Our stay at this beautiful, private and pristine home was exactly the trip we needed It exceeded our expectations, couldn’t of asked for a better location, so close to beach, trails ,stores and restaurants, but so very private if you want to stay low key Kevin was such an amazing host , any questions I had he answered within minutes and also provided a binder full of info including restaurants, directions to beaches , trails , etc it was very helpful Our check in was a breeze we walked in and were greeted with gorgeous views , beautiful decor and it was spotless and smelled so good and clean Already looking at dates to go back asap If you want a spotless spacious home with a beautiful two level private deck , close to beach and everything else you need or want on a vacation, this is definitely the place to stay If I could give 10 stars I would.

We loved the cottage and the area. There are great walking trails nearby, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, and it was a super home base from which to explore. The house is well kitted out with kitchen items, linens, and supplies. Shops and such are a few minutes away. The central gas fireplace is especially cozy in colder weather. Definitely recommended.

The owner is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. And while the pictures are great, the house is even better in person. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. We love it here and will definitely be back!

First visit to the Cape. Kevin was a great host, communication was immediate. The house was central to many spots we had on our list. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend this house. The reviews tell it all!

The outdoor shower, the outdoor fire table, the deck and the two-sided fireplace was absolutely fabulous…. The house was set up for a great vacation. My only complaint was that going down to the basement to do laundry or to put up the trash that there was no handrail. But, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

The property was located in a central area for us. It was just as described from the VRBO post. The house has a very nice expansive deck with a fire pit. I would rent there again if on the Cape.

We came to Mashpee because of the beauty and relaxation Cape Cod is known for, not to mention its proximity to Falmouth where my debut novel was set. The house and area didn't disappoint. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Thanks so much for making your stay so easy. This house has everything a guess would need to relax and enjoy their vacation. Lots of hiking trails for dogs, families would enjoy a huge deck with a grill and fire pit for socializing, shooing and and restaurants are nearby. So convenient. We also played tennis everyday at Mashpee High School. Great vacation, thanks!

This house is in a great quiet location that is close to everything you could need in the area. Beach is a very quick 10 min drive tops. The deck of the house is a really nice addition that gives even more space to the house.

Nice house. Clean except greased kitchen doors and handles , and oven. Ample towels linens etc. central air. very nice deck. Apparently not in a walking distance to lakes/shores. Would come again.

Kevin’s house is a perfect little gem surrounded by trees, giving you privacy and at the same time close to everything you need. It is at walkable distance from Mashpee Commons where you have cafes, restaurants and shops. Drivable small distance from beautiful beaches. You get seclusion in this house from neighbouring houses. The house itself is clean and cozy, it has everything you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen, plenty of extra linens, and best part was there were beach chairs as well. The deck is really big and has ample outdoor furniture. On arrival we were greeted by box of chocolates and voucher to the local bakery, that was a nice touch ☺️! Kevin is very responsive and it was pleasure to interact with him. We will definitely visit this house next time we are in Cape Cod.

Well-equipped home with a terrific back deck and nice deck furniture. Light and bright home with comfortable beds. Enjoyed walking the nature trails near by. Nice touch that they provided a gift card to the local bakery too

What a beautiful house, in an amazing location! Short drive to lots of shopping and food in one direction, or an amazing beach the other way, plus a 5 minute WALK down the road from beautiful walking trails. And the deck was just huge and wonderfully quiet. I did yoga there in the morning, had lunch at the tables, and relaxed with a book on the chaise. This house was perfect for our family of 4 plus the dog. Everything was provided, from a brownie pan to the oil we forgot to bring for said brownie mix! During Covid, this April trip to the Cape was an absolutely perfect vacation to get away from our four walls and safely enjoy the outdoors.

We loved out stay. House was immaculate with plenty of beds/linens/condiments etc. The outside area was amazing!! Owners were very responsive offering early checkin/checkout & a welcome gifts where were very sweet. Would def recommend to friends and family & hope to get a chance to stay again.

We had a great time in Mashpee. The house is very nice with high ceilings, comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. The location is perfect for visiting the Mashpee Commons and the South Cape Marketplace. Tons of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Definitely visit the Mashpee River Reservation and Mashpee River Woodlands if you like taking short hikes in the woods. And make sure to try Rory’s Market at Mashpee Commons for a quick afternoon bite

We stayed at the property while working in the area, and it was perfect for our needs. Was very clean and nice area, had everything we needed.

We discovered this wonderful little house near Mashpee Commons when we needed a quick COVID-friendly getaway for our family over February Break. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and he made our stay hassle-free. The unit was clean, inviting, and spacious enough to accommodate our family of 5. Highly recommend.

We loved this place! So beautifully decorated and homey. Great spot for a couples getaway. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor deck due to the snow, but the indoor fireplace was really special and cozy. This house is in a great location and we even brought our fur baby! We look forward to coming back in the summer for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental property! First of all we were able to bring our dog which helped tremendously since This was a last minute decision . The house was beautiful , clean , cozy well equipped in a beautiful neighborhood. The decor was perfect and the double sided gas fireplace made the cold rainy day enjoyable and relaxing . The location is also great with very good shops and restaurants in close proximity . The deck and backyard are spectacular even though we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoors too much due to inclement weather , but still provided a private and natural feel. We loved the house. We stayed there during the winter, and the fireplace was perfect. The size was great for us, and everything was comfortable. We would definitely come back for either the summer or another winter trip.

We had a phenomenal visit while staying in New Seabury. Kevin was a great host who was communicative and accommodating. The house was in great condition and provided a cozy environment for the holiday season!

We had such a perfect time staying at Kevin’s place. The location was perfect, the house was so great and Kevin was a fantastic host. We stayed here for a December weekend getaway. The house has a lovely gas fireplace and Kevin set up the Christmas tree with lights as well. Very cozy :) We really enjoyed ourselves and are already looking forward to staying here when the weather warms up. Since the house is so close to the beach, we know it will be a blast then too! Highly recommended.
