was great. Very nice venue. Only issues were we had to plung the toilet upon arrival as it was clogged with fem products from someone before we arrived. It was gross. The toilet in that bathroom continued to clog during the stay even though we only used it for number 1. The sink in the other bathroom clogged as well and the TV remotes we're missing in 2 bedrooms. The cab openers don't work so we had to skip the meals we had with cans. That aside. The maintenance came to fix the plumbing right after we dicided it was time to call. I was so happy that the sink had a separate spout with filtered water and the freezer ice was also safe. The bedding and beds were great. We had plenty of room for the whole family and had a wonderful time. I graded lowering communication only bc the VBRO app did not work for MESSAGES. However, the owner was very receptive when I first booked and answered my questions. I would go to this VBRO Again!

First time at las Palomas and we LOVED it.. the condo was great and even better than the pictures online. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be back.

Overall our stay was great! Few things need addressing with unit: Shower heads clogged so no volumn (simple maintenance fix with CLR or equivalent) same with kitchen faucet.. At least a minimum of 4 loungers for patio (only one provided ) for a 3+ bedroom unit. A BBQ would be nice (other units had them). TV very difficult to operate simple instruction card would be very helpful. Lazy river not heated disappointed! Other than above we had a wonderful stay, the staff were very helpful and food at phase 1 restaurant was good.

Fun. Easy. Likely yo want to do again.

2 kids, 4 teens and 2 11 year olds. Love being on 1st floor with walkout directly to pools. 3 large bedrooms great for 6 adults and bunk room easily can accommodate 2-3 kids. Will book again.

Large condo with an awesome patio. Patio in shade in afternoon.

This property would be great for a big family . You are the first floor , with a great big patio , and you can quickly walk to the pool or beach. You have 2 nice size king rooms with great beds. The bunk room is perfect for kids. Just note there is no closet or table, space is limited. I suggest bringing a nightlight sense there are no windows. The kitchen and living room seat a good size group and the kitchen has lots of utensils , It was a very nice set up .

Great location and easy access to and from the pool and beach! Master bed is comfortable.

The condo was very nice 3 bedrooms and a bonus “bedroom” with a bunk bed. The condo had all the dishes in the kitchen, rooms are cleaned everyday which is nice. One thing would be nice if they had oil, salt, pepper and other kitchen items so I didn’t have to bring absolutely EVERYTHING. We’ve stayed at other condos at Rocky Point where they had all those items including big shampoos, conditioners in the bathrooms. One fail was the check in process which was out of the owner’s control. We got there at noon checked in but they said the room is being cleaned and that we will get the keys no later than 4 pm, per our agreement here. My elderly parents waited in the lobby most of that time and when it was time to get our keys they said the room is still not ready. I had to speak to the manager to finally get the keys at 4:30 but the cleaning crew was still in the room finishing up. The management at the front desk did not even apologize for the inconvenience.

The condo itself was very nice. It was very clean, upgraded furnishings and appliances. Had plenty of dishes and cookware. Tvs were nice and beds were all very comfortable. The host was super responsive and very nice. If you rent here make sure you bring paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish towels, etc because you will only get 1 roll of paper towels, I dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 tiny hand sanitizer size thing of dish soap. They sell all that at the on site store but it's not cheap. They are SUPER strict about no noise after 10 pm and you cannot be by the pools, hammocks, etc after 10pm. They will make you leave. If you are out on the balcony they will yell at you to go inside. (Our neighbors next to us and a few floors up were repremanded not us. Lol). No coolers or containers with water or beverages allowed by pools so you have to buy their beverages from the bar area. The food and snacks were good but very slow to get your order. We were there during the week too. The infinity pool was closed for the day while we were there to which sucked. Check in took almost an hour. This is the 5th place we have rented in Rocky Point as far as a condo on a resort style property. While the property is nice we prefer Sonorean Sea. They are more friendly there, every room has an ocean view and there is more of a family comfortable feel versus commercial money making operation. You can have coolers, The food and restaurants are amazing and cheaper and the staff will bend over backwards for you. You can stay out until midnight there as well. The condos have all toiletries and supplies that you will need for an entire 5 day stay as well. Not knocking the condo owners- they were absolutely amazing. The resort itself was a let down though.

This is a great location on the first floor. Easy access to the pools. Great for kids. The condo had everything we needed! We will be back!

Everything was awesome

The location is awesome. Very close to the pools, store, beach, and bar. Very roomy and clean. We had no issues and had a great time. Please note that this ground floor is different than the other ground floor ones though. The other ground floor ones I've stayed at you just walk straight out, and this one feels like you're on the first floor because when you exit the patio you have to walk down flights of stairs to get to the main ground level where the pool is. Wasn't that big of a deal but It's good to know if you're trying to avoid going up and down stairs.

Room was perfect loved everything

Location and views are great 😊 clean and very comfortable! Upgrades needed nothing crazy: new dryer and frying pans (I brought my own). Bring clothes soap, spices etc. We had a great time and will return again. Thank you Las Palomas your resort is beautiful and so well taken care of!

This was our second year in a row staying at this Condo. It was great, the addition they made with an extra room was very convenient. Washer and dryer do need upgraded, dryer was not drying. But overall it was very nice.we most certainly consider stay there again.

I would check to see if the showerhead in the master bedroom is fixed and the water heater works. The water heater worked sometimes and sometimes not. Overall the rooms was good if those 2 things would have worked!
