This house is spacious and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Good communication from host. Would recommend the place or stay here again.

This is the fourth time my family has rented this property. We keep going back because it is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything we need. Awesome!! I have rented several vacation properties in the Monticello and surrounding areas over the years to visit family living there and this far exceeded any of the previous rentals and some of those were very nice. The home is spacious and inviting with an open common area for guests to visit (we had 20 there for Mother's Day BBQ), and the outside deck and fire pit was just as amazing as the inside. Beautiful view of Cumberland River, nature at it's best. The home is furnished nicely with just about everything you could possibly need for a great stay. No issues whatsoever with check-in, Imogene was such a doll. Very convenient to Monticello and Somerset and all the stores for anything you might need. The house has a game to be played and my entire family enjoyed participating from my mother (88) to my youngest great niece (6), fun for all - I hope the game continues. If available when I visit again, I would not hesitate for a second to stay here again. Debi & Mel, San Antonio

This house was great.

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything needed to cook, clean, do laundry and dishes/run dishwasher. The property is beautiful and ideal area for those who enjoy walking. The only thing we missed was having a smart TV to binge our favorites. The linens were fine but the beds could have been more comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great View, easy to find, spacious and clean. Kitchen and linens well supplied. Upgraded ,beautiful kitchen. Room for visitors to spread out on the multiple decks, open design first floor and basement family room. Very close to large marina and space for boat on drive. Will definitely consider when returning to Lake Cumberland!

Our family and friends enjoyed staying at this property over Labor Day weekend. It was immaculate and very clean. This property is private and has plenty of room, indoor and outdoor seating, and has a stocked kitchen with cooking and grilling necessities. I am already planning when we can come back and stay again! There was some kind of communication problem with Evolve. I had been messaging for hours on the day of arrival to get the check in instructions and did not ever get a response. I sat at the property in my car and was on hold with VRBO when coincidentally I got an email with the homeowners phone number so I hung up. This was 2 hours after check in time and 10 minutes of being there. I called Ms. Imogene and she gave me the code to get in. She was very nice and helpful. She told me she had already messaged me the code to get in earlier in the day but I never got anything from her or Evolve. All of this was still worth it to stay at this awesome property! Everything was perfect, thank you so much.

This home was perfect for our ladies get a way! Lots of space, well furnished kitchen, plenty of towels and wash clothes, great outdoor space! This property is in a beautiful rural neighborhood. Cows across the street, lake views, we even saw a bald eagle fly over. We would love to come back!

This lake front home is tucked back on a farm with beautiful sunsets and limited view of the lake. This was the perfect place to relax after our lake wedding.

Home was just as pictured. Very clean and fully stocked for our stay. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in years. Loved sitting out on the deck every evening listening to the birds and watching the sunset. If you want a peaceful, relaxing vacation this is definitely the place to be.

This house was in a quiet secluded location with beautiful views of the lake. Kitchen very well stocked. A wonderful place for stargazing! Host was incredibly nice! Can't wait to return for another stay!!!

The house was very nice. And equipped with everything. Owner was easy to communicate with. And it’s just minutes from Conleys bottom. We took our boats and there was plenty of room to park. We would stay again next summer. Our only complaint was the beds are not that comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was exactly as pictured in the listing. The open floor plan and spaces were perfect for our group! Plenty of supplies and a well stocked kitchen. The long driveway and loop made trailering with our boat so easy! Super close access to Conley Bottom Marina. Plenty of outdoor spaces-would love to have more comfy outdoor seating to enjoy that view. The owner was immediately responsive to questions and the small issues we had on check in making our stay flawless. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this home for your next lake getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this Lake Cumberland retreat. The area is quite rural though incredibly convenient to Conley Bottom. The sunsets over the trees and the lake views were gorgeous. The kids loved walking up past nearby farms each evening! The home is large, spacious, and well-stocked with essentials. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again!

very quit nice neighborhood relaxing

Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay with family. Loved the wide open space in the main area for all to hang out and relax each evening after a day of boating each day.

We stayed at this location for the ease of where it was located to our property we were building on, it was a very short trip back and forth, this place is super huge, PLENTY of space in all areas of the home, kitchen was brand new, huge and absolutely amazing as was the lake view ,normally when we would be coming to boat in the summer months and would get to enjoy all your many many outdoor spaces but we are here in JANUARY, the driveway is looped,level,perfect for many boats and trailers, blacktopped too!! private road and drive,lots of privacy in a beautiful country setting. 4 private bedrooms to use, very nice clean big bathrooms too!! the sectional in the living room and all the space there in the open concept kitchen/dining/living was more than even a large family could use, even though this time only 4 of us got to stay and normally there would be 9 or 10 of us,....besides that we never even used the super huge family room/bedroom in the basement. This place was SOOOOO close to Conley Bottom, made us sad we couldnt go boating. Cable tv in all bedrooms was fantastic, lots and lots of channels, WIFI was excellent too, plenty of towels,washcloths,linens,handsoap. body wash,paper towels and toilet paper!! just in case you forgot something it was there, all we did was pack in our food. If I had anything at all to say negative,or can we call it constructive advice? all the beds were way,way too firm. nice mattress toppers would of done wonders on all those beds, just something to think about,also an element is burned out in the toaster so may need replaced, other than that Im hoping we all get to come back to stay in the summer if our house is not completed by then. Thank you for such a Wonderful Stay!!!

This is a very nice and clean house with a great location on the lake. Close to Conley Bottom and Mill Springs. While we on the lake and at another house for most of the time, this was a great place to come back too.
