My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Our family (3 adult “kids” plus mom & dad) had a wonderful few days at this property. It was easy for our family to split up as all the shops & restaurants of uptown are an easy walk from the house. In the evenings, we easily logged into our AppleTV & HBO accounts to watch movies together. We cooked our breakfast each morning and one dinner easily in the well-stocked kitchen. They had all the essentials to include a few extras such as spices, oils, foil and laundry detergent. One day, two of us who wanted to do some more hiking were dropped off at the Soldier’s Pass trailhead and hiked our way back to the home via the Jordan & Javelina trail after seeing the Seven Sacred Pools & Devil’s Kitchen. It was a beautiful hike and put us right back into the neighborhood. We did have a hard time finding the switch for the fireplace the first evening we were there. I texted David and he was quick to respond. We finally found it hiding behind the artificial plant on the right side of the fire place. Overall, great stay. Will definitely come again if we are able!

Visited Sedona for the first time and loved it! This home is prime location. Quick walk to shops and dining. Beautiful patio to sit and relax after long hikes on the many trails available. Plenty of space for three couples to share and enjoy!

Accurate description, bright beautiful home, spacious, comfortable and well furnished, electronics and appliances etc. all functioning properly. Outdoor space very nice, great for morning coffee or hanging out anytime. Convenient location 3 short blocks from downtown.

The house had everything we needed. Great location! Clean and well maintained. Backyard bocce court was a nice addition. Would stay here again.

This property was great. The space was perfect for 6 adults. It's just a block off the main drag so walking the town was easy. The only down side is that the twins in The downstairs bedroom are rock hard and very uncomfortable. The other beds were great.

Beautiful property! Just as, if not better, than shown. Perfect location in uptown - walk to everything. There was a nice welcome basket when we arrived and enough household products to get us through; dish soap/detergent/paper towels. The beds were super comfortable. We stayed 3 nights for a girls trip -all 5 of us would highly recommend this property!

I can't even begin to explain how much we loved this house!! It is LOCATION, LOCATION!! It is one block from shops and restaurants!! Sedona Beer Company is 100 yards away. House is LOVELY! Backyard was wonderful with little waterfall and an excellent bocce court!! Owner was a delight to work with and responded almost immediately to my questions! Thank you so much!!!

While my husband and I have visited Sedona before, this was our first time visiting with our children (ages 8 & 11) who have recently discovered a passion for hiking. This property was perfect for us! The location, being just blocks away from the shops and restaurants of Uptown Sedona and an easy drive to amazing trails, was very convenient. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with many welcoming surprises. It was spacious enough for us to entertain friends as well. We didn't have time to take advantage of the backyard but appreciated the grill, fountain, fire pit, and lawn bowling space! We hope to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great location with quick access to town and trails and beautiful views. Three full baths and three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom/bathroom is very large and spacious. Beautiful kitchen and stocked well with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, appliances, etc. Could use another counter chair so that sitting at the peninsula has seating for more than one person. Appreciate being able to use the washer and dryer. Loved the backyard fountain, bocce court and fire pit. Place was clean. The house is beginning to look a little tired from use but still is quite nice. When we found several under-the-counter lights out, a couple of broken shades in bedrooms, the water filter in the frig needing replaced and air filters past due to be replaced, Dave made sure the blind repairman and the maintenance man responded promptly. Appreciate being able to stay in this great place!

We were delighted when we entered this gorgeous home with the wonderful music playing and soft lighting. The welcome basket in the kitchen was wonderful and the booklet with information about hikes, local recreation and restaurant recommendations was so helpful and appreciated. There were lovely added touches throughout the house that made this stay special. We would highly recommend this property.

This house was amazing. We had 4 girls that stayed. Initially there were 2 rooms with king beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Wish that had still been the case. We had 4 adults girls and the 2 single beds would have been perfect. However, they did have a day bed and 1 of the girls slept out there. But everything else was perfect. Thank you
