The location is everything here. Only 1 minute walk away from the sandy main beach of Lagana. It is 2 mins aways from the "main road" where everything happens, but far enough that you can't hear the party music. The host, John, is very friendly and can support you with great recommendations. The rooms are clean, airconditioned, and well maintained. Overall, a great experience to stay at Joy Apartments. I would go back without hesitation.

The walls are probably not the thickest, so you could hear the neighbors. As we were barely at the apartment, it was not a problem.

The beds were comfortable and the bed sheets were clean. They cleaned our room.. The host was nice.

We stayed in an apartment studio.. The room needs repainted.. There were some cracked tiles... We couldn't sleep properly.. There were some young people partying and talking loudly every night( in the same building) ... you could hear everything.. The location isn't a very nice one.

It was quite good location, close to the beach and stores, it was relaxing to stay here.

It was a very nice property, just like in the pictures. The host, Mary is an amazing person and always willing to help. the location is 4 minutes away from the beach and it’s perfect

The only thing which is not necessarily related with this property, is the the britsh tourist which are very loud and can make your sleep harded as havin them as neighbors, it s really hard

The location is amazing. So much going on around. Not very far from the airport. Few steps from the beach. There is a store around the corner where u can get whatever u need. Our room was amazing. Very spacious. Clean bathroom and good equipped kitchenette. The little patio was perfect for a breakfast in the morning or late night drinks. Perfect for our short stay but I would stay longer if i could 😊 I loved this place. I would definitely come back ❤️ Also the communication with the host - Mary was very good. Lovely and welcoming lady.

John and Mary are very kind and willing to help you with everything . the greatest thing for me is that the apartment was quite even though being in Laganas

one more closet for clothes

the apartment was very clean and had great amenities. the location is perfect it’s walking distance to the beach and laganas strip we had great communication with John and Mary and they were extremely friendly and accommodating

there was a small miscommunication at the beginning regarding how to turn the hot water on and off and we ended up tripping the electrics but John and Mary were on it straight away and very good at explaining to us where it was we were going wrong and very understanding
