The area was quiet. You have all that you technically need (beds, couch, TV, kitchen, bathroom, fridge, washer, etc).

Overall, we couldn't wait to leave. The couch was stained and looked disgusting. The bathroom smelled awful like mold so we had to keep our windows open to ventilate which didn't help much. The beds were okay but dirty. The sheets had weird black grainy stuff all over it. The washer didn't work properly. All our clothes got stained from a wash but it didn't work past 10 minutes. We had to throw away most of our clothes since the washer stained them all. The location was really far from the main part of Tokyo, but we knew that when picking it, but that is something to keep in mind when booking. Expect to take about 45 min to 1 hr by metro to get into the main areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. The place was cheap, but we've stayed in cheaper, nicer places in Japan and Tokyo, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

All information is accurate. Although the wifi took a few days to work, the customer service is responsive. Convenience stores near the place. Helpful guide provided.

The bathroom has a weird smell and it takes around 10 to 12 minutes (according to my phasing) walk from the nearest station. The self check-in software they use is kinda complicated.

Three comfortable beds and a couch you can sleep on. You get all the bedding you need. Small useable kitchen and fridge, clean toilet.

The bathroom, specifically the shower, has very smelly mold. You need to air out before showering and be careful not to leave the door open. Otherwise the smell spreads to the room.

Location is good, with plenty of restos and shops around. A bit far from tourist spots, but not a big deal. Host is responsive, polite, and helpful. Amenities are OK, and the checkin/checkout process was relatively smooth.

A bit of a smell coming from the bathroom, but nothing too bad. Some carpets for the bathroom would be nice, so that you can dry your feet. Bed and pillows can be a bit too soft for proper body support while sleeping.

Loved that we could walk to restaurants and the cute Cafe across from the room. Also close to parks which was great for our kids!

Took us a minute to find the building number and had to get help to return the house key other than that we enjoyed our stay.
