Overall great property! Perfect location. Restaurant , coffee, fuel and ice cream all in walking distance. Loved the ability to fish off the pier and leave out jets skis on the dock to use them when we wanted It is a shared pier with the other side of the duplex, it is big enough but something just to be aware of.

We're a family of four with school-age kids. We stayed a week in late-July. All the pre-arrival communications with Debbie were great. She was very responsive and super-helpful with finding us a boat rental. The place is great. Updated, clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of space for four (the kids hand their own hangout area in the basemen), all the accommodations and kitchenwares you would need (no dishwasher though). The central air was wonderful. Great view overlooking the lake. Dock space for a boat. Very close to the "downtown" St. Germain attractions: ice cream shoppe, coffee shop, restaurants, hardware store, gas station, bait shop, etc. – many within walking distance. We had some trouble figuring out the TV remote controls, and Debbie and Kevin were very quick to help us fix it the same day. Only minor complaint – similar to other reviews – was the basement was a bit musty-smelling after it rained heavily one night. But we opened the patio door and ran a fan for a day, and it was fine within a few hours. Not a big deal. Many thanks for hosting us! We had a truly excellent vacation!

Overall, just a great place to stay, it’s well equipped, phenomenal view, great fishing off the dock as well as lake in general., sandy swim area and super short walk to the dock. Place is updated nicely and set up well for family and friends to enjoy. Short walk to downtown St Germain restaurants and other businesses for your needs. Debbie is wonderful to work with, very responsive and she rents boats too, which helps with planning your trip.
