In 2008, we came to Vieques, stayed across the street, and watched Los Arcos being built. We had a dream of staying at this beautiful place, and 16 years later our dream came true! We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 teens. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were in awe. There were horses on the front lawn, beautiful flowers, and a breathtaking view. Colleen and Mark were there to greet us. Upon arrival, we had a walk-through with Colleen so we could understand the home's layout, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, any inquiries we had were answered promptly by Colleen or Mark. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach and detailed instructions for the house were neatly kept in a binder along with details for navigating the island and its activities. Overall, this place was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

The view is amazing and sitting by the pool every morning to soak in the sights was perfect. The house and property are very well maintained, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the experience of the home - like smart controls for music throughout the house and outside, outdoor showers, and all the amenities you need to cook. We always felt safe (the property is gated) and the house manager gave a great welcome tour and was available if we asked a question. There are 3 separate sleeping areas each with AC, and the home is run on Solar which is great. The only complaint we had was the temperature of the pool. It’s supposed to be solar heated but was cold the entirety of our trip so we couldn’t use it like we would have liked. We would definitely recommend this place!

It is my second time returning to this villa and I couldn't be happier! It is everything you could want from a vacation home. The location is spectacular: on a hill overlooking the bay, across from a horseback riding ranch (super convenient), and right near the heart of Esperanza with all the fun bars and restaurants. As amazing as the view is, the fruit orchard in the back of the house is another easy favorite. You can find all sorts of fresh fruit (mangoes, papayas, bananas, star fruit, coconut, bread fruit, limes, avocados, etc. etc.) that you can pick directly from the trees--such a treat! It is absolute paradise. Inside, the house makes you feel like you have truly escaped to an exotic place. The decor is striking and luxurious throughout (don't miss the beautiful light fixtures in every room!). The owners have really thought of everything. My only words of advice are to not make too many plans as you will not want to leave the house, and there's really no reason to!
