Everything was close, the location has Lidl at the end of the street if you wanna prepare breakfast on your own. We were a group of 4 people and we had everything we need, even make up removal. 👏

The couch is a bit uncomfortable, but for 2 nights was good.

The Care taker she was really nice and helpful in explaining all the things in detail. The arrangement and all were great. It was really a comfortable stay and all supermarkets and tram and metro stations were at walking distance I will recommend thie apartment if anyone is planning to visit budapest

Beatrix is very nice host, she explained about all the details and give us recommendations for tour and place of interest in the city. Location near with grand market so it easier to find breakfast. Complete facilities, I can cook during my stay and complete amenities, you can find anything you need in the apts.

The neighborhood after 8pm very quite.

Beatrix is a super host, very honest and gentle. Apartment is quite nice and as seen in pictures / confirmed by other reviews. Reserved car park is a big bonus, we were using public transport during the weekdays and car on the weekends (free parking in the city on weekends)

Great little apartment, very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Beatrix (the host) is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and ever so kind. There is a lift in the building, which was a big help for as, as we had three suitcases. The bed is super comfortable. The sofa not as much, but it's not too bad either. The building is quiet and the people who live there are also friendly. There is secure underground parking too. Would definitely recommend, 10/10

We enjoyed the clean apartment, the friendly host who waited us. Also the gifts Beatrix prepared for us. We also liked that there were some useful things in the kitchen (sugar, coffee etc) and also for our dog. Such a pet friendly place! It was a quiet building and the place is not far from the metro station. The parking space included in the price is a plus!

It is not related to the apartment itself, but with the building: the bump from the garage entrance for our type of car was not very good when the car was loaded with luggage but we managed. The 8th district is not the cleanest one but we felt safe.

Normally in this price range there is something missing, but Beatrix the host seems to have thought of everything! From the free carton of juice in the fridge to the soap capsules for the washing machine. She is setting the standard for the others to follow Accessible and quiet location too. .I think this is my first 10 rating after about 20 stays so I am not that easily pleased.

Would have been good to have an idiot's guide on how to access the multiple channels on the TVs (yes, there was one in the lounge and one in the bedroom!!). If there had been some notes provided I would have scored it an 11.

Perfect apartment in Budapest. Perfect host! Beatrix is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She prepared everything in the room including multiple guides, maps, brochures in several languages for tourists, and even the manuals for the appliances are turned to the page for our own language! The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and thoughtful. With the air conditioning, it was not hard in this hot summer. The apartment is not far from attractions, we can walk to the national museum and central market. And it is easy to take the subway to castle hill.
