Fantastic house in a prime location with an awesome tiki bar at the pool

This house was everything we expected and more. Plenty of room for all 8 of us, kitchen was large to cook for everyone, clean grill, fantastic pool and outdoor bar, enough towels, plenty of games... I can go on, but this property was amazing, we'll hopefully be back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay. I don't think the pictures do it justice. Keep in mind the main picture (or at least the main one at the time of our booking) is the pool bar that is a separate structure, and is not part of the main house.
The back yard, which is quite large, is entirely fenced (just make sure you check the gates when you arrive if you are bringing a dog), which is great. I didn't catch that in the listing, so it was a wonderful surprise.
I found the house very inviting and very comfortable for entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with quality stainless steel cookware and an induction range. The owner is incredibly responsive. When I texted the owner about the location of the pool net, the next thing I know, someone rings the doorbell with a new pool net!
The jetted tub and the shower in the master bath were awesome. Just a heads-up: the owner does clearly communicate in the listing that the master bedroom has two queen beds, not one king. So it's reminiscent of I Love Lucy (for those old enough to catch the reference). The only downside to the property is that those two beds have mattresses that are quite worn out.

House was perfect from size, cleanliness and especially pool area. We were down for my son’s golf tournament and his friends and parents in the same tournament stayed. We had a great time each day after their round from swimming, playing ping pong to grilling out for dinner. The owner was extremely quick with communications and very helpful when needing anything. We will definitely be using this house again when visiting!!

This is not my first time renting this property. It's absolutely an amazing property and never disappoints. I've also rented another one of Scotts properties which is equally amazing. This is our official home away from home. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing get away.

The house was an awesome place for us to stay. We had 8 guys down for a golf trip. The house was perfect with all the beds and bathrooms. We had a blast at the outside pool and patio area. Enjoyed the tiki bar area to watch playoff hockey and chill. We will definitely be staying at this house again in the future.

You really cant find a better place to stay with a large group of guys in the Pinehurst area. The property is well maintained and its close to everything. The backyard is great for entertaining. Thanks again for opening your home to us.

Overall house was great, as advertised. Very clean, no major issues. Super fast communication with owner. Well stocked kitchen and bath, towels, linens etc.. Pool very nice. Very quiet neighborhood only few minutes from grocery and Pinehurst Golf. Pool, ping pong arcade great for the kids. Plan to stay again next year.

My husband and I brought our 3 kids (ages 6-11) to Pinehurst for golf camp. This house was the perfect place for us to relax. The kids enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and arcade game, and we all spent time enjoying the swimming pool. Everyone had their own room with multiple beds to choose from. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable with plenty of linens, dishes, etc. While in a very nice neighborhood, the location was also very close to plenty of shops and restaurants and less than 10 minutes from golf camp. We would definitely stay here again.

The listing photos really don’t do this house justice - it is so nice and well-appointed. Yard is perfect for both pool time and lawn games. We split our family between two of Scott’s homes for our reunion, and it was a wonderful time!

The home is very nice. Two bedrooms on ground floor with Jack and Jill bath and 2 full beds in each room. Master on ground floor with two beds. Pool table, large bedroom with 3 beds and full bath on second floor. It has a very nice gas grill, pool house and swimming pool in back yard. TVs everywhere. Great comfortable furniture in family room. Plenty of parking space. Kitchen is well stocked. Ping pong table in garage. Arcade game on main level. The owner is very responsive and super nice.

For a fraction of the cost and way more fun, this property allowed us to play 3 of the Pinehurst courses while still having a private pool, grill, pool table, and ping pong table with more than ample space for me and my friends. Perfect golf getaway.

Nice property, but the 2nd floor bed rooms were not usable because the heat pump would not come on, it was 89 degrees upstairs on Saturday night, all else was excellent.

Weather may have been gloomy. But, fun was had by all. The home was well equipped for our family. Adults and children enjoyed the pool table, swimming pool, arcade game and Tiki bar. Golfers were very happy playing courses at Pinehurst. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful neighborhood and home layout. The property needs some repairs and when the refrigerator failed, the owner was very responsive and immediately jumped into action to preserve our food. Thank you Scott! Lovely pool area and I would book here again.

Our group of 8 came down for a Pinehurst golf trip and had an amazing time at this awesome house. Everyone had a bed, plenty of room for cooking and hanging out at the house but also a couple minutes from the village and restaurants. Would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing place, just as advertised! We were a group of 8 guys there for a 4 night golf trip and the house was perfect for us. Great location, lots of beds / bathrooms, clean and in a great location. Scott was super responsive and helpful, only good things to say; highly recommend for any occasion!

This is the perfect house for a golf trip to Pinehurst. We had 8 guys in our group and there’s more than enough space in this place. The best part of the trip was getting back from our golf rounds and hanging by the pool!
