We stayed for a month while looking for a home. Henri's place is conveniently located to freeways and great shopping on Greenwich Ave and Putnam. Lots of delivery options for great food & groceries. The space is clean and homey and has a nice little yard for the pup to romp around in. Parking is close and easy. Neighborhood is safe. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked.

Our stay was very comfortable, located in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to the town of Port Chester! Excellent selection of restaurants and food shopping! We needed a place not too far from our son’s home for the holidays and were lucky to find this spot. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable with lamps in all the bedrooms. Thanks for allowing our dog to join us too. There are lots of restaurants in the area reflecting The diversity of people in the area. Would recommend for a couple or small family for sure. Visit Byram Park which is very close - nice little beach and play area - great for a short walk.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It is clean and the perfect place for a trip with small children.

The apartment is immaculate and spacious but we were really disappointed by how unwelcoming the local beaches are. Wish the owner had let us know you have to buy the very pricey beach passes on a weekday ONLY during business hours. Connecticut REALLY doesn't want anybody but locals using its beaches.

Perfect spot for someone looking for 3 bedrooms on the north side of the NYC. Reasonably near the train station and grocery store. Host is very thoughtful and responsive. Uber and Lyft don't work so well in this county (they work well in NYC) so you may want an auto. Quite place for being so close to I-95. In fact, it is very convenient with so many freeways nearby. Tons of good restaurants within 3 to 10 minute drive. Note: the bathroom is upstairs at this property. Owner has done a nice job with this place.

Loved our stay in this lovely home located in Greenwich - great access to major roadways, MetroNorth, shopping, restaurants - all that the area has to offer. The home is spotless and well outfitted - Added bonus is lovely patio area in back - if the weather is nice, perfect spot to enjoy drinks, breakfast coffee, etc. The owners were super accomodating - all in all a perfect place to stay - would highly recommend and look forward to spending more time on the property!

Excellent place that was perfect for our family. Owner was very accommodating and did a great job communicating. The property was easy to get to and convenient to the places we wanted to go. The kitchen is well equipped and functional for food prep. There is even a nice walkway in addition to the stairs to the street. Owner left us some welcome treats and a second key that we found useful.

This was the perfect place for my family of four to stay during our visit with extended family. The home is very modern and clean, and the hosts were really welcoming and gave great tips on what to do in the area. We enjoyed the backyard patio/BBQ area for dinners and the kids felt at home in the comfortable living room. There are also a several nice restaurants right in Byram/Port Chester that we took advantage of! It was also really convenient to be close to the train station for our trip into NYC (the train drops you off in Grand Central Station). Will definitely book again when we visit our family!

Henri was very helpful and we were greeted with a fresh fruit basket in the kitchen upon our arrival. Fit and finishes of the home were very good and shows pride of ownership.

My parents, husband, and I stayed here 5 nights in July. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything was very well decorated. Shopping (grocery store and Costco), are very close by. The weather was nice, so we also took advantage of the patio in the back. This place was a great rental for us!

This was our second week-long stay at "our home away from home" in Byram and we were just as pleased as our first visit. Having moved from Westchester to WA state, we look for a comfortable place to set up camp for a week while visiting friends and family in the area. We have two toddler boys and even they had a blast! The owners' hospitality is top notch, the amenities of the property amazing and the location wonderful. THANK YOU and we will see you next year!

My husband and I travelled from New York to Port Chester which took about 50 minutes. Enterprise who are based nearby picked us up and then we drove about 5 minutes to the property so it was really easy. Our inlaws came over from England too so there the four of us for three nights. The house was lovely, comfortable and a great size. It had all the appliances that you need as well as a big table outside in the garden. It was well decorated with good storage and comfy beds. It was great base to explore the area and Henri, our host was really helpful and as he only lived next door he popped over to help us a couple of times. It was perfectly comfortable for four with a big settee and TV for chilling out in the evenings. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Henry, the host, and his wife are so welcoming and helpful - both before and during our stay. The apartment are fully equipped with everything you need. We felt completely at home at once. A nice little garden with a grill made it easy to have people over in the evenings. It's very central - we walked to the train, beach and Portchester, which has nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We will definitly rent it again if we come over again. Thanks!

Stayed 4 nights with 1 couple and 3 adult singles very comfortably. Nice location. Owners were attentive and friendly. First floor was plenty large enough for our party to relax and enjoy each others company. Kitchen looks brand new and we took advantage of it to cook 2 large meals as well as the use of the outdoor grill for another nights meal. Upstairs housed the 3 BR's (2 double beds and 1 single that had a trundle). Bathroom with shower also upstairs and very functional. We will definitely stay there again!
