Property was as advertised. Manager was very responsive. Unit is very close to the pool and the beach is visible from the nice screened porch. TV channel access was good. We had everthing we needed and more. We had a great time.

The property was cute and quiet. It was close to the beach and the unit provided beach chairs and umbrellas that was convenient. The rooms were clean and it was wonderful waking up and drinking our coffee on the deck overlooking the garden and beach.

My 15 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this property. It was clean,comfortable and convenient. We felt very safe there. We enjoyed the screened porch with a view of the ocean. Being a bottom floor unit was great as I have nerve damage in my legs. This unit is very close to the pool, which I liked. The walk to the beach was an easy one. Would definitely rent again.

I found port o call a couple of years ago when I lost my mother and needed a quiet beach get away. The location is a bit out of the way but perfect if you want beach time without crowds and great for little ones.
You’re only 15-30 minutes to great eating and Charleston activities.

Just a few things could make this condo much nicer without spending a ton of cash. The area rug in the living room was old, dirty. Replace with a bright new rug. Needs an updated paint job by a professional in neutral. Furniture could be updated in the living room or at least a few new pieces. It was just really average.

This was the second time my daughter and I stayed in this particular condo and once again it was wonderful. Each time the condo has been very clean and very comfortable. It has a wonderful view and is probably our very favorite place to stay anywhere. We will be back and will try to book the same condo because it is the best.

This was a perfect long weekend getaway! The condo is updated and nicely appointed. Maintained beautifully. The process of renting and checking in and out was seamless. We’ve stayed at Port O’ Call many times before - some of the condos feel cramped due to furniture, etc., but not this one, it is perfectly laid out. Great experience!

We enjoyed our time at this location. Even though we were not right on the beach we could still see it off in the distance and it was so relaxing to just sit on the screened-in porch. Everything inside was clean and as advertised. If I were to say anything negative it would be that small things needed fixing, such as the stopper was laying in the tub, and the dishwasher wasn't working. It was only two of us so we didn't need it, but we notified the manager and they were going to get it fixed.

Close to the water, well stocked kitchen and bath, very good place to stay. Neighbors above were stomping on the floor late at night and early in the morning, could hear every footstep. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.

The location is nice; can even hear the ocean from the unit, but it is in desperate need of an update, or at the very least, new paint. We were very disappointed; I was really looking forward to a nice place for my family and me. The management people were extra helpful, however, and also said they would relay this to the owners.

Clean and more spacious than we expected. Access to the beach is even better than advertised. Screen porch was perfect for relaxing and view of the ocean is great for not being “ocean front”.

Family Rest time
We were touring southern colleges with our daughter and this stay was at the end of a very crazy week and could not have been better! This is an excellent place on a beautiful beach. The community is amazing. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

What you see on the website accurately portrays what you experience. Clean, comfortable and well appointed place to stay. Thanksgiving was the warmest day of the week but a higher temperature would have been wonderful. That proved to be beyond the scope of the owner's control but nearly everything else was provided to make our stay more than comfortable.

Everything was just as described. Great location in the complex. Well stocked. We had a great time as a friends reunion and tennis outing. Good for 3 friends or a couple with kids.

Great Family Vacation
We’ve stayed at this property before but not this condo. It was great! We loved it and the proximity to the pool and beach. The ocean view is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Cant wait to come back!

Excellent view.
This condo was just perfect! It was recently painted/decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are new. We really appreciated having filtered water via the refrigerator. Every morning we would raise the blinds to look at the beach. Even if it was raining, the view was very enjoyable. The pool is just outside the porch and we would hang out there after several hours at the beach. So easy to walk back and forth to the condo. Just one small side note- the washer only takes liquid detergent and you are left pods which will not dissolve. There is a label that says liquid detergent only. We will book again for next year!

My home away from home..
I have visited IOP for the past 14 years each time with my kids and family. This trip was a solo one. Everything was exactly what I needed to find a mini sanctuary from home. Nathan was super prompt and helpful in booking. The condo was clean, and fit all of my needs. It had an incredible cottage feel and loved that I had easy access to the beach right out the back door. I highly recommend this little slice of heaven to anyone looking to find some peace and ease. I definitely will be booking this property again.
