Great stay

Loved the large patio. Very comfortable unit.

The ground floor patio was covenant for access to the pool and beach. There was a safety problem with the living room sliding glass door that I notice. The locking tab on the door latch was broken and we were unable to secure the door and it was concerning someone could just slide it open and walk in on us. The patio had broken tiles and the cement bench had a large chunk out of it with rebar showing through. Over all our stay was a 5 but the safety things needed to be addressed.

Great and convenient access to all the resort amenities, nice and clean property. Only issue was not related to the property owner and was a resort water restriction issue. Daily water availability was from 8-10am and evening 5-8pm - quite disappointing, but s... happens. Other than that listing is very accurate. All necessities for the pleasant stay are in the unit. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu, cable... etc are available. Property owner responded promptly to the messaged question. I would definitely recommend this property and will look forward to come again.

Please don’t stay here, the owner won’t compensate you for anything if it’s their fault and they will only give you free breakfast for any of their inconveniences. The trip started out great until the second day, workers started construction on the stairs and completely blocking our first floor pool access which is why we booked this room in the first place. We were never notified of this taking place during our stay and when we called the owner to ask about it they said they were “glad” they started the construction when they did not taking into consideration how it completely ruined our family trip. The construction only affected our room entrance only which was extremely difficult being pregnant with a toddler and we had to go all the way around to just get to the pool or beach access. The whole point of a first floor condo is for that quick and convenient access and I definitely felt that I was robbed from that. Also, we had booked months in advanced and if they could have just told us they were planning on doing this we could have booked another room instead of wasting our time. I would like to add that they also need to work on cleanliness of the condo as a whole as plenty of areas looked like they hadn’t been dusted or cleaned in a while and the floors would leave your feet completely black.

Nice condo! The place is clean and the furnishings are nice. The access to the pool area and the giant patio are the best part!

Great first floor condo with very comfy beds! We really enjoyed our stay. A couple of the patio tiles are broken and need to be replaced to avoid injuries. Could also use a cookie sheet or two in the cabinets but this would just be icing on the cake. Overall wonderful stay. wonderful location.

Condo was as pictured and very clean! We have stayed at both phase 1 and phase 2 and to me there is no difference in accommodations or amenities. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, and the condo was stocked with all necessities. Loved the ground floor location with an easy walk to the pool or beach. Everyone on this resort is so friendly and helpful. Be sure to order tacos from the pool bar, they were delicious! Can’t wait to go back.

Our friends whom have never stayed at Las Palomas loved this condo, the view, the grounds, all of it! My husband & I have stayed at various condos in Las Palomas, and will surely stay in this one again. It's so convenient being on the bottom floor and has a nice clean vibe with all the kitchen essentials. We would stay here again!

We had a great time in this rental. Enjoyed the location on the ground level for easy access to the beach. Clean rental. Only draw back is the check in has changed and they charge your card nearly $1000 on holds for deposit, and food/drinks, that you don’t use, and then charge again at checkout if your did buy anything. Then it takes 5-7 days to get it refunded. That’s changed since the last time we went. We never got our room cleaned either the entire time we stayed. I don’t know why, but we didn’t. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Overall it was a great experience. Checking in was okay. We had to wait about 20 minutes for them to give us our keys. When they finally did give us our keys we had to wait in a long line. Our keys did not work so we had to go back and wait in that long line again. Our case worked for maybe the first hour they didn't work again we had to go back and get keys again. He's worked for the first day and didn't work after that. We did not have keys the five days we were there so we would have to leave the back door unlocked. It was just such a hassle to wait in the long lines for the keys.
