Couple of thoughts -- we ended up ok because we had one IKON passholder but guests should be told that the mountain sells out, so if we did not have the IKON pass we would have not been able to ski on the Saturday because we did not know to buy tickets in advance. Also silly as it sounds, would be helpful to have directions on how to work the remote to be able to use the TV. That was a source of frustration. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Every year, my friends, and I go up to New Hampshire for the weekend. We have been doing this for the last 40 years. The place we usually go to doubled their price. We found this place and we’re not disappointed the price was right and we had a great time, the only thing I would fix is a nicer pool Jacuzzi area.

There was plenty to do and the unit provided enough space for games and activities. Our only complaint was that the hot tub at the pool was not working and the TV remote was not working. We Had to use the buttons on the side of the TV. This is the second time we have stayed at Forest Ridge and hot tub was not working. This could be a deal breaker for future rentals as several of the girls were disappointed.

The property was a perfect fit for our family configuration. With a long rainy day, the indoor pool proved priceless, although its being closed the second day(after specifically being assured it would be open) proved problematic for our two grandsons who were so excited to go back a second day given the rain.

Our second year staying in this house. Kitchen has everything we needed, great space for being together. Close to everything you need. The only downside is the master bedroom mattress needs replacing- otherwise a perfect spot!

Reviewer Comments: Pick up and drop off was very easy as the office is right around the corner from the rental, and the coffee shop in their parking lot became a go to each morning we were there. The house was great! Plenty of space, plenty of sleeping options, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of space to create your own space to watch TV. Incredible amount of plates, glasses, and silverware. Everything was in great working condition.

The condo itself was perfect as far as size and proximity to the attractions we were in town for. However, the cleanliness of this property was not really acceptable. Master bathroom shower and tub both have significant amount of mold, 2 of the 4 toilets were not sealed, crumbs all over the kitchen and a dirty microwave. We should have reported it, so that is on us, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Overall, we had a good trip and would definitely come back again, I would just urge the property management to have the property cleaned to an acceptable standard.

Nice location, new house, well equipped.

Nice large and clean property. Comfortable beds and nice clubhouse with indoor/outdoor pool. Check in / out was easy (on a lockbox). Would definitely rent again.

The condo was in good shape. Masterbed comfortable. Cleanliness was fair. Draw backs. No grill as depicted in pictures. No toaster in kitchen. Old dirty toaster oven. No tv’s in bedrooms. Not enough towels. Construction equipment parked all over. First two days neighbor had a group of eight puppies out side. Great extra bedroom in basement. Good chair’s on deck.

The property was perfect for our needs; spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend it!

We had 6 adults and 3 young children and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house was nicely appointed and very clean. We loved the location - it was just a quick drive to the mountain or any of the stores/restaurants in town. We opted to drive to Loon for skiing but there is a convenient shuttle available that we saw many people using. Lastly, Loon Reservation Service was so easy to work with - they quickly answered any questions and also retrieved some items that were accidentally left behind and mailed them back to us! I highly recommend this property and Loon Reservation Service!

The house was spacious enough, but the area is undergoing significant construction right now that starts at 7am and goes until dark. So if you want to sleep at all or allow your children to play outside, this is not the place for you. The wifi was also so painfully terrible that no small needs could be attended to without using cellular phones.

Loon did make this up to us in the end and i feel it is probably the result of the labor shortages
Another negative was this is a unit surrounded by new construction ,supplies and equipment all around.We arrived on a friday around 4pm and the workers were just quitting for the day.I am not sure a stay during the week would involve the building noise.Something to consider if your looking for grandsons were looking forward to using the complex pool. Unfortunately the indoor pool is not currently heated so they had only a very quick swim.I would stay in foredge ridge again but would pick a different block to avoid the construction

We were within 1 to 2 hour drives of every state and within a few minutes drives to grocery stores or restaurants. The house itself was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with the utensils needed for us to make the meals at our house when needed. We will definitely stay again!
