Really clear host instructions, very easy to use space, and extremely friendly and responsive host -- I will very likely stay here again!

I liked everything, in Birch Bay you do need to bring a few groceries along if you want late evening food in the off-season as the local walking distance restaurants close up the kitchens at 8pm.. Not a complaint just a quick bit of advice.

I liked the place, but I we did expect to wash sheets & towels before to leave the property at 11:00 AM The toilet and floor must be cleaner.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and the views were lovely. There were lots of amenities and the kitchen was very nice. The bed and bedding was fabulous.

I was disappointed the key code didn't work till 4:00pm as we arrived 30 minutes early and couldn't get in. We found the bathrooms to be very small and we are not large people. The towels should be replaced with softer ones. The washing machine smelled. It should be left open when the suite is not being used.

The unit is beautifully decorated it is just gorgeous! The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the location, so close to the beach, was ideal. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. We hope to visit again!

Great location! My parents brought my family to Birch Bay when we were kids. Beautifully updated condo.

Since the weather was hot and in the high 90's, wish the condo had air conditioning. Other than that, the condo was very well done in being updated, gorgeous and clean! Loved the unit having 2 decks, especially the big one looking out at the ocean!

The fees were a little excessive. $100 cleaning fee, $200 deposit that I have yet to get returned 8 days after checking out.

Towels were super big and soft, sheets and king bed were amazing, good water pressure, nice shower head, good TVs in every room, nicely decorated.

Screen door was very old and glass door was hard to open (both in bedroom and deck), leaky kitchen faucet, only 1 bike with a flat tire, having to do the laundry and dishwasher before we left (this is supposed to be a vacation!), way to hot...no AC or fans.

This place is spotless. The owners are very kind. It has a view of the water. It’s perfectly located in a place that makes you feel like you went back to a simpler time.

I think I’d need air conditioning if it was any hotter.

Great view.

It looked clean on entry. But one glance at the filter over the shower proved wrong full of spider webs. Glass fireplace glass had little handprints all over it. Lots of rules, and no instructions for the tv, stove, oven, or washing machine. Not everyone knows intuitively how to navigate through unknown appliances. It would have been nice if the stairs to the facility had been disclosed, we are in our 70's. Also you have to wash your linens, run the dishwasher, what was the cleaning fee for??

The location was great

I had a greed with the owner and book 2 nights and he only held one night. he knew it and didn’t notify me. So I drove to Birchbay from Seattle to check in at 4 pm and have to leave the next morning at 11 AM. A lot of work for very little time.
