Everything was really nice. I would stay again.

This property was absolutely amazing, the place was really clean and the location was very convenient. We went for a wedding and our time at the house was amazing, The owner was so kind and helpful with communication all the time with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Property is in a quiet neighborhood, well kept and has a garage for parking. Large spacious living area and a large master bed and bath. Very nice appliances including washer and dryer. Sandra is a great host and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again.

this property was as advertised. it is a single story property which is what we needed for us "older" folks. the location was perfect for us as we were NOT interested in the strip. we were there for a wedding...also visited the red rock canyon area which is absolutely stunning. the only complaint is that the a/c struggled to keep up with the incredible heat.

Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Great grill and nice patio out back. Owner was very attentive.

We had a small family group and enjoyed the house. The living room was nice with three reclining leather sofas and plush carpet under our feet. The bathrooms were newly redone and looked nice. We had only a few things to note: (1) the master bed was not comfortable (we are particular when it comes to beds) and the frame flexed and made noises when you got out, (2) the barbecue was not working, (3) the hot water took awhile to get hot and felt we were wasting water, and (4) our elderly father recommended a safety rail in the tub shower. We really liked the place and proximity to the park since we had an toddler and he could walk to the park with us. We also liked the proximity to the grocery store which made it easy to run over and get something when we needed it. Our VRBO charges were not bad compared to a hotel considering we were able to cook our meals and not eat out everyday. We really enjoyed our stay; it was a comfortable home.

Nice property, clean and comfortable

Sandra couldn’t have been more responsive even though she had some busy things going on. The house is freshly remodeled and very clean. What a great, central location to everything we needed and we utilized the miles and miles of interconnected walking paths every day. (There is an entrance to the path network just a few doors down.) I was able to walk to Trader Joe’s and buy a bag of groceries a couple times during my stay! So many other groceries and restaurants within 1 mile. Try Casa Don Juan, soooo good! My only small issue is the street itself. I have never seen so many cars parked on a suburban street in my life! Someone blocked half our driveway on the regular, and many families stacked their cars in the street in front of their own driveways. Felt a little claustrophobic and crowded. Noisy beatbox music and mechanic tool sounds across the street for a couple hours one night. Otherwise, super quiet and very comfortable stay! Thank you Sandra.

We had the most amazing experience with Sandra! The home was so clean, in a wonderful location and we felt very safe and comfortable being there! We hope to come back and visit this home time and time again. 10/10 for us
