Perfect location, in the very center, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

1) A neighbour from the floor above listening the radio too loud late evening 2) sofa in the living room is not comfortable to sleep on. Maybe good to add few glasses for wine 🍷 in the kitchen.

Well, to start, to our complete shock, on our 3rd day in this property we were ROBBED (!!!). Several brand new items that we bought on the way to Camogli were taken from the apartment while we were on the beach. This was utterly stressful, as we could not trust our safety in this apartment. So, from that day we had to carry all valuable items (including 2 computers) with us to the beach. Even before this incident, number of things in the apartment were not working well. For example, the shower cabin door was out of its hinges and it was very difficult to slide. The key for the exterior door was not working well. I kept writing to Altido from the day of arrival, asking to fix these items, but there was no response. After the robbery Altido showed complete lack of professionalism and care for the guests. They offered absolutely nothing to compensate for the terrible experience that we had in this place.

I stopped counting how many emails they've been sending me. Mostly automatic emails. Telling you to pay the city tax before arriving with your VISA. Then telling how important the whole thing work with the keys. You get so much informations and emails, at the end you stop reading. Oh, and you have to fill a form also, very annoying. And after all this, we arrived at the door and they had forgotten to leave the key for us!! Unbelievable!! We had to read all the previous emails to find a phone number, call several times, until someone dare answering. Then wait for someone to bring the key. After travelling all day with your family, you don't want the spend an hour more waiting in front of the door.

The location was great.

It all started at our arrival, we received the email with instructions on how to get to the apartment 50 minutes after our arrival, despite the fact I confirmed the time of check-in in the morning. I tried to call the phone number in the reservation but there was only audioline. Furthermore, there was almost no space to unpack things for four people. And finally, we couldn ´t use the free parking although we specifically asked for it several times! And the fact that there were no clothes pegs to hang up our wet clothes was just “the finally touch”.

Locatie is perfect! Accommodatie was schoon en het bed was goed!
