Our family, although small in number so far, has many needs. It met and exceeded those. The open concept, quite nice pool and sleeping space. Highly recommended!

We stayed here when our adult children. We had a blast. The pool area was great for hanging out and games. Everyone has their own room which made it super nice. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!!

We found this home to be very well designed. The art and decor in the house was very tasteful. The space was comfortable and inviting. We felt right at home. The feature to hear the pool was also amazing for a mid-May vacation. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home!

Had a great time at the house! We were very comfortable! Beaches are walking distance! Easy access to restaurants! Communication with the property manager was quick as well!

Rooms were great. Master upstairs had a phenomenal bathroom. Everything was as advertised on the listing. The house was probably 1/2 to 3/4 mile to the beach entry. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was fun. You can get to most places via golf cart. Very pleased with the condition of the property and amenities. Would recommend.

This was our first visit to the 30A panhandle area and we were really guessing as to where to situate ourselves for the week. Turns out the Salty Blues was the perfect spot for our group of 5 adults (ages 42-66), 2 kids (ages 7 &11) and 2 small dogs. This home is situated at a good midpoint along 30A which allowed us to efficiently explore the entire area and we ended up with a great overview. Whether we were on foot, on bikes, on our rented golf cart or in car, we had convenient access to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. And even with all there was to explore, I think our group would say we most enjoyed being together at the house! It was welcoming and fully appointed and we loved having the small but private pool at our disposal! I was surprised how much we enjoyed that pool and deck! We all slept well and remarked how soundproof the house was considering it seemed all the houses on the street were filled with vacationers the week we were there! The dog park right across the street was so convenient too. Our multigenerational family group gives it a big thumbs up!

We had the best time this house. It was super clean, easy to check in with a simple code. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and it is adorable. Loved the pool! It is a short bike ride or car ride to the beach, kind of far to walk. would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. We loved the house, the pool, and even the short walk to the beach. What wasn’t within a short walking distance easy to access by car. We used the Shipt app to order our groceries which saved us time and stress. Enjoyed every minute of our time!

Salty Blues was a perfect setting for our reunion. Close to beach, Blue Mountain Bakery, ice cream shop. Renting a golf cart and having the private pool, was one of the highlights for our grandchildren!

We were very happy with this house for our first vacation in over a year. It was very clean, had everything we needed and especially enjoyed having our private pool right out the back door. The beach was a little further away than we expected, but still just a short walk across and down the street. We had plenty of room for our family and liked that the entire house was hardwood flooring. The neighborhood where the house was located was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurants that were down the street in Blue Mountain Beach.

Lovely place. Management was very fast and responsive to any questions. My only tidbits for the owners would be to add a pair of scissors and pot holders to the kitchen. We needed both multiple times and there were not any.Easy close access to beach and house was comfortable and well decorated.

Impromptu getaway to chase the sunshine and leave the grey days. House was perfect for our family of 5 with extra room to spare. We enjoyed the heated pool and the quick drive to the beach (although January is not the best beach weather). We were going on week 5 of remote learning and needed a change. This was the perfect setting for a reset. Lovely decor throughout and a very homey feel.

We loved relaxing there after a long day at the beach. There is nice grill that we enjoyed for dinners at home.The home is clean with beautiful decor including many personal touches from the owners. It has two BIG bathrooms with big showers & double shower heads, along with an additional large bathroom with a tub. Plus a powder room. The kitchen is open which makes it fun to enjoy downtime together.The owners provide 4 bikes and Grayton Beach and Watercolor are a short ride away. We took our family dog & he loved the dog park across the street from the house. Our son also loved throwing the baseball, football and the swing located in this large grassy area.The rental company is very responsive & very easy to work with. Salty Blues is an amazing, we will DEFINITELY be back!

Salty Blues is a nice property in a picturesque neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants/shops in the general vicinity & the bicycles were great to get around on. The dog park across the street was well-kept & convenient. Our dog really enjoyed it. However, it’s time to change the caption “brand new” as that is no longer the case (established 2018). Everything is getting worn— needs painting all over, limited outdoor furniture by the pool needs refurbishing, NO OUTDOOR FURNITURE on the balcony (I would have loved to sit out there in the early morning with my coffee...peeked over at the property to the left & there was nice furniture by the pool & on the balcony). Not sure the cleaning people know the true meaning of clean; front entrance door had dead insects/spiderwebs surrounding it which was super gross; door to patio/pool could also use a good wipe down. The floors were dirty—thank goodness we brought cleaning supplies with us but had to go buy a mop first (theirs was very filthy), the door handle on the freezer needs tightening, every time I pulled on it I felt like it was going to fall off (an easy fix). There was no stopper for the kitchen sink (bought one), no dishcloths just a couple of drying cloths & a small sponge. The cookware needs a serious upgrade. The upstairs hall bath was not thoroughly cleaned—with dirt/debris in the corners & random hair everywhere, including on the dirty shower curtain & dirty liner (both need replacing). Consider buying disposable liners to replace after each stay (COVID-19). There was random hair on the upstairs hall couch & in the sitting areas/pillows of all the rooms. The kids room could use additional lighting & a side table/nightstand. The rental needs pest control services as there were a lot of bugs, gnats & ants crawling around inside & out.The WiFi provided did not connect. We had to connect to next door’s connection which was weak so my teacher daughter had to sit outside 2 weekdays for the best signal. I called, texted & emailed Emily but the WiFi issue was never resolved.We really expected more from Salty Blues in terms of cleanliness based on other reviews. In spite of the aforementioned complaints, we managed to enjoy our stay. The washer/dryer is nice & reliable. Nice bath towels, glassware, dinnerware, & silverware. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, & the small pool was a nice touch. Blue Mountain Beach is a nice area & Salty Blues is conveniently located in the middle.

