The accommodation was excellent. We had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, and the apartment was clean and tidy. However, the family running this business made the biggest impression on us. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. We believe we will definitely come back again

The parking could be improved.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. The hotel is immaculate and in the best location for the promenade and local beaches. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating, really treating us like family from the moment we arrived. The daily breakfast was fresh and so delicious. I would 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back time and time again. Thank you so much for a great stay! P.s. get a room with sea view, you won't regret it!

Parking

I choose Arxontiko to spend my birthday and it was the perfect choice! The hotel is located basically by the beach (only the road separates it from the sea), centrally in Himare. It is new and has pretty rooms, with a lot of space, fantastic beds, good WiFi and AC, free potable water, bath amenities, fantastic shower and a breathtaking view from the balcony. I could stay the entire day just staring at the crystal clear Himare sea from there. I would also like to highlight the gentle, friendly, professional and incredible staff, which made my stay even better, and the breakfast, which is delicious. It counts with traditional albanian and Greek options, such as byrek, Greek yogurt, petula, fresh fruits and sweets.

It was not an issue for me, but but the balcony might get a bit noisy because of the road in front of it. However, the door is soundproof and you'll be able to perfectly sleep with it closed.

Very friendly service oriented family run hotel. Great location to explore Himara, both private and public beaches are just 50-100m away! Do not miss having a meal at the restaurant as it is absolutely great.

Its a warm family hotel with amazing people and marvelous food! Would recommend not only to stay there but specially eat at the restaurant.

The staff were so lovely!! So friendly and accomodating. Especially Beautiful view and huge room. Brekkie was also delicious - the best we had in Albania. Restaurant downstairs also has the best seafood.

Andres and the staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The food in the restaurant (including breakfast) is fantastic! The view is beautiful. The room was comfortable and newly updated. Great working AC unit and perfect balcony.

The location is very handy it’s 2 minutes walking away from beach, restaurants and groceries. View and rooms were so amazing. I haven’t seen such kind and friendly people. Owner and his family were trying to be sure everything is alright. They are always offering something for free like alcohol and dessert end of the dishes. I would definitely recommend here. They have delicious breakfast!!

The hotel was clean, the rooms had a magnificent view, the breakfast was excellent and the staff so welcoming and nice to us as guest. They decided to upgrade our room just because they had the chance to do it with no extra costs.

Great room with an even better view!!! You have the sea just some steps away. The host and his family are SUPER friendly. Delicious breakfast at their restaurant which is just next to the rooms. Great experience.

Andreas is the best host you will ever find. our car broke down before we reached the hotel and he helped us getting it fixed. He put up with the eccentricities of a group of 14 and you will never forget the breakfast. best in Albania

Wonderful staff! It´s a family business, they are extremely nice, welcoming and made sure we were satisfied. The place looks brand new, everything is very clean. The view from the room is amazing.

For us it wasnt a problem, but maybe interesting to know that their parking is not directly at the hotel building, but like 50-100m away.

Andreas and his family are some of the most hospitable hosts/owners I have ever come across. Incredibly friendly and kind. Always willing to help. For example the breakfast contained something I don't eat, but was more than plentiful anyhow so I asked for it without. Instead I was given many options of other things I could have and it was made clear I should ask for what I want. Helped me out with the bus I needed to catch leaving town. Nice view from the balcony also. I highly recommend staying here as the owners make the stay.

IN the perfect location in Himare with a beautiful view of the bay and beach. The host family owns the hotel and restaurant and they treat you like a relative. The breakfast is tremendous and please eat here as well as the dinners and fish are great. We highly recommend ARXONTIKO if you are in Himare

10/10 - the best place we stayed Albania. Amazing family run business, they can’t do enough for you, great homemade breakfast, upgraded room. Really nice room and bathroom with comfortable bed + free water provided. we were sad to leave!!