Salty Blues was awesome for our family which included my party of 5, my parents & my brother & his wife! We all loved the mattresses. They were very comfy! It had everything we needed for preparing a few meals at home & was spacious enough for all 9 of us. It may have been a little bit longer of a walk to beach access than described but I would happily stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home!

We had the best time with our 3 kids and my brothers family that also has 3 kids. This vacation home is SO beautiful! Everything is new and first class from the bedding to the wine glasses. Our kids loved the bunk room! We also had a room for the teenagers. Very nice for them to have s nice separate space. The back patio with the gas grill and heated pool was a hit too. We loved grilling and having a glass of wine at night. We rode bikes to get lunch and loved going to the Creamery for doughnuts and ice cream. La Loba’s has the most amazing turkey wraps! My husband said he had the best brisket sandwich ever at Blue Mabel! I have already scheduled my girls trip here in May!! Love love Salty Blues!

Salty Blues is located off 30A across from Big Daddy's bike shop, this is a perfect location to bike around Blue Mountain or walk. The house is well done, clean, and plenty of space for a family. Our only downside is that we had two families with 11 total people, and though we had enough beds for everyone, there just wasn't enough space for that many people inside the house. I won't say the pictures are deceiving, but the house is smaller inside than what the pictures highlight. The small pool was a great addition. The bunk bed room was perfect for kids, but there's not much space with those bunk beds. Having 4 bikes available was fantastic, and the outdoor shower kept the house in a cleaner condition. we love Blue Mountain and this house is a great upgrade for this side of the street. I would just cautionthat families of more than 10 people might find it a little bit cramped, but all of your other needs met.

This home is beautiful! It is so comfortable and relaxing. The furnishings were beautiful. The color scheme is so relaxing. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed the use of brand new bikes. We would ride to the beach everyday which was a short ride. We were so happy to be able to bring our golden retriever, Lucy and right across the street was a beautiful fenced in park where we could let Lucy run and explore. The beach is absolutely pristine with crystal clear water.

I took my family for a week at the beach (Mid-September) and after Much searching I settled on Salty Blues. It was a great choice. The house is perfect both in its location and just the house itself. I love to cook and do so when on vacation and the kitchen was perfect, not once did I need something I did not have, there was ample space (huge pantry) and the appliances (gas stove) are top notch (as well as the grill outside). It is decorated beautifully and gives off a clean, warm, beachy vibe. Lastly, the amenities! I will start with the pool as it is perfection - the waterfall comes on in the late afternoon and drowns out all of your cares. The four bicycles are a serious plus. The "Beach" closet outside has everything you need - including a SUP which I thoroughly enjoyed. The dog park for the neighborhood is across the street and is wonderful for your furry family as I always travel with mine. Blue Mountain Beach is a great place and, again, the house is perfectly located within it. Great restaurants, a seafood market, Beautiful Beach and Dune Lakes. Not overly crowded. I have one piece of advice for you if you are here and considering this house...…..Book It. You can thank me later. PS I rented a LSV (Golf Cart) for the week from La Dolce Vida and it put our trip over the top. Not once did we even have to get in our cars. No sand. Will never not rent one again!

Beautiful house and pool with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Only one criticism: the description of the property being “two blocks away from the beach” is somewhat misleading; Public ACCESS to the beach is a lot further away than that, requiring the use of the bikes that are provided, or a golf cart, or car. Overall deserving of the 5 stars though.

Salty Blues is the perfect relaxing getaway!!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to nice restaurants and the beach. The pool and BBQ area is wonderful for family and friends to gather together in the evenings for dinner.

This brand new condo is so amazing. I immediately fell in love with the decor. The owners have not forgotten a thing. The rooms are all large with so much room complete with luxurious beds and bedding. We loved having the bikes. The condo is centrally located to shopping and restaurants with a short bike ride to the beach. The water was so amazing and crystal clear. We did not want to leave and will definitely book this condo for our next family vacation.
